AVVERTENZE PER UTILIZZO
DEL COMANDO GAS XM2
1. Lubrificare con grasso resistente all’acqua la sede di rotazione dei cavi gas (Zona A e B);
2. inserire i cavi comando gas nelle opportune sedi (Zona C e D) del supporto inferiore comando gas;
3. calzare il tubo gas con manopola sul manubrio ed inserire i nottolini dei cavi comando gas (Zona E ed F) nelle opportune
sedi sul tubo gas;
4. chiudere il comando gas con il coperchio superiore e serrare le viti 1 e 2 in dotazione con una coppia di serraggio di 2.5 - 3
N/m.
AVVERTENZE:
- Seguire scrupolosamente le indicazioni riportate.
- Tutte le operazioni devono essere eseguite da meccanici qualificati.
- Comando gas destinato all’uso in pista o strade chiuse al traffico.
- Non utilizzare il comando gas su veicoli diversi da quelli prescritti.
- Per il buon funzionamento di questo comando gas è necessario utilizzare le trasmissioni specifiche a nostro
catalogo.
DIRECTIONS FOR THE USE
OF THE THROTTLE CONTROL XM2
1. Lubricate the rotation seat of the throttle cables (A and B area) with some waterproof grease;
2. put the throttle cables in their proper seat (C and D area) of the throttle control lower housing;
3. assemble the throttle tube with grip on the handlebar and put the throttle cable nipples in their proper seat (E and F area)
on the throttle tube;
4. close the throttle control with the upper housing and tighten the two provided screws (1 and 2) to a torque of 2.5 – 3
N/m;
DIRECTIONS:
- Follow the specified instructions carefully.
- All the operations shall be carried out by qualified mechanics.
- Use this throttle control on the tracks and private roads closed to traffic only.
- Do not use the throttle control on vehicles other than the specified ones.
- For the proper working of the throttle control it is necessary to use the specific throttle cables shown in our

DE LA POIGNEE DE GAZ XM2
1. Lubrifier le siège de rotation des câbles de gaz (Zone A et B) avec de la graisse résistante à l’eau;
2. placer les câbles de gaz dans les sièges (zone C et D) du corps inférieur de la poignée de gaz;
3. assembler le tube de gaz avec le revêtement sur le guidon et introduire les barillets tendeurs de câble dans les sièges
(zone E et F) sur le tube de gaz;
4. fermer la poignée de gaz avec le couvercle supérieure et visser les vis 1 et 2 en dotation avec un couple de serrage de
2.5 - 3 N/m.

- Suivre rigoureusement les instructions ci-dessus.
- Toutes les opérations doivent être effectuées par un mécanicien spécialisé.
- Poignée de gaz destinée à l’usage sur piste ou routes privées fermées à la circulation publique.
- Ne pas employer cette poignée de gaz sur des véhicules différents de ceux prescrits.
- Pour le bon fonctionnement de cette poignée il est nécessaire d’utiliser les câbles spécifiques présents dans

1. Wasserabweisendes Fett an den Seilzugumdrehungssitz (Bereich A und B) anbringen;
2. die Seilzüge in die richtigen Sitze (Bereiche C und D) des unteren Gehäuses des Gasdrehgriffs einführen;
3. den Gasdrehgriff mit Handgriff auf den Lenker einführen und die Seilzugnippel in die entsprechenden Sitze auf den
Gasdrehgriff einsetzen (Bereiche E und F);
4. das obere Gehäuse anbringen und die mitgelieferten Schrauben 1 und 2 mit einem Anzugsmoment von 2.5 - 3 N/m
anziehen.

- Jeder Vorgang muss von Fachmechanikern durchgeführt werden.
- Der Gasdrehgriff nur auf Bahnen und für den Verkehr gesperrten Privatstrassen benutzen.

1. Il comando gas può essere montato in tre diverse posizioni;
2. a seconda della posizione di montaggio, praticare un foro diametro 3 mm per lo scarico dell’acqua nella parte inferiore
indicata.

1. Il comando gas e’ dotato di 3 ghiere intercambiabili che modificano l’erogazione della potenza;
2. per rimuovere la ghiera ed installarne una differente, smontare il comando gas, estrarre la ghiera montata come in fig. A;
3. posizionare su un piano d’appoggio solido la nuova ghiera con l’incavo per il tubo gas verso l’alto come in fig. B, centrare gli
incastri tubo gas – ghiera e spingere a fondo come indicato in fig. C;
4. verificare il corretto montaggio della ghiera che deve presentarsi come in fig. D;
5. riassemblare il comando gas come da istruzioni.

1. The throttle control is provided with 3 interchangeable rings to modify the throttle supply;
2. to replace the assembled ring with a new one, disassemble the throttle control and remove it as shown in picture A;
3. place the new ring on a working surface with the spot-facing for the throttle tube upwards as shown in picture B, match the
throttle tube – ring slots and press fully as shown in picture C;
4. check that the new ring is assembled correctly as shown in picture D;
5. assemble the throttle control again according to the provided instructions.

DE LA POIGNEE DE GAZ XM2
1. La poignée de gaz est équipée de trois bagues interchangeables, qui modifient la distribution de la puissance;
2. pour enlever la bague et y placer une différente, désassembler la poignée de gaz et extraire la bague suivant la photo A;
3. positionner sur un plan d’appui solide la bauge choisie avec la cavité pour le tube de gaz vers le haut (photo B), centrer les
entailles tube de gaz - bague et pousser à fond suivant la photo C;
4. vérifier le correct assemblage; la bague doit être positionnée suivant la photo D;
5. assembler la poignée de gaz selon les instructions.

2. den Gasdrehgriff zerlegen und den aufgestellten Ring herausziehen (Bild A), um einen neuen Ring einzubauen;
3. den neuen Ring auf eine Auflagefläche mit der Kerbe für das Gasdrehgriffrohr nach oben legen (Bild B), die
Einspannungsstellen des Gasdrehgriffs und des Rings aneinander passen und völlig drücken (Bild C);
4. den richtigen Einbau des Rings nachprüfen (Bild D);
5. den Gasdrehgriff nach den Anweisungen wieder anbauen.
