SD Sterilization and Depyrogenation Oven

Designed for pharmaceutical and
medical device industries

Designed to meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical
and medical device industry, these ovens are available in dierent
congurations to meet specic temperature and cycle time requirements.
e ovens can be congured to allow the shortest cycle times in the
industry which allow users more production per shi, more ecient
operations and lower operating costs.

Short cycle times result in high throughput and high production rates,
so you can use a smaller oven for a given level of production. In addition,
the side panels distribute heat very evenly, resulting in dense loading
capabilities and a high capacity per square foot of oor space.

A robust lter design and unique lter retention system minimizes
stress from thermal expansion and contraction to maintain ISO Class
5 (Class 100) conditions throughout the cycle even at accelerated
heating and cooling rates. ese high temperature HEPA lters
require no burn-in at installation. ISO Class 5 (<100 0.5 micron
particles per cubic foot) performance is guaranteed by Despatch and
can be certied as part of the nal acceptance test.

Recessed doors and hinges are completely ush with the exterior
surface. All surfaces comply with cGMP guidelines.
