The gasoline-engine is specially designed for the model airplane. With large horsepower and

excellent stabilization, the engine becomes a kind of light and ideal power equipment for the

将会影响化油器的正常工作，化油器油针可能需要进行微调才能达到最佳的工作位置。

Every engine has been adjusted before ex-factory, so

it

is permitted to use directly by the

customers. However, as the altitudes in the different regions will influence the normal work of

the carburetion, the oil pin of the carburetion possibly need to be adjusted a little so as to reach

its perfect position.

2 、功能及调整 Functions and Adjustments

调整 ： 顺时针转动怠速螺丝 3 将增大怠速转速 ， 同时要配合低速油针 4 一起调整 ， 顺

时针转动低速油针减少油量（一般是把油针拧到底再退回 1.25

圈） ；高速油针

5 ( 退回 1.5

圈 ) 最好使用转速表来调整，使发动机达到最高转速，加减速顺畅为最佳。

Turn the Idle Adjustment Screw (See No.3) clockwise to increase the

idle speed. At the same time, you should also adjust the Low-speed Oil Pin (See No.4) clockwise

to reduce the oil . Commonly, turn the oil pin to the bottom, then turn back 1.25 cycles. High-

speed Oil Pin (See No.5) (turn back 1.5 cycles) should be adjusted by the tachometer to make the

engine reach the maximum peed.

It

is

the best when the engine can accelerate or decelerate the

speed smoothly.

3 、发动机的启动 (Start-up of the engine)

（ 1 ） 关闭风门 ( 热车时可不关闭而直接启动 ) ， 稍微加一点油门。

Step 1: Shut up the ventilation door (Start up directly if the engine remain warm.) On the

other hand, you can set the accelerator a little.

（ 2 ） 关闭点火电源。

Step 2: Close the ignition power.

（ 3 ）

转动螺旋桨，直到汽油进入化油器（首次启动或长时间不用可能需要转动多

次） 。

Step 3: Turn the aircraft propeller until the petrol entering into the carburetor.

You

need

to turn

one more time if the engine

is

used for the first time or remain unused for a long time.

打开点火电源， 用力拨桨 （最好用启动棒） 发动机启动后会因富油而自动熄

火。

Step 4: Open the ignition power, and move the aircraft propeller forcibly with a Start-up

Stick. (Caution: After start-up, the engine will stop working automatically

as

a result of the rich

oil.)

打开风门，启动发动机，进入正常工作状态。

Step 5: Open the ventilation door and start up the engine to make

it

5 、请特别注意：在一定周期内清洁化油器里面的燃油滤网，否则将引起油针调节 失

灵，发动机工作不稳等情况。
