The 3120 J BOD expa nsi on unit can s upp or t an additional 24
drives and th e 313 0 JBOD expansion un it ca n suppor t an additional 12 dri ves . The se units easily exp and t he capacity of a
customer’s SAN.
The 3120 o r 3130 JBOD array is controlled by the RAI D controller of th e pri mar y uni t and allows SAN e xpa nsi on at a lower
cost than a full RAID array.
