Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Netz
– vor jeder Reinigung und Pflege

Lebensmittel dürfen nur in Originalverpackungen oder

Schließen Sie das Gerät nur wie folgt an:
– mit dem DC-Anschlusskabel an die DC-Bordsteckdose
(z. B. Zigarettenanzünder) im Fahrzeug
– oder mit dem 230-V-Anschlusskabel an das 230-V-Wechsel-

Vergleichen Sie die Spannungsangabe auf dem Typenschild
mit der vorhandenen Energieversorgung.
Das Kühlgerät ist nicht geeignet für den Transport ätzender
oder lösungsmittelhaltiger Stoffe.
Ziehen Sie den Stecker nie am Anschlusskabel aus der Steck-
dose.
Wenn das Kühlgerät an der DC-Steckdose angeschlossen ist:
Klemmen Sie Ihr Kühlgerät und andere Verbraucher von der
Batterie ab, bevor Sie ein Schnellladegerät anschließen.
Wenn das Kühlgerät an der DC-Steckdose angeschlossen ist:
Trennen Sie die Verbindung oder schalten Sie das Kühlgerät
aus, wenn Sie den Motor ausschalten. Sonst kann die Batterie
entladen werden.
2.2 Sicherheit beim Betrieb des Gerätes

Achten Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme darauf, dass Zuleitung und
Stecker trocken sind.
ACHTUNG!
Benutzen Sie keine elektrischen Geräte innerhalb des Kühl-
gerätes, außer wenn diese Geräte vom Hersteller dafür empfohlen werden.
Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von offenen Flammen
oder anderen Wärmequellen (Heizung, starke Sonneneinstrahlung, Gasöfen usw.) ab.
Überhitzungsgefahr!
Achten Sie stets darauf, dass beim Betrieb entstehende Wärme
ausreichend abgeführt werden kann. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass
das Gerät in ausreichendem Abstand zu Wänden oder Gegenständen steht, sodass die Luft zirkulieren kann.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Lüftungsöffnungen nicht abgedeckt
werden.
Füllen Sie keine Flüssigkeiten oder Eis in den Innenbehälter.
Tauchen Sie das Gerät nie in Wasser.
Schützen Sie das Gerät und die Kabel vor Hitze und Nässe.

Das Kühlgerät eignet sich zum Kühlen und Warmhalten von Lebensmitteln.
Das Gerät ist auch für Camping-Zwecke geeignet.
Falls Sie Medikamente kühlen wollen, überprüfen Sie bitte, ob die Kühlleistung des Gerätes den Anforderungen der jeweiligen Arzneimittel entspricht.
Alle im Kühlgerät verarbeiteten Materialien sind unbedenklich für
Lebensmittel.
ISOFIX-Bügeln in Ihrem Fahrzeug befestigen. Beachten Sie hierzu
die Montageanleitung des Befestigungskits.
ACHTUNG!
Bei Verwendung des Befestigungskits für ISOFIX im Fahrzeug darf
das Gewicht der Kühlbox inklusive Inhalt 13 kg nicht überschreiten.
6 Technische Beschreibung
Die Kühlbox ist für den mobilen Einsatz geeignet. Sie kann Waren bis max.
30 °C unter Umgebungstemperatur abkühlen (thermostatische Abschaltung
bei ca. +1 °C) bzw. kühl halten oder auf max. 65 °C erwärmen bzw. warm
halten.
Hat das Gerät den eingestellten Temperaturbereich erreicht, so wird automatisch in den Energiesparmodus umgeschaltet. In diesem Modus wird ausschließlich die Energie verbraucht, die zum Erhalten der Temperatur im
Inneren der Box benötigt wird.
Die Kühlung ist eine verschleißfreie Peltierkühlung mit Wärmeabfuhr durch
einen Lüfter.

Die Kühlbox verfügt über eine automatische Vorrangschaltung. So wird sichergestellt, dass – bei gleichzeitigem Anschluss an das Wechselstromnetz
und an eine 12/24-V-Batterie – das Wechselstromnetz genutzt wird.
7 Bedienung
ACHTUNG!
Wenn Sie die Kühlbox im Fahrzeug verwenden, müssen Sie den

Bevor Sie das neue Kühlgerät in Betrieb nehmen, sollten Sie es

Tuch reinigen (siehe auch Kapitel „Reinigung und Pflege“ auf
Seite 12).
7.1 Tipps zum Energiesparen

Die Statusanzeige der Temperatur (Abb. 2 F, Seite 2) zeigt den gewählten
Temperaturbereich an. Mit steigender Anzahl an leuchtenden LEDs steigt
auch die Intensität des Temperaturbereichs.

mittlere Kontaktstift sauber ist. Wenn Ihr
Kühlboxstecker in der Zigarettenanzünderfassung sehr warm wird, muss entweder die Fassung gereinigt werden, oder
der Stecker ist möglicherweise nicht richtig
zusammengebaut.
Tauschen Sie die Sicherung des
Anschlusskabels (5 A) aus.

Zigarettenanzünders (üblicherweise 15 A)

6 Technical description
The cooling box is suitable for mobile use. It can cool goods up to max. 30 °C
under ambient temperature (thermostatic switch-off with approx. +1 °C) or
keep them cool or warm them up to max. 65 °C or keep them warm.
If the device has reached the set temperature range, then it will automatically
switch over to the energy save mode. In this mode only the energy is consumed which is required to reach the temperature inside the box.
The cooling is a wear free thermo-electric cooler with heat removal through
a ventilator.
The cooling box is equipped with an automatic priority circuit. Thus it is ensured that with simultaneous connection to the alternating current circuit and
to a 12/24-V-battery, the alternating current circuit will be used.

Before you put the new refrigerator into operation, you should clean
it inside and outside with a damp cloth for hygienic reasons (see
also chapter “Cleaning and servicing” on page 23).

A ventilator in the interior space of the cooling box provides for the
circulation of the cold air within the box. Thus a better cooling capacity will be achieved. In order that the cold air cannot reach the
outside when opening the cooling box, this is equipped with a
switch which turns off the ventilator as soon as the lid is opened.
Choose a well ventilated installation location which is protected against
direct sunlight.
Allow warm food to cool down first before placing it in the device to keep
cool.
Do not open the cooling device more often than necessary.
Do not leave the cooler unit open for longer than necessary.
If you want to set an increased energy efficiency and a limited cooling
capacity for the cooler unit, use the cooler’s ECO mode.
