Operation
The Bidirectional HDCP Converter will convert either HDCP v1.4 to HDCP v2.2 or HDCP v2.2 to v1.4. If both devices have the same HDCP version then the unit will operate in a pass through mode.
To use simply connect a HDMI cable from your source to the input and a HDMI cable from the output to the display. A USB Micro-B port is provided if your source does not provide enough power.
LEDs indicate the input and output HDCP version, Red LED – v1.4, Blue LED - v2.2. No LEDs indicate that no HDCP is present on the source.
