Description
200mA surface mount Schottky Barrier Diode in SOT23 package,
offers low forward voltage drop and fast switching capability, designed
with PN Junction Guard Ring for Transient and ESD Protection, totally
lead-free finish and RoHS compliant, ”Green” device.
