Q1. Why read & write speed is slower and can’t reach USB 3.0 transmission rate?
A: Please make sure your device (host device port) is USB 3.0 as well. For better
performance, you are advised to use SSD as it’s faster than HDD.
Q2. Why I can’t find my brand-new HDD in computer?
A: For brand new HDD, you’re required to format and do partition first with this order:
[Computer Management > Disk Management].

Q3. Why Windows XP can’t recognize HDD exceeds 2TB?
A: Due to restriction of Windows XP operating system, it can’t recognize disk
exceeds 2TB, only Vista (64bit) and higher version can support this kind of HDD.
Besides that, we suggest to transform disk to GPT partition otherwise, operating
system will not support disk partition exceeds 2TB.
Q4. How to protect HDD and data with security exist?
A: We recommend to exist device via safely remove hardware & pop-up media
icon in the bottom-right corner of OS, then cut off power to remove device.
