The recommended hight for the rotary knob and the hand shower set on the wall is 1200 mm measured from the finished floor lever (FFL) for a person with a height of 1750 mm. The recommended distance in height between the display switch is 300 mm. All measurements can be varied and customized according to the specific needs of the application. The horizontal and vertical distance between the control elements is 90 mm (center to center) and must not be less. The distance between the maximum height of the tallest user and underside of the rain panel should be at least 400 mm.

Positioning fragrance module (accessible)
– The fragrance modules must be installed outside the wet zone in an area that allows for easy access after installation. – Ambient temperature 5-30 °C. – The maximum distance between fragrance modules and ceiling installation enclosure for rain panel is 12 m. – The maximum vertical height between fragrance modules and ceiling installation enclosure for rain panel is 4 m and must not be exceeded.
– The maximum distance between the fragrance modules and the closest heat source (e.g. steam generator, heating unit) must not be less than 1 m. A heat shield has to be installed between the heat source and the fragrance modules if the required distance of min. 1 m cannot be adhered to. The area needs to be well ventilated.
– The fragrance modules and the power supply have to be installed separate from each other. (Distance: min. 1 m - the power supply cables can be extended on site to max. 2 m). The fragrance modules must not be installed directly above the electrical installation.

Pre-wall installation
An installation with a pre-wall system in front of the wall and under the ceiling is mandatory due to the minimum installation depth and the installation method of the concealed rough parts for electronic control elements. The proper installation of a pre-wall system enables compliance with on-site requirements with fire protection, heat and noise insulation. Pre-wall installation systems are available from various manufacturers.

The installation of the connecting cable and concealed rough par ts for electronic control elements has to occur at the same time that the pre-wall is closed. Wall thickness in front of the wall panelling: min. 7 mm - max. 35 mm
– The drywall for the ceiling has to meet quality stardard Q3 (no visible gaps and closed pores).
– The on-site panelling has to be screwed to the mounting bracket of the ceiling installation enclosure for rain panel.
– The weight of the panelling of the ceiling must not put any strain on the mounting bracket of the ceiling installation enclosure for rain panel. The mounting brackets are only meant to stabilize the rain panel.
– It is recommended to use screws with a drill head to install the panelling to the mounting brackets of the rain panel.
– The mounting brackets have to fall in line with the metal frame of the ceiling structure.
– Any strain from the panelling has to be carried by the metal frame of the dry wall.
– The thickness of the wall covering (tile, stone etc.) in front of the dry wall panelling (gypsum cardboard) around the rough parts for electronic control elements is min. 7 - max 35 mm.

Because small quantities of a fragrance are added to the water emerging from SENSORY SKY obliged to inform you that the water that emerges from Sensory Sky is not drinking water.
Water supply (HW + CW) 2x DN 20 – G1/2" to be connected via concealed rough for eVALVE (hand shower set). The pipe diameter has to be adhered to for both pipes and fittings. The following components (scope of delivery) have to be positioned to be accessible at all times: – 4 x Shut off for hot and cold water pipes (DN 20) – 2 x Filter for hot and cold water pipes (DN 20) – 2 x Backflow preventer Type BA according to EN 1717 for hot and cold water pipes A pressure reducing valve and a main filter have to be provided by the customer (installed after the water meter). A min. distance for a circulation pipe (DN 15) of 900 mm from the eVALVE (hand shower set) is required if a hot water circulation system is installed. Calculate the piping according to DIN 1988, EN 806. Pressure test (mandatory) the entire installation up to the ceiling installation enclosure for rain panel including concealed rough parts for eVALVE (hand shower set) with 1.5 times of the maximum operating pressure. Please refer to the current pressure test guidelines depending on the pipe material used (e.g. EN 806-4 / DIN 1988-2). Compile a test report. The complete installation including the ceiling installation enclosure for rain panel and concealed rough parts for eVALVE (hand shower set) has to be flushed with clean water, e.g. EN 806-4 / DIN 1988-2). Compile a flushing report. Flushing has to occur prior to installing the trim installation and initial start-up.

, we are legally
Hot water storage
For the optimum choice of hot water storage device – taking into consideration additional drawing-off points and parallel usage – you need to assess the specific demand (e.g. according to DIN 4708-2). A thermostatic mixer as to be installed after the boiler if the hot water temperature of the boiler is set to more than 60 °C. A manual or automatic bypass if the thermostatic mixer has be installed if regular thermal disinfection is required. Continuous-flow water heaters cannot be used to supply hot water for SENSORY SKY
Floor drain
A specific calculation that takes into consideration the flow rate of all the outlet points in the shower is required for optimum floor drain sizing (calculated according to e.g. DIN 1986). Recommendation: connected rating 1.5 l/s., drainage pipe DN 75.

Application area
The products are not meant to be used outside. Consult with Dornbracht if you plan to use the product in steam, chlorine or saline enviroments.

No strain must be transferred from the ceiling structure to ceiling installation enclosure for rain panel
Place the mounting brackets into the correct slot of the installation enclosure depending on the thickness of the panelling (12.5 or 20 mm)
Use screws with drill head (min. 3.5 x 25 mm) to mount ceiling panelling to the mounting bracket of the installation enclosure
Fixation material for the ceiling panel has to be chosen based on the ceiling construction. Min. strength: 2000 N
Conform to re protection regulations
Calculate the piping (e.g. according to DIN 1988-3 / EN 806-3)
Calculate optimum choice of hot water storage device (e.g. according to DIN 4708, DIN 1988-20)
A pressure reducing valve to be provided by the customer (installed after the water meter according to DIN 1988)
Main water filter (back-flushable) to be provided by customer (e.g. according to DIN 1988)
The following components (scope of delivery) have to be positioned to be accessible at all times: – 4 x Shut off for hot and cold water pipes (DN 20)
