Descrizione del prodotto
I prodotti Dublisil® sono una linea completa di siliconi
per tutti i tipi di duplicazione. Grazie al sistema facile di
miscelazione e la consistenza iniziale molto scorrevole, si
realizzano modelli estremamente precisi nella rilevazione
dei dettagli. A causa del sistema di indurimento al platino modelli di Dublisil® sono quasi privi di contrazione e
dimensionalmente stabile nel tempo e durante il magazzinaggio. Quindi gli stampi negativi di Dublisil® possono
essere colati diverse volte senza perdita di precisione e
senza problemi. Senza rifiniture, la superficie dei modelli
realizzati con Dublisil® è liscia e dura.
Fase preparatoria
Quasi tutti i materiali, come ad esempio i modelli in gesso,
resine per realizzazione modelli e i metalli, possono essere
duplicati con Dublisil®.
Importante: il modello da duplicare non dovrebbe essere
inumidito, ma dovrebbe essere asciutto e pulito di residui
di isolanti, etc. Per economizzare il materiale, consigliamo
l´ impiego della muola Dublisil® ( D3805) con inserto
interno individualmente regolabile tanto come il mantenitore di spazio in spugna ( D38076) e cosi coprendo le
parti del modello trascurabili per la duplicazione.
Dosaggio
Dublisil® viene miscelato nella proporzione di 1:1 dei
componenti A (catalizzatore / bianco) e B (base / colorata).
Questo prodotto è stato sviluppato per essere impiegato in
campo dentale ed il suo impiego deve avvenire rispettando
le istruzioni d’uso. Il produttore non si assume alcuna
Lavorazione
La miscelazione dei due componenti può essere fatta
manualmente o in un recipiente o automaticamente
con macchine dosatrici. Il metodo più razionale e pulito
è la miscelazione nell‘ apparecchiatura Dosper evo
( D5050). Premendo un bottone questa unità dosa,
miscela e distribuisce il Dublisil® automaticamente, senza
la formazione di bolle d‘ aria e senza perdita di materiale.
In caso di miscelazione manuale colare Dublisil® a getto
molto sottile nella muola.
Nella Dosper evo questo getto viene regolato automaticamente dalla dosatrice. La distanza alla muola dovrebbe
essere di 20 cm ca.
Ulteriore lavorazione
I migliori risultati di precisione e omogeinità si ottengono
con la cosiddetta tecnica di duplicazione a pressione.
Mettere la muola (appena riempita) in una pentola a
pressione (ad esempio Polymax). Se la duplicazione è stata
realizzata sotto pressione, il modello viene prodotto di
conseguenza sotto pressione. Alla fine della polimeriz
zazione il modello di lavoro può essere rimosso immediatamente.
Informazioni generali
Dublisil® non comporta nessun eetto negativo dal punto
di vista fisiologico e tossicologico. È possibile la disinfezione chimica e termica. Indossare un indumento di
protezione adeguato. Non è possibile rimuovere il silicone
dai tessuti (nemmeno in tintoria). Possibilità di allergie
per persone sensibili in relazione ad alcuni componenti.
La polimerizzazione può essere disturbata dall´ uso di
guanti di latex, creme per mani detersivi, etc. Il prodotto
è progettato esclusivamente per il campo di applicazione
sopra descritto e può essere utilizzato solo da personale
qualificato.

Productbeschrijving
Dublisil®-producten zijn universele doubleermaterialen
voor alle soorten doublering. Door de praktische wijze
van aanmak en en de zeer dunvlo eibare begincon sistentie kunnen uitmuntend zeer gedetailleerde duplicaten
worden geproduceerd. Dublisil®-vormen zijn vanwege
het gebr uikte platina hardersys teem praktis ch krimpvrij
en bezit ten een hoge vor mconstant heid en bewaars tabiliteit. Negatieven van Dublisil® kunnen probleemloos en
zonder verlies van nauwkeurigheid meermalen worden
afgegoten. Het oppervlak van de duplicaten is zonder
nabehandeling glad en hard.
Voorbereidende maatregelen
Met Dublisil® kan vrijwel elk materiaal worden gedoubleerd, bv. gipsmodellen, modelkunststoen en metaal.
Belangrijk: Het moedermodel mag niet worden
bevochtigd, maar moet droog en zijn en ontdaan van
alle isolatiemiddelen etc. Voor een spaarzaam gebruik
van het doubleermateriaal adviseren wij gebruik van
de Dublisil®-cuvette ( D3805) met variabel instelbare binnenruimte en het inzetstuk van schuimstof
( D38076) ter blokkering van de voor de doublering
onbelangrijke sokkelonderdelen.
Dosering
Dublisil® w ordt gemen gd in een volum everhoudi ng van 1:1
van de componenten A (katalysator / wit) en B (basis /
gekleurd).
Het materiaal werd speciaal voor het dentale bereik
ontwikkeld en moet volgens de gebruiksaanwijzingen

De beide componenten kunnen met de hand in een
aanmaakbeker of automatisch met doseer- en mengapparaten worden gemengd. De meest rationele
en schone methode is mengen in de Dosper evo
( D5050). Met één druk op de knop wordt Dublisil®
volautomatisch verliesvrij gedoseerd, gemengd en
zonder luchtbellen getransporteerd. Wanneer het
materiaal met de hand wordt aangemaakt, moet de
massa in ee n zo dun mogelijke st raal in de cuvet te worden gegoten. Bij de Dosper evo is deze straal bepaald
door het apparaat. De afstand tot de cuvette moet
ca. 20 cm bedragen.
Verdere verwerking
De best e resultaten v.w.b. pre cisie en homogen iteit worden bereikt door de zgn. drukdoubleertechniek. Hier toe
zet men de zoëven gevulde cuvette in een druk vat (bv.
Polyma x). Doorslagg evend is dat wannee r de doubleervorm on der druk is gemaak t, vervolg ens ook het model
bij dezelfde druk wordt ver vaardigd. Na voltooiing van

Algemene wenken
Dublisil® vertoont probleemloos gedrag in fysiologisch
en toxicologisch opzicht. Desinfectie is chemisch en
thermisch mogelijk. Draag beschermende kleding!
Het reinigen van siliconenvl ekken op de kledin g is (o ok
chemisch) niet mogelijk. Allergische reacties op bestanddelen van het product kunnen bij gevoelige personen
niet worden uitgesloten. De vulkanisatie kan worden
gestoord door het gebruik van rubberhandschoenen,

is uitsluitend bestemd voor het hierboven genoemde

Materialbeschreibung
Dublisil®-Produkte sind universelle Dubliermaterialien
für alle Arten der Dublierung. Durch die praktische Art
des Anmischens und der sehr dünnfließenden Anfangskonsistenz lassen sich hervorragend detailgenaue Dublikatmodelle erzeugen. Dublisilformen sind aufgrund des
verwendeten Platinhärtersystems praktisch schrumprei
und weisen eine hohe Formkonstanz sowie Lagerstabilität auf. Negativformen aus Dublisil® können problemlos
und ohne Verlust von Genauigkeit mehrfach ausgegossen werden. Die Oberfläche der Dublikatmodelle ist ohne
Nachbehandlung glatt und hart.
Vorbereitende Maßnahmen
Mit Dublisil® kann nahezu jedes Material dubliert werden,
z. B. Gipsmodelle, Modellkunststoe und Metalle.
Wichtig: Das Meistermodell darf nicht gewässert werden,
sondern sollte trocken und von allen Isoliermitteln etc.
gereinigt sein. Für einen sparsamen Umgang mit dem
Dubliermaterial empfehlen wir die Nutzung der DublisilKüvette ( D3805) mit variabel einstellbarem Innenraum
sowie den Schaumstoplatzhalter ( D38076) zur Ausblockung der für die Dublierung unwichtigen Sockelanteile.
Dosierung
Dublisil® wird im Volumenverhältnis von 1:1 der Komponenten A (Katalysator / weiß) und B (Basis / farbig)
gemischt.
Verarbeitung
Die Vermischung der beiden Einzelkomponenten kann
manuell in einem Anrührbecher oder automatisch mittels
Dosier- und Anmischgeräten geschehen. Die rationellste
und sauberste Methode ist das Anmischen im Dosper evo
( D5050). Auf Knopfdruck wird Dublisil® vollautomatisch verlustfrei dosiert, gemischt und blasenfrei gefördert.
Wird das Material manuell angerührt, sollte die Masse in
einem möglichst dünnen Strahl in die Küvette gegossen
werden.
Beim Dosper evo ist dieser Strahl durch das Gerät vorgegeben. Der Abstand zur Küvette sollte ca. 20 cm betragen.
Weitere Verarbeitung
Die besten Ergebnisse bzgl. Präzision und Homogenität
erreicht man durch die sog. Druckdubliertechnik. Hierzu
stellt man die soeben gefüllte Küvette in einen Drucktopf
(z. B. Polymax). Entscheidend ist, dass, wenn die Dublierform unter Druck hergestellt wurde, anschließend auch
das Modell bei gleichem Druck hergestellt wird. Nach
Abschluss der Vulkanisation kann das Meistermodell direkt
entformt werden.
Allgemeine Hinweise
Dublisil® zeigt ein unproblematisches Verhalten in physiologischer und toxikologischer Hinsicht. Eine Desinfektion
ist chemisch und thermisch möglich. Schutzkleidung tragen! Die Reinigung von Silikonverunreinigungen auf der
Kleidung sind (auch chemisch) nicht möglich. Allergische
Reaktionen auf Produktbestandteile können bei empfindlichen Personen nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Die Vulkanisation kann durch den Gebrauch von Latexhandschuhen,
Handcremes, Reinigungsmitteln usw. gestört werden.
Das Produkt ist ausschließlich für den o. g. Einsatzbereich
bestimmt und ist nur von fachlich qualifizierten und eingewiesenen Personen zu verwenden.
Die Angaben zu diesem Produkt stützen sich auf ausführliche anwendungstechnische Praxis und intensive
Forschungsarbeit. Aus Gründen der Weiterentwicklung
behalten wir uns Änderungen am Produkt vor.

Bei Raumtemperatur, d. h. 18–28 °C lagern.
Chargennummer / Haltbarkeitsdatum
Die Chargennummer und das Haltbarkeitsdatum befinden
sich sowohl auf der Außenverpackung als auch auf dem
Produkt. Bei Beanstandungen des Produktes bitte immer
die Chargennummer des Produktes angeben. Verwenden
Sie das Produkt nicht nach Ablauf des Haltbarkeitsdatums.

Product description
Dublisil®-products are universal duplication materials for
all kinds of duplications. Due to the practical way of mixing
and the very thin-flowing initial consistency absolutely
price duplication models can be produced. Dublisil®-forms
are nearly shrinkless and have a high form consistency as
well as a long shelf life due to the used platinum hardener
system. Negative form made of Dublisil® can easily and
without losing precision be poured out for several times
The surface of the duplication model is smooth and hard
without after-treatment.
Preparatory measures
Almost every material e. g. plaster models, model resins
and metals can be duplicated with Dublisil®.
Important: The master model must not be watered but
should be dry and free of any insulating agents etc. For an
economical consumption of the duplication material we
recommend to make use of the Dublisil®-flask ( D3805)
with a variably adjustable interior as well the foam space
maintainer ( D38076) for the blocking out of the base
parts which are unimportant for the duplication.
Dosage
Dublisil® is mixed in the ratio 1:1 of the components
A (catalyst / white) and B (base / coloured).
Processing
The two single components can manually be mixed in a
mixing cup or automatically by means of a dosage and
mixing unit. The most rational and clean method is the
mixing in the Dosper evo ( D5050). At the touch of the
button Dublisil® is fully automatic and losslessly measured
out, mixed and produced without air bubbles. In case that
the material is manually mixed the fill in the material in a
preferably thin stream into the flask.
When using the Dosper evo this stream is defined by the
unit. The distance to the flask should be approx. 20 cm.
Further processing
The best results regarding precision and homogeneity are
achieved by the so-called pressure duplication technique. For
this the just filled flask is put into a pressure pot (e. g. Polymax).
In case that the duplication form is produced under
pressure it is important that also the model is produced
under the same pressure. After the vulcanisation has been
completed the master model can directly be deflasked.
General aspects
Dublisil® is unproblematic in physiological and toxicological respects. A chemical and thermal disinfection is
possible.
Wear protective clothing! Silicone impurities on clothes
cannot be cleaned – also not chemically. Allergic reaction
to product components cannot be excluded in case of sensitive persons. The vulcanisation can be disturbed by latex
gloves, hand cremes, cleaning agents etc. The product is
exclusively designed for the a. m. field of application and
is only to be used by qualified and instructed persons.

Batch number / use-by date
The batch number and the use-by date are located on both
the outer packaging and the product. When submitting
a complaint about a product, please always quote the
batch number. Do not use the product after expiration
of the use-by date.

Description du produit
Les produits Dublisil® sont des matériaux de doublage
universels pour tous les types de doublage. Leur aspect
pratique du mélange et leur consistance initiale très
liquide permettent la création de modèles d‘une précision
exceptionnelle. Grâce à leur système de durcissement au
platine, les moules Dublisil® ne présentent pratiquement
aucun retrait, mais une grande constance à la forme et une
importante stabilité au stockage. Les moules négatifs en
Dublisil® peuvent être coulés plusieurs fois sans problème
ni perte de précision. La surface des modèles doublés est
lisse et dure sans traitement ultérieur.
Mesures préparatoires
Dublisil® permet de doubler pratiquement tous les matériaux (plâtre, plastique et métal).
Important: le modèle maître n‘a pas le droit d‘être arrosé,
mais doit être sec et nettoyé de tout produit isolant, etc.
Pour garantir un emploi économique du matériau de doublage, nous recommandons d‘utiliser la cuvette Dublisil®
( D3805) à compartiment intérieur variable, ainsi que
le mainteneur d‘espace en mousse (
blocage des parts de socle qui ne sont pas importantes
pour le doublage.
Dosage
Dublisil® est dosé dans un rapport 1:1 des composants A
(catalyseur / blanc) et B (base / coloré).

Traitement
Les deux composants peuvent être mélangés soit à la main
dans un bécher, soit automatiquement par des appareils
de dosage et de mélange. La méthode la plus rationnelle et la plus propre est le dosage dans le Dosper evo
( D5050). Sur une simple pression de touche, Dublisil®
est dosé et mélangé sans perte et transporté sans qu‘il
ne se forme de bulles. Si le matériau est mélangé à la
main, verser la masse dans la cuvette en respectant un
filet si possible mince.
Dans le Dosper evo, ce filet est garanti par l‘appareil.
Observer un écart d‘environ 20 cm avec la cuvette.
Suite du traitement
Les meilleurs résultats en matière de précision et d‘homogénéité sont obtenus avec la technique de doublage
sous pression. La cuvette qui vient d‘être remplie est alors
placée dans un pot sous pression (par ex. Polymax). Si le
moule de doublage a été fabriqué sous pression, il est
important que le modèle soit également réalisé sous
pression. Après la vulcanisation, le modèle maître peut
être directement démoulé.
Remarques générales
Dublisil® ne pose aucun problème d‘un point de vue physiologique et toxicologique. Une désinfection chimique et
thermique est possible. Porter des vêtements de protection !
Un nettoyage, même chimique, de taches de silicone sur
les vêtements est impossible. Des réactions allergiques
à des composants du produit ne sont pas exclues sur des
personnes sensibles. La vulcanisation peut être perturbée
par l‘emploi de gants en latex, de crèmes pour les mains,
de produits de nettoyage, etc. Le produit est exclusivement
conçu pour le domaine d‘application susnommé et ne doit
être manipulé que par des personnes qualifiées et initiées.
Les indications fournies sur ce produit reposent sur une
pratique éprouvée et d‘importants travaux de recherche.
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier le produit aux
fins d‘amélioration.

A température ambiante, c’est-à-dire entre 18–28 °C.
Numéro de lot / date de péremption
Le numéro de lot et la date de péremption se trouvent non
seulement sur chaque emballage extérieur, mais également sur le produit. En cas de réclamation sur le produit,
prière de toujours indiquer le numéro de lot. N‘utilisez
pas le produit une fois la date de péremption dépassée.

pueden v aciarse varias ve ces sin problemas ni p érdidas
de precisión. La su perficie del mo delo duplicad o es liso
y duro sin tratamiento posterior.
Medidas preparatorias
Con Dublisil® puede duplicarse prácticamente cualquier
material, por ejemplo modelos de escayola, modelos
plásticos y metales.
Importante: El modelo maestro no debe enjuagarse sino sólo secarse y limpiarlo de materiales
aislantes, etc. Para un uso económico con el mate
rial de duplicado recomendamos usar la cubeta
Dublisil® (
y regulable así como el férula de plástico celular
( D38076 ) para ocupar y bloquear las partes del
zócalo no importantes.
Dosificación
Dublisil® s e mezcla en la relació n volumétrica d e 1:1 con
los componentes A (catalizador / blanco) y B (base / de
color).

Elaboración
El mezclado de ambos componentes individuales puede
hacerse m anualmente o con un me zclador o, con apara to
automático dosificador/mezclador. El método más racional y limpio es el mezclado en Dosper evo ( D5050).
Pulsando un botón s e dosifica Dublisil® de forma totalmente automátic a, mezcla y se suminist ra sin burbujas
de aire. Si se m ezcla manualment e el material, enton ces
deberá ve rterse la masa e n chorro fino sobr e la cubeta.
Con Dosper evo ese chorro lo ajusta el aparato. La distancia a la cubeta deberá ser de aprox. 20 cm.
Elaboración adiciona
Los mejor es resultados re ferentes a la prec isión y homogeneidad se obtienen con la denominada técnica de
duplica do por presión. Aq uí se coloca la cube ta ya llena
previam ente en un recipi ente de presión ( por ej. Polyma x).
Decisivo es que el molde de duplicado se haga bajo
presión, después se fabrique el modelo con la misma
presión. Después de terminar el vulcanizado podrá
expulsarse el modelo maestro directamente.
Informaciones generales
Dublisil® muestra un comportamiento sin problemas
desde el punto de vista fisiológico y toxicológico. Es
posible una desinfección química y térmica. ¡ Use ropa
protectora ! La limpieza de contaminaciones por silicona
sobre la ro pa no es posible (ta mpoco químicam ente). No
pueden e xcluirse reaccio nes alérgicas a los c omponentes
del producto en personas sensibles. La vulcanización
puede ser pert urbada al usar guantes de latex, cremas
de mano, productos de limpieza, etc. El producto está
destinado exclusivamente al área de aplicación indicada
arriba y lo usarán solamente las personas instruidas y
cualificadas para ello.
Los datos de este producto se apoyan en los trabajos
de inves tigación deta llados durante el u so técnico práctico extenso. Por razones de desarrollos posteriores nos
reservamos el derecho para efectuar modificaciones.

Condiciones de almacenamiento
Almacenar a temperatura ambiente, entre 18–28 °C.
Número de lote / fecha de caducidad
El número de lote y la fecha de caducidad aparecen tanto
en el embalaje externo como en el producto. En caso de
reclamaciones del producto, indique siempre el número
de lote. No utilice el producto una vez pasada la fecha
de caducidad.
