NOTE: When you store your vehicle, before removing your battery, you will have to deactivate the siren with the key included with the remote.

POWER CONSUMPTION : Even if your security system is one of the most innovative on the market, it’s power consumption may become excessive in some particular situation. We recommend that you use your recreationnal vehicle and that yoiu should drive it for an extensive period of time once in a while. If the recreationnal vehicle is used periodically, we recommend that you buy a low current battery charger to preserve the vehicle’s battery life span.

Arming the system
You can activate, or arm, the system by pressing on your transmitter for one second. When the system arms, you will hear a short siren sound, or
chirp, and the brake light will flash once (If installed).
Disarming the system
To disarm the system press . You will hear two chirps, and the brake light will flash twice (If installed). If the siren chirps either four or five times when disarming, that means that the security system has been trigger while you were away.
High Security Disarm
This security system offers High Security Disarm. High Security Disarm is a feature that makes it possible to silence and reset the system while it is triggering , without disarming the system. If the system is triggered and the siren has been sounding for longer than six seconds, pressing on the transmitter will stop the trigger and return the unit to the arm state. The system will not disarm but rather reset. This prevents you from disabling the system should you wish to disarm it without visually checking the vehicle. Pressing , after resetting the system, will disarm the system; pressing this button during the first 5 seconds of the triggered sequence will disarm the security system immediately.
NOTE: On some motorcycle, it is also possible to get a brake light flash when arming and disarming, along when in full trigger. However in some cases, connecting the security system to the brake light may damage the brake light circuit.

[ Protection Features ]

Mercury tilt switch : This detector is for motorcycles only. It is used to trigger the alarm if the motorcycle is raised off the side stand.
Electronic tilt motion sensor: This sensor is used with ATV ‘s and snowmobiles sytems, but is sold as an option with motorcycles systems. When arming the system, the detector reads the position of the vehicle and won’t allow a motion of more than three degrees. Even if it is pushed forwards or backwards, it will trigger the alarm.
Note: When arming the system, the detector requires 30 seconds to auto-calibrate. To testing should be performed during that period of time.
Doubleguard pre adjust shock sensor: This detector is integrated to the control module, and is used for motorcycles systems. The ATV’s and snowmobiles systems uses electronics digital Tilt/Motion sensor instead of the Double Guard shock sensor. Doubleguard means two stages of protection, a light impact will cause five warning chirps and a stronger impact will trigger the alarm.
Starter Kill: When arming the security system, it becomes impossible to start the recreationnal vehicle. At the same time, the ignition is protected. The system will detect any power in the ignition circuit and it will trigger the alarm.
Back-up battery siren: This siren has a built-in rechargeable battery. Disconnecting the power or ground will trigger the siren until the internal battery is discharged or the power is re-connected.
A push-button Valet® switch: This button should be hidden and it’s known only by the owner . It has two functions. The first one allows you to disarm the system without the transmitter should it be lost or damaged. The second one is to change the system features or get into transmitter Learn Routine mode.
