2. SEARCH MODE.
• Press the Search button. Options include:
o DATE/TIME SEARCH
o CALENDAR SEACH
DATE TIME SEARCH
EVENT: Select this option to playback events for:
• ALL (All recorded event types).
• ALARM (Alarm type events only).
• MOTION (Motion type events only).
HDD: Select INTERNAL or EXTERNAL hard drive.
DATE: Select desired DATE/TIME. To modify the current
values press SEL. Select the DATE & TIME using the
numeric buttons of the front panel of the DVR. Use the left
and right arrows to select next field. Press SEL to end the
date selection.
PLAY: Select this option to start the PLAYBACK
of the selected event.
CALENDAR SEARCH
Select this option to playback events by
searching in calendar mode.
• On the MENU select the desired
YEAR and MONTH.
• Press SEL to access the days on the
calendar. Scroll to the desired
recorded date (indicated by [ ]
brackets) and press SEL.
• A second menu will be displayed, and
recorded data will appear with
recording indicator bars for each
camera.
• Use the LEFT and RIGHT arrow keys
to select the HOUR, and press SEL to
access a third menu to select the
MINUTES.
• Press SEL to begin playback.
To playback video on the DHU unit you have two options – LAST EVENT and SEARCH
MODE:

BASIC RECORDING MODES :

PROCEDURE
• Press the MENU button.
• Enter the password (default is 00000000).
• Scroll down to the RECORDING SET menu and press
SEL. Enter the password (default is 00000000).
Note: Make sure the DVR it is not currently in REC
Mode.
A. CAMERA RESOLUTION.
• Select the GLOBAL PARAMETER option.
• Scroll to the RECORDING RESOLUTION option.
• Select the RECORDING RESOLUTION (360 X 240
or 720 X 240).
• Select SAVE & EXIT.
B. RECORDING MODES
1. NORMAL RECORDING
• Select the RECORDING SET MENU. Enter the
password.
• Select the NORMAL RECORDING option.
• Scroll down to the desired CAMERA and press
SEL. Adjust the FPS & QUALITY using the UP &
DOWN buttons. Use the left and right buttons to
move to the next field. When finished, press the
SEL button.
• Select SAVE & EXIT to exit.
2. MOTION RECORDING
• Select the RECORDING SET MENU. Enter the
password.
• Select the MOTION RECORDING option.
• Scroll to the desired camera and press SEL. Adjust
the FPS and Quality using the UP & DOWN
buttons. Use the left and right buttons to move to
the next field. When finished press SEL.
• Set the POST MOTION for the duration of the
event.
• Select the SETUP MOTION option if you wish to
adjust the Detection Area and Sensitivity of each
camera (for more information, refer to the User
Manual provided with your DVR unit).
• Select SAVE and EXIT to finish.

1. LAST EVENT: To replay the last event, press the PLAY button. The DVR unit will start
playback at the most recently recorded event. Select a CAMERA number (on the front panel
of the DVR) to view the camera in full screen mode. Pressing the PLAY button again will
