DKN-Technology INTRODUCTION
The DKN-Technoloy V-Power is a revolutionary exercise machine that provides numerous health and fitness benefits through Whole Body Vibration (WBV). Compared to traditional exercise methods, vibration exercise can be far more effective, efficient and fun!
A WBV machine creates vibrations that are transferred to the body through the base platform. The brain responds to the vibrations by activating muscle fibers though what is called an “automatic stretch reflex” that occurs in the muscles. Traditional training methods only reach 40-60% muscle fiber activation, whereas WBV achieves 100 percent muscle fiber activation! This deeper stimulation is especially effective for improving posture and balance.
Even the brain is trained through Whole Body Vibration .The brain’s inherent adaptive response allows it to rapidly adjust to the vibrations induced by the DKN-Technology V-Power. This workout causes numerous effects on brain and body health, including improved hormone and endocrine balance, deeper and sounder sleep, greater mental clarity and focus, and reduced mental, emotional and physical stress.
Consequently, you feel more relaxed and alert!
You can effectively train your entire body because DKN-Technology V-Power training stimulates the entire body’s muscular system at once and not just one muscle at a time.

If you have not been physically active for a long period of time and / or have potential health-related risks, you should consult your primary care physician before starting any exercise routine.
In order to maximize the desired results in your physical health and well-being from your new DKN-Technoloy V-Power, a few training tips are required prior to starting your training program:
Intensity
To achieve maximum results you must choose the right intensity. Start with maximum five minutes (300 seconds) on the first day and progressively increase the duration by five minutes per day until you can achieve 30 minutes of total exercise duration. Rest one minute between intervals. It should take about six to 12 days before reaching 30 minutes of DKN-Technology V-Power use prior to moving on to the next level of intensity. Training every other day is recommended.
Fat burning
Maximum fat burning occurs with Total Body function usage for 30 minutes up to two times per day. It should take at least two weeks of Total Body function use prior to reaching that level of intensity.
Training Tips
Warm-up
Always bend the knees slightly when using any WBV device. This takes stress off the upper thoracic and cervical regions of the body. The DKN-Technology V-Power provides immediate and sufficient low-stress muscle and
ligament stimulation. This occurs through subconscious, muscle stretch reflexes that provide the warm-up necessary to prevent muscular injury. However, light stretching can be performed before starting the training period as well as during the one-minute interval “rest” periods if desired. Stretch or flexibility training is vital for a fit and healthy body. By training your body to become supple, you improve circulation and oxygenation to peripheral tissues like hair, skin, nails and muscles. If you have not focused on stretch training before, start with gentle stretches and increase the length or time of the stretch as you become more flexible. When first starting, use ¼- to ½-inch thin rubber-soled shoes. Do not train
on the unit barefooted.

Posture positions and indication of muscles working
Page 6
Calves
※ Posture: place the feet in the middle of the plate and lift the heels. Knees slighty bent, the back is straight
and the position is maintained while looking straight ahead. Tense abdomen.
※ Affected area: tibialis and calves.
Squat (horseback riding position)
※ Posture: place feet in the middle of the plate, shoulder width apart. The knees bend approximately 80
degree (the user should be able to see the toes and part of the feet). Back straight, maintain balance. Keep weight mostly on forefoot.
※ Affect area: quadriceps, tibialis, and calves.
Deep Squat
※ Posture: the knees are bent about 100 degrees ( the user should be able to see the toes and part of the
feet). Back straight, upper body slightly forward, keep your balance.
※ Affected area: quadriceps, tibialis, and calves.
Page 7
One legged Stand
※ Posture: step on the plate with the main foot. Place other foot along side the Vibration machine next to it.
One leg is held up as shown in the diagram (90 degree or more). Hold the handle bar to maintain a straight chest and back. Maintain balance, chin slightly tilted upward.
※ Affected area: quadriceps.
Bend Over Pull
※ Posture: step on the plate, hold the strap and maintain the tension of the arms. ※ Bend the knees and the hip slightly. Maintain the back straight and the head is tilted upward. ※ Affected area: trapezius, biceps, forearms, quadriceps, and tibialis
Lateral Side Raise
※ Posture: hold the strap, and lift the arms slightly. The knees are bent 20~30 degree. ※ Tension is placed on the hip and the abdomen. ※ Affected area: trapezius, deltoids, tibialis, and calves.
Push Up
※ Posture: place hands in the middle of the plate at shoulder width. ※ Keep legs and knees straight. Bend elbows about 90 degree, and retract to the starting postion. ※ Affected area: deltoid, pectorals, forearms, and triceps.
Page 8
Triceps Dip
※ Posture: place hands in the middle of the plate at shoulder width apart. The fingers point away from the
user. Position the feet a comfortable distance near the machine, with knees slightly bent lift the heels, sustain the body with only the feet and the arms.
※ Affected area: trapezius, deltoids, forearms, triceps and pectorals.
