The FM35 is a simple to use hand held food thermometer with a protective
rubber boot, large LCD display and rubber ON/Off key making it ideal for use
in any food environment.

To Operate:
Switch the instrument on by pressing the blue button. Insert the probe into the
food. The temperature will be displayed on the LCD screen. Clean the probe
between applications. The switches off after 3 minutes of inactivity.

The comes with a General Purpose Probe (Part No FM35-GP). An Air
Probe is available to order (Part No FM35-AP). Both probes are connected via
a simple Lumberg connector. 1 x 9v battery is included.

Range: -40 C to 110 C / -40 F to 230 F
Accuracy: +/- 0.5 C over 0 to 70 C, then +/- 1 C elsewhere.
+/- 0.9 F over 32 F to 158 F, then +/- 1.8 F elsewhere.

The overall performance of the instrument is obtained by combining the stated accuracy and any
uncertainty due to the measurement process.

Test caps are also available for checking the calibration of your . They
are available in the following temperatures: -18°C, 0°C and +70°C.
