Touch panel operation:
The equipment has a touch panel display. Tapping on the screen has the same effect as left tapping
with the mouse.
Method of screen tapping is explained below.
Notation Meaning
Tap
• Similar to left tapping a mouse. Denotes “touching” a point on the screen. This is
done to execute an operation.
Double
tap
• Corresponds to double tapping a mouse. Denotes “double touching” a point on the
screen. This is done to run a program.
When tapping the screen, use your finger or a dedicated accessory stylus (a pen for tapping). Do not
use a tool with a sharp edge in place of the dedicated stylus, as this may damage the panel.

2.4 Location of Magnet Area
i. InfoPad Magnet Area is for activation of reed switch in RF receiver modules for DIGI proprietary
communication purpose.
ii. InfoPad Magnet Area & Price Tag Magnet Key Area normally is used for InfoPad printing sticker
for selected tag item through the wireless sticker printer.

2.5 InfoPad IP Address And Configuration Setting
2.5.1 InfoPad Wireless IP Address Setting
InfoPad is required to set the IP Address for identified in ESL system network communication.
Procedure Picture
1) Pressbutton to power on the InfoPad.
2) In the Info Cast main screen, touch [Exit] button.
3) When the password required message appear, enter the correct
password and touch [OK].
Note:
- Default password is [0].
- Password can be change in [Environment Setup] mode.
4) When the Windows CE screen display, tap the screen bottom white
color bar to call out the function toolbar.
5) The Toolbar will show in bottom of screen.

7) Select [CF8385PN1] icon and press [ENTER] key button.
8) Set the IP Address and Subnet Mask setting, after finish tap [OK]
button to save change setting and exit.
