Camera Setup
A. Focus and View Angle Adjustment
The following adjustment should be made by qualified service personnel or system installers.
1. Open the Vari-Focal Lens Cover on topside of camera head.
2. Move the zoom adjust screw to reach view angle of the image.
3. Adjust the focus forward or backward to have sharp picture on the
monitor.
optical shift during shock or vibrations.
Caution: Do not fix the lens screw too tight, otherwise the optical mechanize unit might be damaged. Just finger tight only.
B. Level ( DC IRIS Level)
To adjust the level of DC auto iris lens.
C. Synchronization Mode Selector (INT, L/L):
Selects the camera synchronization mode in either internal sync mode (INT) or line-lock mode (L/L). Use INT setting for special applications only, as picture roll may occur in certain applications. It is highly recommended to use L/L and supply the camera with 24 VAC.
Note : If the AC line contains noise (spike noise, etc.), the stability of the vertical phase of the camera video output signal may be disturbed.
D. V-Phase:
Line lock synchronization phase adjustment. Used to adjust the phase when the synchronization select switch is set to “L/L”.
How to make sure the Phase:
Set the oscilloscope to the vertical rate and expand the vertical sync portion on the oscilloscope. Rotate the VR of the V-Phase to match the vertical phase for both video output signals as closely as possible.
E. Fleckless Mode
When interference from the fluorescent light source at install environment, Switch to fleckless mode ON (FLE) to avoid this phenomenon.
F. Back Light Compensation (BLC)
When strong, unwanted background lighting interferes with the clarity of important areas, turn this switch to the “ON” position. The BLC is center-balanced meaning that the BLC that compensates to the backlight conditions outside the central area.
G. AGC Turbo
Switch to ON to increase the AGC to max. gain ( approx. 36dB).

for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These
limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses,
and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not
occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful
interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by
turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct
the interference by one or more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. Increase separation between the equipment and receiver. Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to
which the receiver is connected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
PRECAUTIONS
Do not attempt to disassemble the camera! There are no
user-serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified service
personnel.
Handle the camera with care. Improper handling or storage could
damage the camera.
Do not expose the camera to moisture, or try to operate it in wet areas.
Should the camera become wet, immediately turn power off and refer
servicing to qualified personnel.
Never face the camera towards the sun, even when not in use! Use
caution when operating the camera in the vicinity of spotlights or other
bright lights and light reflecting objects.
Do not operate the camera beyond its temperature, humidity or power
supply ratings. Use the camera under conditions where temperatures
are within –10°C to +50°C, and relative humidity is below 80% (non
condensing).
When the came ra i s n ot i n u se, en sure t he len s i s ke pt pro pe rly in place
to protect the CCD sensor.

Important Note:
Qualified service personnel or system installers should make the installation. Ensure the power is OFF before handling the power cable, no matter AC main power mode or low voltage AC24V/DC12V mode.
A. Main Power Model (100VAC-240VAC 50Hz) :
1. Connect the AC power cord (supplied as standard accessory) to the
power cord socket of the camera.
3
50Hz/60Hz.
Notes:
z Connect the power cord firmly. The power cord should be long
enough for panning and tilting. If the cable is too short, the power cord plug may be pulled off the camera when the camera pans or tilts.
z Brown: Live, Reference line lock. Blue: Neutral. z This camera voltage could accept range rated is AC90V ~ AC260V.
But recommend range is AC100V ~ AC253V.
The series model has an AC/DC compatible input terminal. DC12V or AC24V power supply cable can be connected to this terminal. The camera detects the power source automatically. Recommended wire gauge size. Φ0.65mm(AWG22), Stranded wire
0.32m (AWG22), Element wireφ0.18Min.
1. 12V DC Power Supply
Connect the power cable to the AC/DC compatible input terminal on the rear panel of the camera. +12VDC should connect is the RED terminal. 0VDC to the white terminal. Black terminal for Earth connection.
2. 24V AC Power Supply
Connect the power cable to the AC/DC compatible input terminal on rear panel of the camera.
Notes:
z If the cable is too short, the power cable may be pulled off the
camera when the camera pans or tilts.
z Red: Live, Reference line lock, Black: GND,. White: Neutral. z Voltage range: Rated AC12V ~ AC28V. or DC10V ~ DC30V.
Connection the coaxial cable with BNC female to BNC connecter on the rear panel of camera. Measure set the termination switch to the 75Ω position on the last monitor, and to the Hi-Z position on the other monitors. Do not change the positions after setting.
Connection the audio signal through the RCA connector to the rear panel of camera.
Refer below picture of the pin assign to connect 6pin multi flat cable for system connections. While caballing, the impedances of cable must be considering, It is recommend minimum of power input must higher then 15VDC with 3000cm/100ft cable.
