DS-55204
The Digitus 4K Extender Set, 4K2K/60Hz offers an extender solution of up to 60 m for
the highest demands - both for high-resolution graphics and for absolutely smooth
length of up to 30 m. 4K2K/30Hz content can be transmitted to up to 60 m. It also
supports UTP/STP CAT 6, 6a as well as 7 network cables (as per IEEE-568B standard).
It consists of a transmitter as well as a receiver unit. It also includes two infrared
units (transmitter, receiver) which enable the use of the remote control of the
connected input source.

Important Safety Instructions:
1. Do not mix up HDMI to RJ45 sender and RJ45 to HDMI receiver before installation.
2. Do not hot plug when it is working.
3. Use DC5V power supply only. Make sure specification matched if using adapters not supplied by factory.

Installation Requirements
1. HDMI source device (computer graphics card, DVD, PS3,) HD monitoring like
camera etc.
2. HDMI display device like SDTV, HDTV, and projector with HDMI port.
3. CAT 6/CAT 6A/CAT 7 cable. Follow standard IEEE-568B.
(To comply with CE regulation. It is suggested to use shielding network cable to avoid interference)

cable?
Follow the standard of IEEE-568B:

Connect source device to Transmitter unit (TX), and display device to
Receiver unit (RX) via HDMI cables.
Connect Transmitter unit (TX) and Receiver unit (RX) via network cables
(CAT 6, CAT 6A or CAT 7).

4. IR User Guide
IR blaster extension cable should plug in the IR OUT port of TX (Sender) of
HDMI extender, and the IR receiver extension cable should plug in the IR IN port of the video wall controller.
The emitter of IR blaster should as close as possible to the IR receiver
window of the signal source device.
Using the IR remote controller of the signal source device towards the IR
receiver (connected to the Video wall controller), to remote control source media playback.

FAQ
Q: There is no output on screen when all connections are correct? A:
1. Please check and make sure the display/monitor supports the HDMI signal which fed out from the source device.
2. Please make sure the HDMI cables supports 4K×2K if the output signal from the source device is 4K×2K resolution.
3. Please check and make sure the network cable insert to the RJ45 port well.
4. Restart the transmitter or receiver by pressing the reset button.
Q: Black screen happened on the display/monitor? A:
1 Please check and make sure the length of the network cable within the usable
range: CAT 6 within 60m@4K×2K@30Hz, CAT 6 within 30m@4K×2K@60Hz

Q: The color becomes abnormity, or there is no audio output? A:
