Safety Precaution

Warning
* Do not install the camera in extreme temperature conditions. This camera is
manufactured to operate under conditions where the temperature is -20°C to
+50°C.
* Please make sure the adapter is consistent with product specifications,
otherwise it might cause fire, electric shock or damage.
* Pay attention to the polarity of the adapter to avoid the possibility of fire.
* Please do not connect multiple cameras to the same adapter simultaneously;
overloading of the adapter capacity may cause fires.
* The power supply must be firmly fixed to avoid the possibility of fire due to the it
being too loose.
* If the device gets an abnormal smell or smoke, please disable immediately.
* If the camera is not functioning properly, please do not dismantle the unit by
yourself. Please contact our local distributor or a maintenance office authorized
by our company to avoid causing any damage which may void your warranty.
* Please do not splash water on the product components during maintenance.

Installation
1. Connect the terminating wire of the cable directly to the DC power source.
2. Connect the BNC end of the Camera Cable to an extension cable, or directly to
a DVR / Observation System or to a TV/Monitor.
3. Connect the pedestal to the ceiling then connect the screw of the pedestal.
4. Aim at the scope of what needs to be viewed then connect the screw of the
horizontal angle.
5. Next, choose a satisfactory angle then connect the screw of the declining
angle.

Troubleshooting
1.No picture or the picture is unstable:
1) Check the connection of the video line or power line
2. Blurred images:
1) Check the lens for debris then use a customized lens paper or cotton buds
drenched in alcohol for cleansing.
2)Check the focus length and OSD settings
3. Dim images:
1) Adjust the CNT of the monitor and iris
4. No motion detection frame or privacy shaded frame:
1) Check whether the ON/OFF option has been selected accurately or check the
menu parameters
5. Screen color cast in a special environment:
1) Adjust the WEB mode or direction
6. Glittering screen:
1) The camera might be facing the sun, TV set, \or computer.
7. Functions are in disorder and not able to be adjusted:
1) Restore to default settings
8. The camera works abnormally; the surface is over-heating or has a peculiar smell,
smoke etc.
1) Please cut off the power supply immediately. Second, check the connection of
the power supply. Then send the camera to professionals for maintenance
