Gratulation zum Kauf Ihrer neuen DETOMASO-Uhr.
Sie sind jetzt Eigentümer eines Zeitgebers, der sich durch höchste Präzision
und innovativem Design auszeichnet.
Für jede Uhr gilt, dass wir alle wichtigen Ersatzteile für viele Jahre bereithalten
und damit garantieren, dass jede Uhr über einen langen Zeitraum repariert
werden kann.
Damit wir gewährleisten können, dass Ihre neue Uhr viele Jahre problemlos
funktioniert, lesen Sie bitte sorgfältig die folgende Bedienungsanleitung.

Wasserdichtigkeit
Die Wasserdichtigkeit Ihrer DETOMASO–Uhr ist mit 3 ATM getestet. Das heißt,
Ihre Uhr besteht unbeschadet Händewaschen oder Regenspritzer. Sie ist jedoch
nicht geeignet zum Schwimmen, Duschen, Baden oder Tauchen.
Wasserdichtigkeit ist keine bleibende Eigenschaft; sie sollte jährlich und insbesondere vor besonderen Belastungen überprüft werden, da die eingebauten
Dichtungselemente in ihrer Funktion und im täglichen Gebrauch nachlassen.
Um die Wasserdichtigkeit einer Uhr zu gewährleisten werden Dichtungen
verwendet. Diese unterliegen einem natürlichen Alterungsprozess. Sie werden
u. a. von Schweiß und Säuren angegriffen.
DIN 8310 regelt Kriterien, die neue Uhren aushalten müssen. Die Widerstandsfähigkeit wird in Atmosphäre angegeben und auf dem Gehäuseboden
vermerkt. Ihre DETOMASO-Uhr hat eine Wasserdichtigkeit von 3 ATM. Die
Druckangabe „3 ATM“ darf nicht verwechselt werden mit der Tauchtiefe, sondern ist die Denition des Prüfdrucks. Ein Prüfdruck von „3 ATM“ wird in 30 m
Wassertiefe erreicht.
Beim Schwimmen oder beim Sprung ins Wasser kann kurzfristig ein größerer
Druck auf die Dichtelemente entstehen als der garantierte Prüfdruck. Besonders gefährdet sind die Uhren, wenn man nach längerem Sonnenbaden ins
Wasser springt, weil sich dann der Aufschlagdruck mit dem Unterdruck durch
die Abkühlung addiert, was leichter zu Schäden führen kann.
Beim Batteriewechsel ist es wichtig die Dichtungen zu überprüfen und ggf. zu
erneuern.

Pflegehinweise
Ihre Uhr ist ein Meisterwerk der Elektronik und Feinmechanik von hoher Präzision. Sie soll Ihnen lange die richtige Zeit anzeigen. Schützen Sie Ihre Uhr vor
Stößen, Magnetfeldern, starker Hitze, Wasser und Chemikalien, sowie vor mechanischem Abrieb. Zum Schlafen sollten Uhren grundsätzlich abgelegt werden.
Bleibt eine batteriebetriebene Uhr stehen oder wird das Nachlassen der
Batteriespannung angezeigt, sollte sie unverzüglich zum Fachgeschäft gebracht
werden, damit die leere Batterie weder in der Uhr noch in der Umwelt Schaden
anrichtet.
Der Batteriewechsel sollte regelmäßig und im Abstand von 1 – 1 ½ Jahren
im Fachgeschäft durchgeführt werden. Lassen Sie auch gegebenenfalls den
Zustand der Dichtungen überprüfen und diese, wenn nötig, erneuern.
Bei Kondenswasserbildung (Nebel unter dem Glas) muss die Uhr unverzüglich
ins Fachgeschäft gebracht werden, damit die Feuchtigkeit keinen Schaden
anrichtet. Die Krone sollte beim Tragen immer eingedrückt sein.

Einstellungen
1. Mondphase und Datum einstellen.
Zeiger im Uhrzeigersinn über 24.00 Uhr drehen bis die Vollmondposition im
Zifferblattfenster erscheint. Zeiger weiter drehen bis 06.00 Uhr (= ausserhalb
Sperrfrist). Über die Schnellkorrektur mittels Drücker A das Datum des letzten
Vollmond einstellen (siehe Tabelle). Dann mittels Krone die Zeiger vorwärts
drehen bis zum aktuellen Datum. Jetzt haben
Sie die korrekte Mondphasenposition und das Datum eingestellt.
2. Wochentag einstellen.
Uhrzeiger auf 6:00 Uhr stellen (ausserhalb der Sperrzeit). Über die Schnellkorrektur mittels Drücker B den aktuellen Wochentag einstellen.
3. Uhrzeit einstellen.
Uhrzeiger vorwärts drehen und Uhrzeit einstellen. Achtung 24 Stundenrhythmus beachten, wenn Sie die Zeiger über 24.00 Uhr drehen, schalten Mond,
Wochentag, und Datum einen Tag vor.

Wir garantieren, dass Ihre Uhr aus qualitativ hochwertigen Materialien gefertigt
wurde. Aufwändige Qualitätskontrollen garantieren, dass die Uhr vor Verlassen
der Fabrikation geprüft wurde. Trotzdem können Materialfehler leider nicht
immer ausgeschlossen werden. Sollte Ihre neue Uhr nicht fehlerfrei sein,
wenden Sie sich bitte innerhalb der Garantiefrist an unseren Kundendienst. Auf
Ihre Uhr gewähren wir 24 Monate Garantie ab Kaufdatum auf alle Material- und
Herstellungsfehler. Diese Herstellergarantie wird unbeschadet der gesetzlichen
Gewährleistungsansprüche gewährt. Die Garantie bezieht sich auf die Funktion
des Uhrwerks und der einwandfreien Verarbeitung der Uhr.
Nicht durch die Garantie abgedeckt sind Batterien, Verschleiß am Gehäuse,
Glas oder Uhrband sowie Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Benutzung entstehen (Unfall, Glasbruch, Wasserschaden, herausgerissene Krone).
Innerhalb der Garantie werden Fabrikationsmängel kostenlos von uns behoben.
Sollte die Uhr nicht zu reparieren sein, wird die Uhr durch ein vergleichbares
Modell ersetzt.
Eine Haftung für Neben- und Folgeschäden ist ausgeschlossen.

the new owner of a high precision time keeper characterised by its innovative
design.
We keep a long term stock of the most important spare parts for all our watches, guaranteeing repair over a period of many years.
In order to ensure that your new watch functions properly for many years,
please read the following instructions carefully.

Waterproof properties
The water resistance of your DETOMASO watch has been tested to be 5 ATM.
This means that it is splashproof and that you may wash your hands or take a
bath with it. However, the watch is not to be worn in the shower or when swimming or diving. Waterproofness is not a permanent characteristic; it should
be tested annually and in particular before the watch is put under exceptional
strain, as the seals deteriorate gradually in daily use. The seals are the important factor in guaranteeing the waterproofness of a watch. These age naturally
and are also affected by perspiration and acids.
ISO 2281 stipulates which standards have to be met by a new watch. The level
of waterproofness is given in atm and noted on the base of the casing. Your
DETOMASO watch has been tested and has a water resistance of 5 ATM. The
specication „5 ATM” is not to be confused with the diving depth; it is simply
the denition of the inspection pressure. An inspection pressure of 5 ATM is
reached at a depth of 50 m. You cannot go diving with this watch.
In some cases a short-term higher pressure than the guaranteed inspection
pressure may be enforced on the seals, for example when swimming or diving
into water. Watches are at particular risk when the wearer dives into water
after sunbathing. The combination of the impact pressure with the negative
pressure caused by the sudden drop in temperature can quite easily cause
damage. It is important to check and, if necessary, replace seals when the
battery is replaced.

Instructions for care
Your watch is a high precision electronic and mechanical masterpiece and
should serve you well for a long time.
Please keep your watch away from magnetic elds, heat, water and chemicals.
Do not submit it to sudden impact or abrasion. Watches should not be worn in
bed.
If a battery operated watch stops or the low battery indicator shows, it should
be taken to a specialist as soon as possible to prevent the battery from causing
damage in the watch or to the environment.
Batteries should be replaced by a specialist at regular intervals of approx. 1 –
1 ½ years. The seals can then be checked and, if necessary, replaced at the
same time.
In the event of condensation forming underneath the glass (misting), the watch
should be taken to a specialist as soon as possible to prevent the moisture
from causing further damage.
The crown should always be rmly pressed in or screwed tight during use.

Settings
1. Setting the moon phase and date.
Pull the crown out to position 1. Rotate the hand clockwise past 24.00 h
until the full moon position appears in the window on the dial. Rotate the
hand further to 06.00 h (= outside the blocked period). Press button A to set
the date of the last full moon (see table on the next page). Rotate the hand
forwards to the current date using the crown. The correct moon phase position
and the date are now set.
2. Setting the weekday.
Rotate the hand to 06.00 h (= outside the blocked period). Press button B to
set the current weekday.
3. Setting the time.
Turn the crown clockwise to set the current time.
Attention:
Don’t forget the 24-hour rhythm. If the hand passes the 12 pm. position the
moon phase, day and date will move forward by one day.
Push the crown back into the normal position.

24 month warranty
We guarantee that your watch is made of high quality materials. Extensive
quality controls guarantee that the watch is checked before being released by
the manufacturer.
Nevertheless, material faults cannot always be avoided. Should your new watch
show any faults, please consult our customer service department within the
valid warranty period.
We provide a 24 month warranty from date of purchase on all material faults
and production errors. This manufacturer’s warranty applies regardless of
statutory warranty rights. The warranty covers the functioning of the clockwork
and the awless workmanship of the watch. Not covered are: batteries, wear
and tear of the casing, glass or watch strap as well as damage caused by
improper use (accident, broken glass, water damage, pulled-out crown).
We will repair manufacturing faults free of charge within the warranty period.
Should the watch be irreparable it will be replaced by a comparable model.
To obtain warranty services please return the product to the place of purchase,
together with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that
shows the date of purchase. Alternatively you may send the watch to the service centre listed on the back of this booklet.

Etanchéité
L‘étanchéité de votre montre DETOMASO est testée avec 3 ATM. Cela
signie que votre montre peut être utilisée sans préjudice lors du lavage
des mains ou lorsqu’il pleut. Toutefois, elle n‘est pas appropriée à la
natation, à la douche, au bain ou à la plongée.
Étanchéité n´est pas une caractéristique permanente elle doit être révisée
annuellement, car les joints d‘étanchéité perdent de leur efcacité à
l´usage. Pour garantir l´étanchéité d‘une montre des joints sont utilisés.
Ceux-ci subissent un processus naturel de vieillissement. Ils sont attaqués
entre autres par la sueur et l’acidité.
La norme DIN 8310 détermine les critères que les nouvelles montres
doivent supporter. La résistance est exprimée en ATM et notée sur le
fond. L‘étanchéité de votre montre DETOMASO est testée avec 3 ATM.
L‘indication de pression 3 ATM ne doit pas être confondue avec la profondeur, c’est la dénition de la pression d‘épreuve. Une pression d‘épreuve
de 3 ATM »est réalisée dans 30 m d‘eau.
En nageant ou en sautant dans l´eau une pression plus importante que
la pression garantie sur les joints peut être atteinte. Les montres sont
particulièrement menacées, par exemple après une longue exposition au
soleil si vous sautez dans l’eau, car à la pression de l´impact s’ajoute la
dépression due au refroidissement, pouvant provoquer plus facilement
des dommages.
Lorsque vous changez la batterie, il est important de vérier les joints et
de les renouveler si nécessaire.

Consignes d‘entretien
Votre montre est un chef-d’œuvre d‘électronique et de mécanique ne d‘une
grande précision. Elle doit vous donner l‘heure pendant longtemps. Protégez-la
des coups, des champs magnétiques, des fortes chaleurs, de l‘eau, des produits chimiques et de l‘usure mécanique. Vous devez en principe retirer votre
montre pour dormir.
Si votre montre à pile s‘arrête ou montre des signes de faiblesse, vous
devez l‘apporter immédiatement à un magasin spécialisé pour que la pile vide
n‘endommage pas la montre et ne nuise pas à l‘environnement.
La pile doit être changée régulièrement tous les 1 - 1 et demi dans un magasin
spécialisé. Si nécessaire, faites également contrôler et remplacer les joints.
En cas de formation de condensation (derrière le verre), la montre doit
être apportée immédiatement à un magasin spécialisé pour que l‘humidité
n‘endommage pas la montre. La couronne doit être toujours enfoncée lorsque
la montre est portée.

1. Réglage de la phase lunaire et de la date
Avancez les aiguilles dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre au-delà de minuit
jusqu‘à ce que la position pleine lune apparaisse sur le cadran. Continuez
d‘avancer les aiguilles jusqu‘à 06h00 (en dehors des restrictions). Puis, par le
système de correction rapide, Bouton A, réglez la date de la dernière pleine
lune (voir tableau) au moyen du poussoir A. Ensuite, au moyen de la couronne,
avancez les aiguilles jusqu’à la date actuelle. Vous avez obtenu maintenant la
position correcte de la phase lunaire et de la date.
2. Réglage du jour de la semaine
Avancez les aiguilles jusqu‘à 06h00 (en dehors des restrictions). Par le système de correction rapide, réglez le jour de la semaine actuel au moyen du
poussoir B.
3. Réglage de l’heure
Avancez les aiguilles jusqu‘à l’heure voulue. Attention au rythme de 24 heures:
à chaque passage des aiguilles à minuit, la lune, la date et le jour de la semaine
passent au jour suivant.

Nous garantissons que votre montre a été fabriquée à partir de matériaux de
grande qualité. Des contrôles de qualité importants garantissent que votre
montre a été contrôlée avant de quitter l‘usine. Malgré cela, il n‘est malheureusement pas possible de toujours exclure des vices de fabrication.
Si votre montre présente des défauts, veuillez vous adresser pendant la durée
de votre garantie à notre service client. Nous accordons une garantie de 24
mois sur les vices de fabrication et les défauts matériels de votre montre à
compter de la date de l‘achat.
La garantie du fabricant est accordée sans effet sur les dispositions légales
de garantie. Cette garantie se base sur le fonctionnement du mécanisme et
l‘usinage parfait de la montre.
Les piles, l‘usure du boîtier, du verre ou du bracelet ainsi que les dommages
causés par une utilisation non conforme (accident, rupture du verre, dommages liés à l‘eau, couronne fendue) ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.
Nous réparons gratuitement les défauts de fabrication pendant la durée de la
garantie. Si la montre n‘est pas réparable, elle est remplacée par un modèle
comparable.
Si vous souhaitez faire valoir votre garantie, veuillez renvoyer votre montre avec
vos noms et adresse ainsi qu‘une copie de votre preuve d’achat à l’adresse du

per molti anni, garantendo così che ogni orologio possa essere riparato per un
lungo arco di tempo.

Impermeabilità all‘acqua 3 ATM
L‘impermeabilità del suo orologio DETOMASO e testata con 3 ATM. Vale a dire
che il Suo orologio esiste nonostante lavandosi mani, farsi il bagno, gocci di
pioggia, nuoto e la doccia. Non è adatto per tuffarsi.
L‘impermeabilità all‘acqua non è una proprietà permanente: deve essere
controllata annualmente, e in particolare prima di determinate sollecitazioni,
poiché gli elementi di tenuta incorporati si allentano nella loro funzione e nell‘uso
quotidiano. Per assicurare l‘impermeabilità di un orologio si utilizzano delle guarnizioni che sono soggette a un naturale processo d‘invecchiamento. Vengono
fra l‘altro a corrose da sudore e acidi.
La DIN 8310 (norma industriale tedesca) 8310 regola i criteri che i nuovi
orologi devono rispettare. La resistenza è misurata in atm e viene annotata sul
fondo della cassa. Il suo orologio DETOMASO ha un‘impermeabilità di 3 ATM.
La specicazione della pressione „3 ATM“ non deve essere confusa con la
profondità d‘immersione: è invece la denizione della pressione di prova. Una
pressione di prova di „3 ATM“ viene raggiunta alla profondità in acqua di 30 m.
Nuotando o tuffandosi in acqua si può generare per breve tempo sugli elementi
di tenuta una pressione maggiore della pressione di prova garantita.
Gli orologi sono particolarmente a rischio quando dopo essere stati a lungo
esposti al sole ci si tuffa in acqua, poiché la pressione dell‘urto si somma
alla pressione negativa del raffreddamento, e ciò può facilmente causare un
danneggiamento.
Quando si sostituisce la batteria è importante controllare le guarnizioni, ed
eventuali sostituirle.

Istruzioni per la cura
Il vostro orologio è un capolavoro di elettronica e meccanica di precisione di
alta qualità. Vi indicherà l‘ora per molto tempo. Proteggete il vostro orologio
da urti, campi magnetici, forte calore, acqua e sostanze chimiche, nonché da
sfregamento meccanico. In genere gli orologi dovrebbero essere tolti prima di
andare a dormire.
Se un orologio alimentato a batteria si ferma o se viene indicata la diminuzione
della tensione della batteria, bisogna portare subito l‘orologio al negozio specializzato afnché la batteria scarica non causi danni né all‘orologio né all‘ambiente.
La sostituzione della batteria deve essere eseguita con regolarità a distanza di
1 – 1 ½ anni presso un negozio specializzato. Eventualmente fate controllare
anche la condizione delle guarnizioni, e se necessario fatele sostituire.
Nel caso di formazione di condensa (nebbia sotto il vetro) l‘orologio deve essere
portato immediatamente in un negozio specializzato, afnché l‘umidità non
arrechi danni. Quando si indossa l‘orologio, la corona dovrebbe essere sempre
schiacciata.

1. Impostazione fase lunare e data
Far andare avanti le lancette nel senso orario al di là di mezzanotte sino a
quando la posizione luna piena appare sul quadrante. Continuare ad andare
avanti con le lancette sino alle ore 06:00 (= fuori tempo di attesa) Poi, con
la regolazione veloce, regolare la data dell’ultima luna piena tramite il pulsante A (vedi tabella). Poi, tramite la corona, far andare avanti le lancette
sino alla data attuale. Ha ora ottenuto la fase lunare e la data corretti.
2. Impostazione dello giorno della settimana.
andare avanti con le lancette sino alle ore 06.00 (= fuori tempo di attesa).
Con la regolazione veloce impostare il giorno della settimana attuale tramite
il pulsante B.
3. Impostazione dell‘ora
Regolazione dell’ora andare avanti sino all’ora desiderata. Attenzione al
ritmo di 24 ore. Ad ogni passaggio delle
lancette a mezzanotte, la luna, la data ed il giorno della settimana passano
al giorno successivo.

Garantiamo che il vostro orologio è prodotto con materiali di alta qualità. Controlli di qualità impegnativi garantiscono che l‘orologio è stato controllato prima
di lasciare lo stabilimento. Ciò nonostante, sfortunatamente, non sempre si
possono escludere difetti di materiale.
Nel caso in cui il vostro orologio non fosse senza difetti, vi preghiamo di rivolgervi al nostro servizio clienti entro il termine di garanzia. Garantiremo per il vostro
orologio 24 mesi di garanzia a partire dalla data di acquisto su tutti i difetti di
materiale e produzione.
Questa garanzia del produttore è assicurata indipendentemente dai diritti di garanzia legali. La garanzia si riferisce alla funzione del meccanismo dell‘orologio e
della lavorazione senza difetti dell‘orologio.
Non sono coperti dalla garanzia le batterie l‘usura della cassa, del vetro o del
cinturino, né i danni causati da uso improprio (sinistro, rottura del vetro, danni
causati dall‘acqua, corona strappata).

Sie dafür, dass dieses Gerät, wenn Sie es nicht mehr weiter nutzen wollen, sowie Batterien in die hierfür vorgesehenen
Systeme der Getrenntsammlung gegeben wird. In Deutschland sind Sie gesetzlich [2] verpichtet, ein Altgerät
sowie Batterien einer vom unsortierten Siedlungsabfall getrennten Erfassung zuzuführen. Die öentlich-rechtlichen
Entsorgungsträger (Kommunen) haben hierzu Sammelstellen eingerichtet, an denen Altgeräte aus privaten
Haushalten ihres Gebietes für Sie kostenfrei entgegengenommen werden. Batterien können Sie auch nach Gebrauch
unentgeltlich an die Verkaufsstelle zurückgegeben. Bitte informieren Sie sich über Ihren lokalen Abfallkalender oder
Ihrer Gemeindeverwaltung über die zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe oder Sammlung von
Altgeräten.
