Introduction
DCRS-5200 series switch is 100M access and gigabit uplink L3 access device, has advanced
features at security and operation. It is widely used for education, government, enterprise L3
access.
DCRS-5200 series has flexible port combination, with 100M copper and fiber,1000M fiber
and copper. DCRS-5200 has advanced security feature, with large ACL list, to protect device
and aggregation, core layer device. With full hardware forward, and ASIC based ACL can
protect data against virus. At the same time, DCRS-5200 has complete QOS with port
granularity with 10k. it has enhanced VLAN function : Q inQ，VLAN VPN、Protocol VLAN、
Free VLAN.
Main features
Powerful ACL
As L3 switch, DCRS-5200 series adopts full ACL policy undertaking data classification
and employing specific forwarding policy on a per-packet basis by source or destination
IP address, source or destination MAC address, TCP/UDP port number, IP precedence,
time range and ToS. Implemented ACL policy, users can filter out virus packets such as
Blaster, Code Red at the access layer preventing core equipments from being affected or
attacked.

Network Protocols Supported
DCRS-5200 series supports 802.1d/w/s spanning tree protocol, 802.1Q, 802.1p, 802.3ad,
802.3x, GVRP, DHCP Server/Client/Relay/Snooping standards, and support SNTP to
achieve auto-synchronization. Supports IGMP v1/v2/v3, IGMP v3 Snooping multicast
protocol.
DCRS-5200 supports static routing policy, and supports RIPv1/2 Routing protocol.
Advanced Quality of Service (QoS)
DCRS-5200 series differentiates and classifies traffic flows according to ports, 802.1p,
ToS, DSCP, TCP/UDP ports, and assigns specific service hierarchy. The dispatcher
WRR/SP, and ACL stream dispatch supported by DCRS-5200 ensures voice/data/video
are properly classified and prioritized throughout the network.
Enhanced Security Management
DCRS-5200 supports SNMP, supports inbound and out of bound management, supports
Security IP function. These can protect the device by illegal intrude. DCRS-5200
supports SSH protocol, and can be managed by LinkManager network management
software.
