Please read and follow this user guide thoroughly before using the Essentials Gaming Kit.
How to use the Dual Charge Station
1. Gently plug the Micro-USB end of the included USB power
cord into the back of the Dual Charge Station.
2. Plug the USB A end into the included USB AC adapter.
3. Plug the USB AC adapter into a powered outlet.
4. Gently place your PS4 controller upside down on the Dual
Charge Station in one of the two designated PS4 controller charge ports.
5. When charging, the LED will light up white. When fully charged, the LED will turn o.
How to use the Broadcaster Headset
1. Plug the 3.5mm plug of the Broadcaster Headset into the
boom of the DualShock®4 controller.
2. Put on the headset and adjust the microphone to t properly.
NOTES:
• Make sure that the Broadcaster Headset is worn properly at all times. Do not place the headset around the back of your head, it must be worn over the top of your head. Make sure that you allow the microphone to be positioned about one inch om your mouth.
• Once the headset is ready for online chat, please refer to your PlayStation 4 console’s User Guide for seing up the accessory.

To adjust the volume
• To raise the volume, turn the volume dial (marked VOL) towards the + (plus sign).
• To lower the volume, turn the volume dial (marked VOL) towards the – (minus sign).

• To mute the microphone, slide the mic switch (marked MIC) towards “MUTE”.
• To unmute the microphone, slide the mic switch (marked MIC) towards “ON”.
NOTE: When the microphone is switched to “MUTE”, other players cannot hear your conversation, but you will still be able to hear them speaking.
Troubleshooting
Issue: Controller will not charge. Solution: Try the following:
• Reposition controller on dock until the LED indicator light turns on.
• Verify all dust and debris is removed om device and dock.
Warnings
• Extended exposure to high volumes when using a headset may result in temporary or permanent hearing loss.
• Prevent damage to your headset by not siing or stepping on the headset, its cable or the cable connector.

• Do not aempt to disassemble product.
• Tampering with the product can result in damage to your product, void of warranty, and could cause injuries.
• Store and operate between 32°F – 113°F.
• Do not allow this product to have contact with liquids.
• Do not place this product near a heat source or ame.
• Do not throw or shake.
• Do not operate if it has been subjected to shock or damage.
• Use so cloth to clean the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong cleaning solvents.

Warranty information
All dreamGEAR/i.Sound products come with a limited warranty and have been subjected to a thorough series of tests to ensure the highest level of dependability and compatibility. It is unlikely that you will experience any problem, but if a defect should become apparent during the use of this product, dreamGEAR warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product will be ee om defects in material and workmanship for a period of 120 days om the date of your original purchase. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, dreamGEAR, at its option, will repair or replace the product purchased at no charge or refund the original purchase price. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product may be substituted at the sole discretion of dreamGEAR.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abusive use or misuse, modication, tampering or by any other cause not related to either materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to products used for any industrial, professional or commercial purposes.
Service information
For service on any defective product under the 120-day warranty policy, please contact Consumer Support to obtain a Return Authorization Number. dreamGEAR reserves the right to require the return of the defective product and proof of purchase. NOTE: dreamGEAR will not process any defective claims without a Return Authorization Number.
