2. INSTALLATION:
Insta ll the appr opriate wat er nozzl e bushing. Th e #4 nozzl e has the l owest water flow but th e highest ch emical in duction rat e.
The 201CHT has a 1/8" NPT water inlet. The injector should be mounted directly into the water line as shown in Fig. 1 below.
Local plumbing codes shoul d be consulted to ensure proper back flow pr evention and compl iance with the local codes.
The unit is designed to operat e with up to 25 feet of 3/8 inch ID h ose and a standard radiator nozzle with a flow rate of 1 1/2
gallons per minute. Longer lengths of hose or other downstream restrictions may reduce the chemical feed rate.
3. ADJUSTMENTS:
The chemical feed rate is adjusted by means of color coded metering tips that thread into the end of the hose barb. Table 1
indi cates the feed r ates for the various ti ps.

WARRANTY: DEMA products are warranted against defective material and workmanship under normal use and
service for one year from the date of manufacture. This limited warranty does not apply to any
products which have a normal life shorter than one year or failure and damage caused by
chemicals, corrosion, improper voltage supply, physical abuse, or misapplication. Rubber and
synthetic rubber parts such as “o”- rings, diaphragms, squeeze tubing and gaskets are considered
expendable and are not cover ed under warranty. This warranty is extended only to the original
buyer of DEMA products. If products are alter ed or repaired without prior approval of DEMA,
this warranty will be void.
Defective units or parts should be returned to the factory with transportation prepaid. If
inspection shows them to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced without charge, F.O.B.
