II. PURPOSE:
The only diff er ence bet ween the 60 7-3 a nd t he 60 7 -3 DF is t ha t the 607-3 is a single product unit whereas the 6073DF is a two product unit (the DF stands for DUAL FEED).
III. INSTALLATION:
CAUTION: ALL WORK DONE SHOULD ADHE RE TO ALL APPLICABLE PLUMBING CO DES.
1. Hold assembly to wall, locate positions of mounting screws. Drill holes in wall about 1” deep. Mount
assembly to wa ll using screws and anchors p rovided.
2. Insta ll priming r ing in outlet tu bing (lar ge diameter), a few inches fr om one end. Slip t ubing over threads of
injector, with priming ring close t o the injector . Secure with tubing c lamp and cut t o convenient length.
3. Attach water supply hos e (not provided) to wa ter inlet and tight en.
4. To ins tall wire hose hanger, s lip outlet tubing thr ough hose hanger.

IV. CHEMICAL ADJUSTMENT:
CAUTION: Be careful when working with hazardous chemicals.
1. Select metering tip using Table 1 as a guide. Screw tip into inlet barb of injector.
2. Cut inlet tu b e t o c onvenient lengt h, at leas t 1 8 ” long to insu r e p riming but not mor e tha n 6’ ( great er lif t s reduce

expendab le and are not covered under wa rrant y. This wa rranty is extended only to the or iginal
buyer of DEMA p roduct s. If produ cts a re alt ered or r epair ed without p rior a pprova l of DEMA,
this wa rranty will be void.
Defective u nits or pa rts s hou ld be ret u r ned t o the factory wit h trans p orta t ion prepa id. If insp ect ion
shows them to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced without charge, F.O.B. factory.
DEMA assumes no liability for damages. Return merchandise authorization number, to return
units for repa ir or repla cement , must be granted in advance of return.
