主机按键说明：Functions of the host keys

对讲键 1 和对讲键 2：双机对话时，按住对讲键 1 和对讲键 2 的任意一个键进行说话，松开后发送

Dialogue key 1 & Dialogue key 2: For two-machine conversation,

press and hold any buttons of the two keys to speak, then release

and send.

电源键：长按进行开机或关机操作，短按唤醒屏幕或关闭屏幕；

Power Key: Long press to power on or off, short press to wake up

Tip: Please use a mobile phone card, a traffic card or an Internet of

Things card that supports China Mobile 4G, China Unicom 4G. For

overseas use, please acquaint the frequency band supported by the

telecom operators of the destination.

使用前的准备工作 preparation work before use

本设备支持三种联网方式，第一种是使用移动网络（安装 SIM 卡），第二种是使用无线网络，第三种使用有线网络；根据您当前的网络环境，三种联网方式三选一即可，如果同时存在，系统会优先使用有线网络，其次是无线网络，节省用户流量。

The equipment supports three networking methods, the first is to

use the mobile network (with SIM card installed); the second is to use the wireless network; and the third one is to use the wired network. According to your current network environment, you can choose one of the networking methods. If all the three exist at the same time, the system will give priority to the use of wired network, and then the wireless network to save user traffic.

重要提醒：在没有有线网络的情况下由于无线网络受信号的距离、强度、干扰影响较大，建议使用移动网络（如 4G 卡），将会使您的设备有更稳定的体验，使用时请关闭 WIFI 网络。

Important remind： As wireless network are greatly affected by the

distance, intensity and interference of signal, it is recommended to

use a mobile network (such as 4G card), which will make your

equipment have a more stable experience. Turn off the WIFI

network when using it.

（1）使用移动网络

Use mobile network

使用前，您需要安装 SIM 卡。

Before using, you need to install SIM card.

 SIM 卡：当您预订接入通讯网络服务时，将收到一张可以插

入运营商的电话卡、流量卡、物联网卡 (简称 SIM 卡)。此卡含有您预定的网络服务的信息，您的个人身份号码(简称 PIN)，和可以获得的网络服务信息。关于 SIM 卡的获得和使用信息，请咨询 SIM 卡提供商、网络服务提供商或者网络运营商。

 SIM card: When subscribe to join up communications

network services, you will receive a mobile phone card, a traffic card or an Internet of Things card (SIM card for short) that can be inserted. This card include your subscribed information of network service, your personal identification number (PIN for short), and available network service information. About information on obtaining and using of SIM card, please consult SIM card provider, network service

provider or network operator.

（2）使用无线网络 Use wireless network 需要在设备开机后，通过菜单“设置”-“WIFI 设置”进行配置无线网络，选择要连接的无线网络，输入正确的密码进行连接，连接成功后即可。

You need to configure the wireless network through the menu

“Setting” – “WIFI Setting” after the equipment is powered on,

select the wireless network to connect, input the correct passwords

to connect, it can be used after the connection is successful.

（3）使用有线网络 use the wired network 设备开机后，把有线网络口插入设备的的 RJ 网络口直到显示连接符号“<->”即可。

After the equipment is powered on, connect the wired network port

with the RJ network port until you can see the “<->”sign.

安装 SIM 卡 install the SIM card

面向设备背面，将 SIM 卡从“SIM CARD”的卡槽插入。

金色晶片向下带斜口向前将 SIM 卡插入卡槽中压紧。

Facing the back of the equipment, remove the SIM card from the

card slot. The gold chip shall be downward and SIM card shall be

placed into the card-holder according to the right direction.

为电池充电 battery charging

当电池电量低时，首屏顶部状态栏显示电池不足的图标，同时显示屏下端会有亮红灯提示。在该情况下，可能无法使用设备的部分功能。当电池电量低于阀值，设备将自动关机。请给设备电池充电。

When battery power is low, status bar of the equipment on the

homepage displays icon of low battery. Under this condition, some

functions of the equipment may not be used. When battery power

is lower than threshold, the equipment will power off automatically.

Please charge the battery of the equipment.

设备开机充电时，屏幕右上角电池图标上有“闪电”标志。充电完成后，屏幕右上角显示满载电池图标。设备关机充电时，大约 8-10 秒，显示闪动电池图标，表示设备正在充电。充电完成，屏幕上显示满载电池图标。

When the equipment is powered on and charged, there is a

“lightning” mark in the battery icon on the upper right corner of

the screen. After charging finished, icon of full charged battery is

shown on the upper right corner of the screen. When the equipment

is powered off and charged for about 8-10 seconds, a flashing

battery icon is displayed, which indicates that the equipment is

charging. After charging finished, icon of full charged battery is

shown on the upper right corner of the screen.

温馨提示：使用此设备时要插上本设备自带的 5V3A DC 电源适配器，电池仅作为备用工作用。数据线不得用来充电或者做电源线使用，仅用于数据传输。

Warm tips：When using this equipment, please plug into the

device’s 5V3A DC power adaptor. The battery is only used as a back-up. The data line shall not be used for charging or power line, only for data transmission.

使用方法 usage

全语通 BIZ 需要两台设备完成网络连接且进行一对一配对后

才能正常使用。

The DOSMONO BIZ can be normally used when the two devices

has been connect to the network successfully and one-to-one matched

as a pair. 准备工作包括两部分：The preparation includes two parts:

 首次使用需要进行网络配置，需要确保两台设备均正常连接

至 Internet 网络。

For the first time, you need to set the network to insure the two

devices are both connected to the internet successfully.

 首次使用需要在网络畅的情况下完成两台设备配对操作。

For the first time, you need to complete the device pairing

operations in a good network condition.

设备首次使用操作说明：

Operation instructions for the first time.

1、开机 start-up

长按设备正面右侧边的“POWER”键 3 秒以上再松开，随后出

现开机画面及开机动画，自动进行升级检测，完成后进入首页。

Long press the POWER button for more than 3 seconds on the

right side of the device before releasing, and then screen displays the

startup picture. After the automatically upgrade detection to enter

the homepage.

2、设置网络 setting the network

为了使网络更稳定，本设备采取”有线优先“机制，即接了有线时优先切换使用有线网络，拔掉网线后才能使用并设置无线网络。

This device gives priority to the wired network to ensure the

stable network, it means if wired, it will switch to wired network,

when unplugged you can set and use the wireless network.

无线网络 wireless network

在未插入有线在首页选择” “进入”设置“-”网络设置“,选择

需要连接的 WLAN 网络名称进行连接；如果该网络需要加密，则需要输入正确的密码才能连接；如果在当前环境中存在已连接过的 WIFI 网络，且存储的密码没有改变的话，设备会自动尝试进行

连接。

Without plugging in a cable network, you can enter the “seeting”

–“netwokr seeting” through the on the homepage to choose the

right WLAN you want to connect. If this WLAN need to be encryped,

you need to enter the correct password to connect; If a connected

WIFI network exists in the current environment, and the stored

password does not change, the device will automatically attempt to

connect.

说明：暂不支持需要认证的网络环境，如部分机场、酒店输入手机号或房间号等认证通过才能使用的 WIFI 网络。

explanation: it doesn’t support the network environment that

requires authentication such as some airports or hotels that need to

enter the phone number, room number or through other authentication

to connect the WIFI.

有线网络 wired network

将网线一端插入设备的有线网口，另一端连接路由器、交换机等网络设备，等待数秒后即可自动连接有线网络。

Connect one end of the cable to the cable network port of the

device, the other end connects the network device such as router,

switch, wait for a few seconds, it can automatically connect wired

network.

注：RJ45 网线接口不可与 USB 数据线接口同时使用。

Tips: the RJ45 cable port can not be used at the same time with

the USB cable.

3、设备配对 equipment matching

（1）配对关系说明 matching relations instruction

每台设备与另一台设备需要一对一进行配对后才能正常使用，后续使用过程中只要未解除配关系，则不再需要进行设备配对；如果要与另外一台设备进行配对，必须先确保所需配对的两台设备均不存在已配对关系。

Each equipment needs to be paired with another one for normal

use. In the process of subsequent use, as long as the relation is not

terminated, the equipment pairing is not needed. If it needs to be

paired with other device, you should first ensure the relation of the

paired devices has been terminated.

（2）配对过程 matching process

根据界面弹窗提示或直接进入“设置”-“设备管理”界面，在“设

备配对管理”下面的 4 个数字输入框，输入另外一台设备该界面生成的“本机设备配对码”，输入正确的设备配对码后，选择“配对” 即可完成配对操作。

According to the pop up reminding on the homepage or directly

enter “setting”—“equipment management”, in the input box of the

“equipment matching management” enter the four numbers which has

been existed as a matching code on another equipment, after enter the

right matching code it can complete the matching operation.

（3）解除配对 cancel matching 如果设备已有配对关系，在“ 设置“-”设备管理“界面，选择”

解除配对“即可。

If the equipment has been paired, choose “cancel matching” in

the “setting”— “equipment management” to terminate the matching.

4、配置完成 matching completed

网络连接及设备配对完成，开始正常使用。

It can be normally used when the network connection and the

equipment matching are completed.

2、基础使用 basic usage

开机后进入设备首页（以下也称”选择语言界面“界面），左右滑动屏幕，已完成配对的两台设备分别选择对话时本机所采用的语言（如”普通话“）后，进入双机对话界面；按住设备正面两个按钮中的任意一个，按住后开始用所选择的语言说话，松开后发送。

After start-up to enter the front page (also regarded as “select

language interface”) slide the screen left and right, and choose the

language for example mandarin to enter the conversation interface in

conversation function on the two devices which have been paired

respectively. Press one of the front buttons of the device to speak in

the language you choose, and then release to send.

对话界面功能介绍：Introduction of the conversation interface

输入语种：当前所选的语音输入语种及内容显示语种，按住有语音输入时根据音量动态显示采音音量大小；如果需要切换，请点击“结束对话“重新选择即可；

Enter the language: The currently selected audio input language

and the content display language, while the voice input is held down

according to the volume dynamic display volume. If you need to

switch, please click “end the dialogue” to choose again.

自动播放：图标亮起时代表对方说的内容会自动播放语音，图标灰色时代表关闭自动语音播放功能。

Autoplay: When the icon is lit, it will automatically play the

voice what the other said. When the icon is gray, it will turn off the

automatic voice playback function.

调整字号：调整对话内容显示的文字大小，分别有”A+“、”A”、 “A-”3 种字号大小，分别对应“大”、“中”、“小”字号；默认为“A”

（中号），根据需要选择即可。

Adjust the letter size: adjust the letter size displayed on the screen, there are three size ”A+“ ”A”、“A-” which are respectively

cross pounding to “large” “medium” “small”. The default letter size

is ”A”, you can change what you need.

结束对话：结束本次对话退回“语言选择“界面，或进入其它功能，如“设置”。

End of the conversation: you can end of the conversation and

back to the “language choose” interface, or enter other functions for

example “setting”.

3 语音及文本记录导出 Voice and Textual Records Export

语音及文本记录，可以用数据线连接设备与电脑进行存储记录导出操作。

Connect the USB cable to the computer to export the voice and textual records. 导出方法如下： Exporting method is shown as follows.

以“WIN7 系统”为例（不支持 MAC 系统）,其它系统类同，可能会有稍许差异。

Here we take “WIN7 System” as an example. The operation on other

systems is similar, and may be slightly different.

使有用设备自带的数据线，一端连接设备，一端接入 PC 电脑、笔记本等设备的 USB 口，检测到设备并安装好驱动（如果系统没有安装驱动，需要借助”应用宝“、”手机助手“等手机管理软件自动识别夸安装好驱动）后，从 ”我的电脑”中找到 “便携设备 ” 中有 “DOSMONO S401” ，双击打开，在 ” 内置存储设备 “ 中找到 ”DOSMONO“ 目录，该目录即设备的记录存储目录，其中”document”存储的是文本文件记录，”voice“存储的是语音文件记录，根据需要复制/剪切至电脑中即可。

Connect one end of the attached USB cable to the device, and the

other end to the USB port of PC, laptop and so on. After the driver has

been detected and installed (In case of absence of driver in the system,

you need to use cellphone management software, such as “My App”,

“Cellphone Suite” and so on, to automatically identify and install the

driver), find out “DOSMONO S401” in “Portable Device” in “My

Computer”, and then double click it. Find out the “DOSMONO”

directory in the “Built-in Storage Device”, which is the very record

storage directory of the device. The textual files are stored under the

“document” directory, while the audio files are stored under the

“voice” directory. You may duplicate or cut the files to the computer.

提醒：为了避免存储空间满而影响下次使用，请及时查看存储容量并清理历史存储记录。

Reminder: A full memory will affect the next use of device. Please

check the memory capacity and clear the stored records in time.

关机 Shut down

长按电源键，弹出对话框，点按屏幕中的“关机”，关闭设备。

Long press the power key, pop up the dialogue box, click the

“shutdown” or “OK” in the screen to shut the equipment down.

开启和关闭屏幕 Power on and power off the screen

开启屏幕 power on the screen

要开启屏幕，按电源键即可点亮屏幕。

To power on the screen, press the power button to light up the screen.

关闭屏幕 Power off the screen

您可以按电源键关闭屏幕，节省电量，防止误按。

You can power off screen by pressing power key, to save power, and avoid pressing by mistake.

设备锁定与解锁 Lock and unlock the equipment

锁定设备 lock the equipment

短按左侧电源键，即可锁定设备。

Short press the right power button, follow the instructions on screen,

slide to the right to unlock.

说明：若您在系统默认或设定的锁屏时间之内对设备无任何操作，设备将自动锁定。要开启屏幕，按电源键即可点亮屏幕。

Instruction: If you do not have any operation on the equipment within

the default or set screen lock time, the equipment will be locked

automatically. If you want to power on the screen, press the power

button to light up the screen.

设备解锁 Unlock the equipment

按左侧电源键，在触屏上向上滑动解锁。

Short press the right power button, follow the instructions on screen, slide to the right to unlock.

主屏幕 home screen

设备的主屏幕为该设备的主要功能入口，可以通过触摸屏进行操作。

The main screen of the equipment is the main function entrance of the

equipment, which can be operated through touching screen.

状态栏 status bar

设备屏幕顶部的图标是有关于设备的一些状态信息，如 SIM 卡状态、电量、WIFI 信号、有线网络符号等状态指示。

The icons on the top of the equipment screen are the some status

information about the equipment, such as status of SIM card, battery

level, WIFI signal, etc.

健康与安全 Health and Safety

安全警示 Safety Warning

升级本设备系统时请通过官方售后服务网点或本设备自带系统升级功能。如采用其他方式升级系统，可能会导致设置发生故障或丢失数据，及导致系统安全能力被破坏，触发安全风险。

Please get the device system updated by the official after-sale services

or with the attached system updating function. In case the system is

updated in other ways, failure or data loss may be caused, or the safety

capability of the system may be damaged, thus triggering safety risks.

RF/SAR 信息 Information About RF/SAR

您的设备是一部低能量无线电收发器。开机时，设备发出低水平

的无线电波（RF）。

Your device is a low-energy wireless transceiver. When power on, the

device will give some low level of radio waves (RF).

世界各国政府均采用由科学专业组织，如国际非电力放射保护委员会（ICNIRP）及电力电子工程师学院（IEEE）所制定的国家安全指引。这些指引确立了一般人口暴露于无线电波的认可水平。其计算包含了任何测量上的差异，如年龄水平和健康水平，为所有人类都提供了安全范围的保障。比吸收率（SAR）是使用手机等无线通讯设备时，身体所吸收的无线电波的数量的测量单位。SAR 数值根据实验状态下最高的已验证的能量水平制定，本设备操作时的真正 SAR 水平可能远低于此数值。一般，距离基站越近，设备发出的能量越低。各无线通讯设备的型号的 SAR 水平可能不同，为保证用户的安全和健康，本设备的设计和制造均符合无线电暴露指引。适用于共众的无线电波比吸收率限值是平均每 10 克身体组织 2.0 瓦特/千克(W/kg).经测试，本设备符合该限制。

Governments around the world adopt the safety guidelines formulated

by the professional science organizations, such as the International

Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) and

Institute of Electric and Electronic Engineering （IEEE）. These

guidelines define the recognizable level for common people to expose

to the radio wave, and include any measurement differences, such as

age and health level, thus providing an safety range for all people.

Specific absorption rate (SAR) is the unit used to measure the quantity

of radio wave absorbed by human body when using the wireless

communication devices such as cellphone and so on. The value of

SAR is defined according to the maximum verified energy level under

the experiment status. The SAR of the device may be far below this

level. Generally, the closer to the base station is, the lower energy the

device gives out.

The SAR level varies with the model of wireless communication

device. To ensure the safety and health of users, both the design and

manufacturing of the device conform to the RF exposure guidelines.

The limiting value of radio wave SAR applicable to the public is 2.0

W/kg per 10g of body tissues. It is tested that the device conforms to

such limit.

电池 battery

请不要使用已经损坏的充电器或电池。

Do not use the damaged charger or battery.

请正确使用电池，不要将电池短路，这将损坏电池，并产生热量，可能引起火灾。

Please use the battery correctly and properly. Do not short out the

battery, otherwise the battery will be damaged and the heat will be

generated to cause fire.

禁止将电池放在高温下或丢入火中，这会引起爆炸。

It is forbidden to expose the battery to high temperature or throw it in

the fire, otherwise explosion may be caused.

应将废旧电池返还给供货商或放在指定的回收点，不应与生活垃圾一起弃置。

Return the waste batteries to the supplier or place them in the

designated recycle points. Do not put them together with household

wastes.

电池充电时间取决于剩余电量，电池类型，以及充电器。电池可以被充电上千次，但会渐渐损耗。当待机时间明显短于正常待机时间，请购买新电池。

The charge time depends on the remaining capacity, type of battery

and charger. The battery can be charged for thousands of times, but

will wear down. Please buy new battery when the standby time is far

shorter than the normal standby time.

请使用本设备专用及授权的充电器和电池。

Please use charger and battery specially for the device or authorized

by us.

当充电器未在使用时，请断开充电器与电源的连接。

Please disconnect the charger and the power supply when the charger

is not in use.

请不要操作充电时间过长，这将损害电池，缩短电池寿命。

Excessive charging time will damage the battery and shorten its

service life.

极端热冷温度会影响充电量，请预先降温或加温至正常温度（当温度低于零摄氏度，锂电池会受影响）。

Extreme temperature will affect the charge volume. Please lower or

raise the temperature to normal temperature (The lithium battery will be affected when the temperature goes below 0℃) before charge.

交通安全 Transportation safety

在加油时请关闭本设备，同样的情况也适用于禁止使用双向无线设备的地方。请不要将易燃、易爆物品与本设备放在一起，内部的火花可能引起燃烧。

Please turn off the device when filling fuel or in places where the use

of two-way wireless device is forbidden. Do not place the device

together with the flammable and explosive substances, otherwise the

internal sparks may cause combustion.

在飞机起飞前请关闭本设备。为防止对飞机通讯系统的干扰，在飞行中决不允许使用本设备。在飞机未起飞时使用话本设备应按照安全规定征得机组人员允许方可。

Please turn off the device before taking off. By no means shall the

device be used in flight, for it causes interference to the plane’s

communication system. Before taking off, the use of the device shall

conform to relevant safety regulations and shall be permitted by the

flight crew.

操作环境 Operating Environment

无论在任何地方都应遵守此特殊规定。如果禁止使用或可能带来危险时请关闭本设备。当连接手机与其他设备时，应该阅读使用者手册，详细了解安全说明，禁止与不兼容的产品连接。本设备适用的环境温度请保持在－10℃至 50℃之间。

You shall abide by this special regulation anywhere. Please turn off

the device if the use is forbidden or may result in danger.

Before connecting the device to cellphone or other devices, you shall

read the User Manual carefully to have a thorough understanding of

the safety instructions. It is forbidden to connect it to any incompatible

product. Please keep the device operating in a temperature between -10℃ and 50℃.

电子设备 Electronic device

大多数电子设备屏蔽无线电信息，咨询制造商有关信息。起博器：保持手机距起博器 6 英寸（15cm）以上的距离；不应该在胸前口袋中携带本设备；如果您怀疑本设备干扰作用，请立即关闭设备。助听器：可能会干扰助听器工作，如果存在这种干扰，请与助听器制造商联系。

其他医疗器械：如果您使用其它个人医疗器械，请咨询器械制造商，确认这些器械是否屏蔽无线电波。医生可以协助您获取这些信息。如果康复设施附近有标示禁止使用手机等无线通讯设备，请关闭本设备。

Most of the electronic devices shield radio signals. Please consult

manufacturers for relevant information.

Pacemaker: Keep the cellphone over 6 inches (15cm) from the

pacemaker. Do not carry this device in the chest pocket. If you doubt

that the device causes interference, please turn it off immediately.

Hearing aid: It may interfere the operation of hearing aid. In case of

such interference, please contact the hearing aid manufacturer.

Other medical devices: If you are using other personal medical

devices, please consult the device manufacturers to confirm whether

they will shield the radio wave. The doctor will help you to acquire

such information. Please turn off the device in case there are labels

near the rehabilitation facilities indicating that the use of wireless

communication devices such as cellphone is not allowed.

其他重要安全信息 Other Important Safety Information

 请您使用原配的或经厂商认可的配件。使用任何未经认可的

配件，都有可能影响本设备的使用性能，损坏您的话机，甚至导致人身危险。

 本设备会产生电磁场，请不要放置在诸如计算机磁盘之类的

磁存储媒质附近。附近的电视、电话、收音机和个人计算机等电器设备会干扰本设备的使用，从而影响设备的性能。

 请不要与其它不配套的设备连接。  只有专业人员有资格维修本设备。

 Please use the original accessories or the ones accepted by the

manufacturer of the device. The use of unauthorized accessories may affect the performance of the device, damage your phone, and even cause personal injuries.

 The device produces electromagnetic field. Please do not place it

around the magnetic storage medium such as computer disk and so on. The electrical devices nearby, such as TV, telephone, radio, PC and so on, will cause interference to the device, thus affecting

its performance.

 Do not connect the device to other unmatched devices.

 The repair of the device is available only to professionals.

 Keep the device dry, and prevent liquid from penetrating the

 Do not operate the device with wet hands, otherwise electric

池，或融化配件。

 请不要在低温环境存放设备，当设备恢复正常操作温度，水

蒸气会进入设备内部，损坏设备电路板。

 请不要将您的设备暴露在强烈日光之下，避免受热。

 请不要将您的设备放在易燃的液体，气体或易爆的物体附近。  请不要扔放，敲打设备，粗暴地对待设备，会毁坏内部电路

板。

 清洁设备时，请使用较为潮湿的或防静电的抹布，不要使用

干燥的或易产生静电的抹布。清洁设备表面时不要使用清洗剂等化学制品。请先关机，然后清洗设备。

 请不要油漆您的设备，颜料会阻碍设备的正常使用。  如果您的设备有闪光灯，请勿太靠近眼睛，以免伤害眼睛。  如果您的设备或电池弄湿了，设备内部的标签损坏，即使在
