The cover must be placed over the back rack, fenders, and seat first.
Then the front of the cover should be pulled around the front rack.
The cover must be pulled around to where it will meet corresponding zippers.
Important: Once the cover is positioned properly take time to adjust it so that it is pulled down tightly around the wheels and handlebars. DO NOT tighten any straps yet!
Continue by zipping the handlebar pouch closed,
then zip the side zipper to enclose the ATV. Zipper
heads should be secured to prevent accidental release
while trailering.
APPLYING THE COVER:
DO NOT apply this cover while the engine is running. DO NOT apply
this cover to an ATV that is on uneven or unstable ground. If trailering the ATV be sure to load ATV first. Be sure trailer is secure and stable Engage the parking brake before applying the cover!

Make any further adjustments necessary so that the cover is pulled evenly over the ATV.
Included with the ATV cover is 1 long, and 2 short web straps, each with 2 side-release buckles (male ends).
Use the long strap and join the side-release buckle (pictured at top middle) at the rear between the back tires. Then pull the web strap to the front between the front tires and join the side release buckle there. Pull the loose strap to tighten. Note- None of the “slack straps” (below) should be tightened (as pictured) at this time!
Now use both short straps for the bottom sides of the cover, between the front and rear axles. Join the side release buckles on opposite sides in a “criss-cross” manner (illustrated at right). Pull the loose web straps to tighten.
Additionally, there are hook and loop secured flaps at each corner of the cover. These flaps are a feature that allow for tie-down straps to be attached to the ATV and fastened to the trailer while trailering.
Finally, the numerous straps, or “slack” straps, located along the top (pictured above left) and other areas of the cover must be tightened to eliminate “slack” or loose material from the cover. To tighten (A) pull the loose strap (B) until snug. To loosen (C) simply lift up on the clip in the opposite direction from which it was tightened.
