Whether you need to store, transport, proof, freeze,
cool or simply handle your dough more easily, the
DOUGHCART does it all.

Loading and unloading is fast, easy and practically
automatic. First place the dough balls, frozen or
thawed, in the plastic containers. Then load the
container in the gravity flow, sequentially feeding,
first-in, first-out chutes. Each dough ball is now
individually stored and protected against crusting and
drying. Sixty three (63) containers with lids provided
with each cart.
