Detecto’s new oversized stainless steel tray for the model PS-7 digital food service scale opens new avenues for portion control weighing. The extra-large platter
measures 9-3/4" wide x 6-3/4" deep and lifts off for easy cleaning. The NSF-certified scale features 5 different units of measure, including 7 lb x 0.1 oz, which can
be disabled if the user wishes to shut off units of measure not needed. The PS-7
scale features an IP52 water-resistant enclosure and offers a choice of built-in
rechargeable battery or AC power. The 0.8 inch high LCD display features 5 digits
and a power-saving “auto-off” feature to reduce energy consumption. The main
board on each unit has a moisture-resistant coating, adding additional protection
from the elements of everyday use in the food industry.
