Subject: Correction of the Firmware via DFW (D&M Firmware Writer).

Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.

Symptom: 1) Crackling noise on surround back speakers during playback of

DTS-HD-MSTR 6.1 disc.

2) There is the case that a sound does not output from subwoofer when turning
on the power of the unit in the state that Multi EQ is enabled.

3) The unit can not off the "Audio MUTE" depending on a timing of "MUTE
demand signal "from HDMI Receiver.
3-1) problems (no sound) with the new firmware update (DZ09-213)
3-2) HDMI-interoperability issue with Humax Foxstat DVR.
3-3) HDMI-interoperability issue with HUMAX Foxsat STB
3-4) loss of audio output from the 2310

4) "HDMI input" does not works when connect a Sky box by Thompson HD.

5) The sound of HD audio part is not output by combining BD-C6900 (by
Samsung) and AVR-3310.

Solution:

METHOD OF UPDATING the firmware via RS232C
We will supply the following program files for updating the subject models.
Please refer to the Instruction Manual for updating.
