ASSEMBLE CARGO BASKET
• Place each half of cargo basket on a
flat surface. Line up the locator
tubes and push the two halves
together.
• Install the (4) four 3/8 x 3-1/4” hex
bolts through the connector tubes.
Install 3/8 hex nuts and tighten
securely.

ATTACH REAR CENTER PANEL
• Use (4) self-tapping screws to
attach the rear panel.
• Note: the ROLA panel is attached
to side with holes for light
accessory (sold separately).

ATTACH SHANK TO BASKET
• Place shank assembly onto bottom of
cargo basket and align the four holes
in shank with holes in basket. The
handle side of shank goes toward
basket side with ROLA panel.
• Install (4) four 3/8 carriage bolts from
inside basket, flat washers and lock
nuts as shown.
• Tighten all 3/8-16 GR5 bolts to 20 ft•lb
• Note: Flat washer will form to bracket.

ATTACH BOTTOM PANEL
• Use (4) four M6 pan head screws to
attach the bottom cover to basket as
shown.

ATTACH SHANK TO BASKET
• Align the 2” square shank tube with
basket shank assembly as shown.
• Install the (2) two ½-13 x 3-1/4” hex
bolts through bracket, tube, and
spacer.
• Install (2) two ½” lock nuts and
tighten to 50 ft•lb

• With the help of another person,
install basket into your 2” receiver
hitch.
• Line up threaded insert in shank with
Pull handle to tilt
5/8 hole in hitch and install the AntiRattle Pin as shown.
• Tighten pin until snug.
• Install Clip onto end of anti-rattle pin.
CARE AND USAGE
•Keep the unit clean and remove road salt and debris.
• Do not allow harsh chemicals, road salt, or mud to accumulate on the product for an extended period of time.
• Wash the product with mild soap and water only and a non-abrasive cloth after use.
• The lock and hinges should be lubricated with graphite or similar dry lubricant.
IMPORTANT NOTES
•All Pins, Clips and fasteners must be secured before every use.
• Check security of load, fasteners, pin and clip at fuel and rest stops.
• If the Cargo Carrier or cargo, blocks the license plate, you can mount the license plate directly to the back of the cargo
carrier using the two existing holes in the rear panels. (screws not included)
