Mounting Tips!

The Digi TransPort WR11 should be positioned on a flat, level surface. The unit is designed for indoor use and should be mounted in a location
with adequate ventilation. Also, do not expose the unit to extreme heat or cold, strong magnetic fields, or liquids.

Connect Antenna: Connect the cellular antenna to the
connector (SMA Female) on the unit.
Connect Power Supply: Connect the plug end of the 5 volt power
supply to the power connector on the unit, and plug the other end into
a wall outlet.
Connect an Ethernet Cable: Connect one end of the cable to the
ethernet port on the unit and the other end an ethernet port on a PC.
Note: The ethernet cable required for the connection is customer supplied.
The cable is not included in the package.

To use your Digi TransPort WR11, you must first activate the device with your carrier(Verizon or Sprint).
This process involves supplying them with the MEID number from your device which is printed
on the label.

Connect to the Web Interface: Open a web browser (such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome) on your PC and navigate to
http://192.168.1.1. If successful, you will be prompted to enter a username and password. The default username is username, and
the default password is password.

CDMA Provisioning: Sprint devices start the provisioning process on startup and no intervention is necessary, skip to the next section.
Note that the provisioning process may take several minutes to complete.
For Verizon devices once the device is activated with the carrier, go to Configuration - Interfaces > Mobile > CDMA Provisioning and
click the Start button under Automatic Provisioning as shown in the following image. The process will take one to two minutes
to complete.
Click Reboot when Provisioning is complete.

Note: When the signal strength is less than -101, the Signal-Strength LED is off. Place the device in a location where it gets a better signal.
To verify that the device is connected to the cellular network, check to see that the service LED is blinking as shown in the table.
You will also see the mobile IP address on the home page.
After you have logged in, it is strongly recommended that you immediately change the default username and password.
