The saddlebags must be installed so as not to interfere with rear wheel or suspension components. Failure to assure adequate clearance will result in serious injury. Obstructing side reflectors is not recommended.
If your side reflector is obstructed, you must reposition it. The reflective side striping on your saddlebags will not replace the factory striping for visibility.
Installation
1. Place Saddlebags over fender. Loosen velcro straps
so the bags hang freely from the fender without tipping either to far outward or inward. Place top part of protective pad against tail section.
2. Locate loop straps and secure around suitable frame member. Connect to buckles on front of
saddlebags.
3. Position rear strap under license plate bracket or
around fender. An additional strap has been provided for bikes with license plate brackets that are not readily accessible.
4. Tighten side straps, then rear strap. Saddlebags
should hang straight down. Readjust if necessary. Do not overtighten.
5. Saddlebags should be positioned a minimum of
1”above exhaust pipe. Although the bottom of the saddlebag contains an aluminized heat shield, care should be taken to ensure adequate air flow under the saddlebag to reduce exposure to heat extremes.

Care & Cleaning:
Use a mild detergent and soft brush to remove dirt or road grime from the bags. Rinse thoroughly and dry before using. Do not put in washer or dryer. Dry-cleaning is not recommended. Note: Your bags are manufactured from heavy-weight waterproof polyester materials.
However, in the event of heavy rain, moisture may enter the bags through seams or zippers. It is highly recommended that important papers, valuable items, or clothing be wrapped in plastic for added protection.
Overloading any saddlebag will result in a high center of gravity, causing bike to become top heavy and susceptible to unexpected tipping on leanin while negotiating high speed turns. SADDLEBAGS MUST BE LOADED EVENLY SIDE-TO-SIDE. MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE LOAD LIMIT IS 7 LBS.
Attaching Tail Bag to Saddlebags
1. Install saddlebags on bike per instructions.
2. Place Tail Bag on tail section of bike with handle toward the rear.
3. Position rear strap under license plate bracket or around fender. Attach buckle.
4. Open exterior side compartments and extend both buckles on each side.
5. Insert 4 buckles from Tail Bag into matching buckles on saddlebag.
6. Adjust rear strap for snug fit to bike. Do not overtighten.
