This Surge Protection Device (SPD) is a high performance device, designed to provide protection
for sensitive electronic loads connected to service panels, fire panels, or where the SPD is
directly connected to the electronic device. Maximum protection will only be achieved if the SPD
is properly installed.
Please read and follow the installation instructions carefully.

NOTICE: This SPD should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the National
and Local Electrical Codes and the following instructions.

APPLICATION

Flush Mount plate for D50 Series, D100 Series and D200 Series.
Note: D100 Series also fits DTK-HD series, and DTK-SA.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Caution:If unit has been previously installed, make sure that the unit is powered off and the

circuit breaker is in the off position before removal of the unit.
Improper installation voids the warranty.

1. Unscrew the 4 screws and do not remove the front cover.

2. Place the flush mount plate on top of the front cover making sure all holes are aligned.

3. Re-install the 4 screws into the front cover. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN* THE COVER OR DAMAGE
WILL OCCUR TO THE RETAINING NUTS.

4. Once all connections are made and no hazards exist, restore power to the unit and make sure the
led is on.

not exceed 2.5 lbf-inch when
tightening screws.
