Dual Frequency 300/318 MHz Keypad
STEP 1: Set Jumper S1
Determine the operating frequency you will use on your keypad installation. This keypad can operate at either 300 MHz or 318 MHz. At 300 MHz the keypad is compatible with all 300 MHz receivers with 10 dip switches. At 318 MHz the keypad is compatible all 318 MHz receivers with 9 dip switches. (see Figure 1)

STEP 2: Set Jumper 4 on S2
300 MHz (10 dip switches) - Jumper set to OFF (in the DOWN position)

STEP 3: Set the DIP switches to match the Receiver
Set the DIP switches of the keypad to “+” for ON or CLOSE, and “-” for OFF or OPEN. Note: Do not use the center position.

STEP 4: Programming the Master Code
1. Press
2. Enter the “Master Code” (default is )
3. Press the button
4. Enter for change code
5. Enter for “Master Code”
6. Enter the new “Master Code” (Must be 4 digits)

STEP 5: Programming the User Entry Code
1. Press
2. Enter the “Master Code” (default is )
3. Press the button
4. Enter for change code
5. Enter for the number of user code (eg. “03” for the third user code, etc).
6. Enter the new “User Enter Code” (Must be 4 digits)
7. Press the button. The multi-color status LED flashes Green 3 times meaning the code is accepted. If the multi-color status LED flashes 3 times Red, the steps need to be repeated.

STEP 6: Deleting the programmed User Entry Code
1. Press
2. Enter the “Master Code” (default is )
3. Press the button
4. Enter for delete code
5. Enter for the number of user code (eg. “03” for the third user code, etc).
6. Press the button. The multi-color status LED flashes Green 3 times meaning the code is accepted. If the multi-color status LED flashes 3 times Red, the steps need to be repeated.

STEP 7: Activating the Keypad
1. Press
2. Enter your programmed usercode.

Return to Default Settings
1. Disconnect the power by removing the battery.
2. Press the , , and keys simultaneously.
3. Re-connect the battery to power up the keypad.
4. Release the , , and keys. Note: The keypad is returned to the default “Master Code” . And all User Entry Codes are deleted.
Multi-color status LED
ORANGE - Key depress GREEN - Code was entered correctly and the keypad is transmitting GREEN - Programming Mode RED - (Flashing 3 times) Error was made in either programming mode or in code entry.
