Delock 3.5″ Mobile Rack for 1 x 2.5″ SATA HDD

Description

This Delock Mobile Rack is designed for external or internal connection of a 2.5″ SATA HDD. Insert the HDD directly into the frame and connect it either externally to a free USB port or with the help of an optional cable to a Power Over eSATA port, or internally to SATA. The dimension of the frame complies to a standard 3.5″ HDD. Thus you can install the frame into a 3.5″ slot as well as into a 5.25″ mobile rack.

• Connector: inside: 1 x SATA 22 pin male (NSS connector) outside: 1 x SATA 22 pin female 1 x USB 2.0 Type Mini-B female

• Suitable for 2.5″ SATA HDD / SSD: HDD height 9.5 mm SATA HDD / SSD up to 6 Gb/s supports 5 V HDD / SSD

• Data transfer rate up to 6 Gb/s

• Possible applications:

1. internally in a 3.5″ bay

2. inside a 5.25″ mobile rack

3. externally over USB

4. externally over eSATAp (cable optional)

• Hot Swap

• With special SATA NSS connector inside to protect the SATA connector of the HDD from wear at each change

• OS independent, no driver installation necessary
