FRONT PANEL FEATURES
1. INPUT: This is for the connection with the output of your instrument. The HIGH input is used with
the majority of instruments, while the LOW input has an attenuated sensitivity for use with
instruments with ”High Output” pick-ups or active preamplifier circuits.
2. GAIN: This controls the amount of gain applied to the signal at the instrument input.
3. SHAPE: This controls the shape of a pre-set equalization curve applied to the signal at the input. It
influences mostly the level and ‘Q’ of the low-mid frequency response.
4. TREBLE: This controls the high frequencies of the signal in the preamplifier.
5. MIDDLE: This active control allows you to increase or decrease the middle frequencies of the signal
in the preamplifier.
6. BASS: This controls the low frequencies of the signal in the preamplifier.
7. PRESENCE: This regulates the high-mid response of the output stage of the amplifier, enabling you
to add “punch” To the sound.
8. LEVEL: This controls the level of the signal that is passed to the output amplification stage, thereby
controlling the general volume of the amplifier.
9. PHONES: This is for the output to any headphone with at least 8S impedance. When this is used,
the internal loud speaker is deactivated. The signal is sent to both sides of stereo headphones.
10. POWER: Turns the Amplifier on and off.
REAR PANEL FEATURES
11. MAINS CONNECTOR: This is for the connection to the included power cable. The Mains fuse is
contained in the compartment incorporated into this connector.
12. EXTERNAL SPEAKER: This output is for the connection to an external speaker with a minimum
impedance of 4 Ohms.
SPECIFICATIONS
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of
important operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying this
product.
