ATTENTION! PILES !

Consignes de sécurité relatives au
maniement des piles :

► Ne pas jeter de piles dans le feu.

Ne pas recharger les piles. Risque
d'explosion et de blessures !

► N'ouvrez jamais les piles et n'es-

sayez jamais de les braser ou de
les souder. Risque d'explosion et
de blessures !

► Vérifi ez régulièrement les piles.

Les fuites de piles peuvent provo­quer des dommages sur l'appa­reil.

► Si vous n'utilisez pas l'appareil

pendant une période prolongée,
retirez les piles.

► Si les piles présentent des signes

de fuite, veuillez mettre des gants
de protection. Nettoyez le com­partiment à piles et les contacts
des piles à l'aide d'un chiff on sec.

► Tenir les piles hors de portée des

enfants. Les enfants pourraient
mettre des piles dans la bouche
et les avaler. En cas d'ingestion
d'une pile, consulter immédiate­ment un médecin.

ATTENTION!

Ne laissez pénétrer aucun liquide

dans l'appareil et ne le plongez
pas sous l'eau afi n d'éviter tout
dommage.

► Évitez toute pénétration de corps

étrangers.

► Ne plongez pas le corps de

l'appareil dans l'eau ou d'autres
liquides. Ceci entraîne des dom­mages irréparables sur l'appareil !

► L'appareil ne doit pas entrer

en contact avec des surfaces
chaudes.

Première utilisation

Avant la première utilisation de l'appareil, assurez­vous qu'il se trouve dans un bon état de fonctionne­ment. Dans le cas contraire, ne pas l'utiliser.

1) Ouvrez le compartiment à piles en tirant le
couvercle du compartiment à piles 6 vers le
bas.

2) Insérez les piles conformément à la polarité
indiquée dans le compartiment à piles (voir
chapitre "Remplacement des piles").

3) Insérez à nouveau le couvercle du comparti­ment à piles 6 sur le corps 5 de l'appareil.
Assurez-vous qu'il soit fermement enclenché.

4) Avant la première utilisation, nettoyez la nou­velle brossette 1 à l'eau claire.

Insertion/retrait de la

■ Pour retirer la brossette 1, tournez-la dans le

sens des aiguilles d'une montre et retirez-la par
le haut.

■ Pour mettre la brossette 1 en place, posez-la

de manière légèrement décalée sur le corps 5
et tournez-la dans le sens inverse des aiguilles
d'une montre jusqu'à ce qu'elle se trouve juste
au-dessus du bouton de mise en marche / à
l'arrêt 4.

Utiliser exclusivement des brossettes d'origine pour
éviter d'endommager l'appareil.

(voir la carte de commande pour les brossettes de
rechange)

Brossage des dents

AVERTISSEMENT !

Au début, la friction inhabituelle peut provoquer
des saignements au niveau de la gencive, ce
qui est tout à fait normal. Si ces saignements
perdurent pendant plus de deux semaines, nous
vous recommandons de consulter votre dentiste.

1) Insérez la brossette 1 sur le corps de l'appa-
reil 5.

2) Humidifi ez la brossette 1 à l'eau courante.

3) Placer un peu de dentifrice sur la brosse
humide.

REMARQUE

Ne mettez l’appareil en marche que lorsque
vous avez la brosse dans la bouche, ceci afi n
d’éviter des projections.

4) Appuyez sur le bouton de mise en marche/à
l'arrêt 4 pour démarrer la brosse à dents.

REMARQUE

Cette brosse à dents dispose d'un temporisateur
à intervalles de 30 secondes pour que vous
puissiez nettoyer tous les quatre quadrants
maxillaires de manière homogène.

5) Subdivisez vos mâchoires en quatre zones
(quadrants) : en haut à gauche, en haut à
droite, en bas à gauche et en bas à droite.

6) Commencez par un quadrant :
Posez la brossette 1 sur la gencive et dépla-
cez-la sur la dent en partant de la gencive.
Procédez de cette manière avec l'intérieur
ainsi que l'extérieur de la dent. Pour chaque
dent, recommencer à nouveau au niveau de la
gencive.
N'oubliez pas de brosser l'arrière de l'arrière­molaire.
Pour nettoyer la surface de mastication, dépla­cez la brossette rotative sur la surface de masti­cation en exerçant une légère pression.

7) Après 30 secondes, la brosse à dents s'inter­rompt brièvement pour vous signaler que vous
devez nettoyer le quadrant maxillaire suivant.
Nettoyez tous les quadrants maxillaires à
l'aide de la même technique.

8) Après deux minutes, la brosse à dents s'inter­rompt brièvementà 3 reprises. Vous aurez alors
satisfait aux recommandations du dentiste quant
à un brossage de dents pendant 2 minutes.

9) Appuyez sur le bouton de mise en marche/à
l'arrêt 4 jusqu'à ce que la brosse à dents
s'arrête.

10) Retirez ensuite la brosse à dents de la bouche.

11) Après usage, nettoyez soigneusement la bros­sette 1 à l'eau courante.

12) Insérez le capuchon de protection 2 sur la
brossette 1.

13) Retirez la brossette1 du corps 5.
Nettoyez l'arbre d'entraînement 3 du corps 5
à l'eau courante. Tenez le corps 5 de manière
à ce que l'eau s'écoule uniquement sur l'arbre
d'entraînement 3.

Remplacement des piles

Lorsque les mouvements de la brosse à dents s'at­ténuent sensiblement, c'est le signe que les piles
doivent être remplacées.

■ Ouvrez le compartiment à piles en tirant le cou-

vercle du compartiment à piles 6 vers le bas et
retirez les piles vides.

ATTENTION! RISQUE DE DÉGÂTS
MATÉRIELS!

Utilisez toujours des piles du même type et
jamais conjointement une pile nouvelle et
ancienne.

■ Replacez à nouveau le couvercle du comparti-

ment à piles 6 et verrouillez-le fermement.

Nettoyage et entretien

ATTENTION! RISQUE DE DÉGÂTS MATÉ­RIELS!

► Pour supprimer des résidus séchés de denti-

frice sur le corps de l'appareil 5, n'utilisez
pas d'objets pointus afi n d'éviter tout endom­magement du joint et donc de l'appareil.

► Ne plongez jamais le corps 5 dans l'eau!

Aucun liquide ne doit pénétrer à l'intérieur du
corps 5 .

■ Retirez la brossette 1 du corps 5 . Après

usage, nettoyez soigneusement les brossettes 1
à l'eau courante.
Nous conseillons de procéder au nettoyage
des brossettes 1 dans un liquide de nettoyage
usuel pour prothèses dentaires toutes les 2 à 4
semaines. Après env. 3 mois, mais au plus tard
lorsque les poils de la
brosse commencent à se tordre vers l'extérieur,
vous devriez la remplacer par une nouvelle
brossette 1.

■ Faites brièvement couler de l'eau sur l'arbre

d'entraînement 3 et le corps 5 pour les
nettoyer. Tenez pour ce faire le corps 5 de
manière à ce que l'arbre d'entraînement 3 soit
orienté vers le bas.
Veillez ce faisant à ce que de l'eau ne pénètre
pas dans le compartiment à piles.

■ Insérez deux nouvelles piles de type AA/LR6

1,5 V. Veillez à la bonne polarité au moment de
la mise en place. Elle est indiquée sur les deux
contacts à l'intérieur du compartiment à piles.

Conservation

Si vous n'utilisez pas la brosse à dents pendant une
période prolongée, retirez les piles.

Insérez le capuchon de protection 2 sur la bros-
sette 1.

Mise au rebut de l'appareil

L'appareil ne doit en aucun

cas être mis aux ordures
ménagères normales. Ce pro­duit est assujetti à la directive
européenne 2012/19/EU

Éliminez l'appareil par l'intermédiaire d'une entre­prise de traitement des déchets autorisée ou via le
service de recyclage de votre commune. Respectez
la réglementation en vigueur. En cas de doute,
prenez contact avec votre centre de recyclage.

Mettre au rebut les piles/accus

Ne pas jeter les piles/accus
aux ordures ménagères.

Chaque consommateur est légalement tenu de rap­porter les piles/accumulateurs à un point de collecte
de sa commune/son quartier ou dans le commerce.

Cette obligation a pour objectif d'assurer le traite­ment écologique des piles et accus. Ne rejetez que
des piles/accus à l'état déchargé.

L'emballage se compose de matériaux

écologiques qu'il est possible de confi er
aux centres de recyclage locaux en vue
de les éliminer.

Garantie et service

Cet appareil bénéfi cie de 3 ans de garantie à
compter de la date d’achat. L’appareil a été fabriqué
avec soin et consciencieusement contrôlé avant sa
distribution.

Veuillez conserver le ticket de caisse en guise
de preuve d’achat. Dans le cas où la garantie
s’applique, veuillez appeler le service après-vente
compétent. Cette condition doit être respectée pour
assurer l’expédition gratuite de votre marchandise.

Cette garantie concerne uniquement les vices de
fabrication et ne couvre pas les dommages de
transport, les pièces d’usure ou les dommages
subis par des éléments fragiles, par ex. le commu­tateur ou les accus.

Ce matériel est exclusivement destiné à un usage
privé et non commercial. La garantie est annulée
en cas d’utilisation incorrecte et inappropriée,
d’utilisation brutale et en cas d’intervention qui
n’aurait pas été réalisée par un centre de service
après-vente agréé.

Cette garantie ne constitue pas une restriction de
vos droits légaux. La période sous garantie n’est pas
prolongée par la garantie du fabricant. Ceci vaut

Erste Verwendung

Bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen, überzeu­gen Sie sich davon, dass es in einwandfreiem
Zustand ist. Andernfalls darf es nicht verwendet
werden.

1) Öff nen Sie das Batteriefach, indem Sie den
Batteriefachdeckel 6 nach unten abziehen.

2) Legen Sie die Batterien gemäß der im Batterie­fach angegebenen Polarität ein (siehe Kapitel
„Wechseln der Batterien“).

3) Stecken Sie den Batteriefachdeckel 6 wieder
auf das Handteil 5 auf. Achten Sie darauf,
dass er fest sitzt

4) Reinigen Sie vor der ersten Verwendung den
neuen Bürstenkopf 1 mit klarem Wasser.

■ Zum Abnehmen des Bürstenkopfes 1, drehen

Sie ihn im Uhrzeigersinn und ziehen Sie ihn
dann nach oben ab.

■ Zum Aufsetzen des Bürstenkopfes 1 setzen Sie

ihn leicht versetzt auf das Handteil 5 auf und
drehen Sie ihn gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, bis er
gerade über dem Ein-/Ausschalter 4 steht.

Verwenden Sie nur Original-Bürstenköpfe, um
Schäden am Gerät zu vermeiden.

Zähne putzen

WARNUNG!

Anfänglich kann es durch die ungewohnte Rei­zung zu etwas Zahnfl eischbluten kommen, das
ist normal. Hält dies länger als zwei Wochen an,
sollten Sie Ihren Zahnarzt befragen.

1) Stecken Sie den Bürstenkopf 1 auf das
Handteil 5.

2) Feuchten Sie den Bürstenkopf 1 unter fl ießen­dem Wasser an.

3) Tragen Sie etwas Zahnpasta auf die feuchte
Bürste auf.

HINWEIS

Schalten Sie das Gerät erst im Mund ein, um
Spritzer zu vermeiden.

4) Drücken Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter 4, um die
Zahnbürste zu starten.

HINWEIS

Diese Zahnbürste hat einen 30-Sekunden-Inter­vall-Timer, damit Sie alle vier Kieferquadranten
gleichmäßig reinigen können.

5) Teilen Sie Ihren Kiefer in vier Teile (Quadran­ten): oben links, oben rechts, unten links und
unten rechts.

6) Beginnen Sie in einem Quadranten:
Setzen Sie den Bürstenkopf 1 auf das
Zahnfl eisch auf und führen Sie die Bürste vom
Zahnfl eisch ausgehend über den Zahn.
Verfahren Sie so mit der Innenseite sowie mit
der Außenseite des Zahnes. Setzen Sie für
jeden Zahn neu auf dem Zahnfl eisch an.
Vergessen Sie die Rückseite des hinteren Backen­zahnes nicht.
Um die Kaufl ächen zu reinigen, führen Sie die
rotierende Bürste mit leichtem Druck über die
Kaufl ächen.

7) Nach 30 Sekunden unterbricht die Zahnbürste
kurz den Betrieb, um Ihnen zu signalisieren,
dass Sie den nächsten Kieferquadranten reini­gen sollen. Reinigen Sie alle Kieferquadranten
mit der gleichen Technik.

8) Nach zwei Minuten unterbricht die Zahnbürs­te den Betrieb 3 x kurz. Dann sind Sie der
zahnärztlichen Empfehlung von 2 Minuten
Zähneputzen gerecht geworden.

9) Drücken Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter 4, so dass
die Zahnbürste stoppt.

10) Nehmen Sie erst dann die Zahnbürste aus dem
Mund.

11) Säubern Sie den Bürstenkopf 1 nach Ge­brauch gründlich unter fl ießendem Wasser.

12) Stecken Sie die Schutzkappe 2 auf den
Bürstenkopf 1.

13) Nehmen Sie den Bürstenkopf 1 vom Handteil
5 ab.
Reinigen Sie die Antriebswelle 3 am Handteil
5 unter fl ießendem Wasser. Halten Sie das

Handteil 5 so, dass das Wasser nur über die
Antriebswelle 3 fl ießt.

Wechseln der Batterien

Wenn die Bewegungen der Zahnbürste spürbar
schwächer werden, müssen die Batterien gewech­selt werden.

■ Öff nen Sie das Batteriefach, indem Sie den

Batteriefachdeckel 6 nach unten abziehen und
entnehmen Sie die leeren Batterien.

ACHTUNG! SACHSCHADEN!

Verwenden Sie immer Batterien des gleichen
Typs und niemals eine frische und eine alte
Batterie zusammen.

■ Stecken Sie den Batteriefachdeckel 6 wieder

■ Nehmen Sie den Bürstenkopf 1 vom Handteil

5 ab. Säubern Sie die Bürstenköpfe 1 nach
Gebrauch immer gründlich unter fl ießendem
Wasser.
Wir empfehlen eine Reinigung der Bürstenköpfe
1 in handelsüblicher Reinigungsfl üssigkeit für
Zahnprothesen etwa alle 2 - 4 Wochen. Nach
ca. 3 Monaten, spätestens jedoch wenn sich die
Borsten nach außen biegen, sollten Sie einen
neuen Bürstenkopf 1 verwenden.

■ Zum Reinigen der Antriebswelle 3 und des

Handteils 5, lassen Sie kurz Wasser darüber
fl ießen. Halten Sie dabei das Handteil 5 so,
dass die Antriebswelle 3 nach unten weist.
Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass kein Wasser in
das Batteriefach gelangt.

Initial use

Before starting to use the appliance, check that it
is in fault-free condition. If it is not, it must not be
used.

1) Open the battery compartment by pulling off
the battery compartment cover 6 in a down­wards direction.

2) Insert the batteries in accordance with the
polarity specifi ed in the battery compartment
(see chapter entitled "Changing the batteries").

3) Re-attach the battery compartment cover 6
to the handle 5. Check that it is securely
attached.

4) Before initial use, clean the new brush heads 1
with fresh water.

Fitting/removing the brush
head

■ To remove the brush head 1, turn it clockwise

and then pull it upwards.

■ To fi t the brush head 1, put it onto the handle 5

in a slightly off set position and then turn it anti­clockwise until it is in a straight position above

To avoid damage to the appliance, always use
original brush heads.

Brushing teeth

WARNING!

Due to the unaccustomed eff ect of the toothbrush
there may be some initial gum bleeding, which is
normal. Should this continue for more than two
weeks, consult your dentist.

1) Fit the brush head 1 to the handle 5.

2) Moisten the brush head 1 under running
water.

3) Put a little toothpaste onto the wet brush.

NOTE

To avoid spray, do not switch on the appliance
until it is in your mouth

4) To start the toothbrush, press the on/off
switch 4.

NOTE

This toothbrush has a 30-second interval timer,
so that all four jaw quadrants can be cleaned
evenly.

5) Divide your mouth into four parts (quadrants):
upper left, upper right, lower left and lower
right.

6) Start in one quadrant:
Start with the brush head 1 on your gums,
and move the brush upwards/downwards from
the gums to the crown of the tooth.
Proceed in this manner on both the inside and
the outside of the tooth. Start again at the
gums for each individual tooth.
Do not forget to brush the back of the rear
molars.
To clean the chewing surfaces, guide the rotating
brush head over the chewing surfaces with a
little pressure.

7) After 30 seconds, the toothbrush stops briefl y,
to signal that you should start cleaning the next
quadrant. Clean each jaw quadrant using the
same technique.

8) After two minutes, the toothbrush briefl y stops
operating 3 times. This informs you that you
have complied with the dental recommenda­tion of two minutes cleaning.

9) Press the on/off switch 4 to stop the toothbrush.

10) Then take the toothbrush out of your mouth.

11) After use, rinse the brush head 1 thoroughly
under running water.

12) Replace the protective cap 2 on the brush
head 1.

13) Remove the brush head 1 from the handle 5.
Clean the drive shaft 3 on the handle 5 under
running water. Hold the handle 5 so that the
water only fl ows over the drive shaft 3.

Changing the batteries

When the toothbrush’s movements become notice­ably weaker, the batteries must be replaced.

■ Open the battery compartment by pulling off the

battery compartment cover 6 in a downwards
direction and remove the old batteries.

ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!

Always use batteries of the same type, and never
use a new battery and an old battery together.

Do not use sharp objects to remove dried-on

toothpaste from the handle 5, otherwise
the seal and thus the appliance may be
damaged.

► Do not immerse the handle 5 in water!

Liquid must not be allowed to penetrate the
handle 5.

■ Remove the brush head 1 from the handle 5.

After use, always clean the brush heads 1
thoroughly under running water.
We recommend cleaning the brush heads 1 in
a standard commercial denture cleaning fl uid
every 2–4 weeks. A new brush head 1 should
be fi tted after about 3 months, and the brush
head must always be replaced when the bristles
start to bend outwards.

■ To clean the drive shaft 3 and the handle 5,

allow a little water to fl ow over them. To do this,
hold the handle 5 so that the drive shaft 3 is
pointing downwards.
Make sure that no water gets into the battery
compartment.

■ Insert two new batteries of type AA/LR6 1.5 V.

Ensure that the batteries are inserted with the
correct polarity. This is marked on both contacts
inside the battery compartment.

■ Replace the battery compartment cover 6 in

such a way that it is securely attached.

Remove the batteries if you do not intend to use
the toothbrush for a long period.

Place the protective cap 2 on the brush head 1.
