To p is constructed of one-piece 16 -gauge stainless steel, with integral 2.12”
(5.4 cm ) square no sing on front and 1 0.4” (2 6.3 cm ) full length raised refrigerated syrup rail. Refrigerated rail is furnished w ith syrup pump, choc o late
pump and fruit jars. Top to be insulated and have raised rim opening(s) provided with co ver. Cover(s) are insulated, fo lding and rem ovable.
Interior is co nstructed o f 2 2-gauge stainless steel. Liner is insulated with
2.5” (6.4 cm) fo amed-in-place po lyurethane. Unit has a co ld w all refrigeration system provided w ith adjustable ex pansion valves. Rail has an
adjustable evaporator pressure regulator valve located in the 6” (15.2 c m)
mec hanical area at right end. Unit is designed to maintain 0°F (-18 °C) to
5° F (-15°C ) in the tank and 33° F (1° C) to 40 °F (4 °C) in the rail.
Exte rior fron t has 22 -gauge stainless steel front panel(s). Exterior ends are
co nstructed o f 1 8-gauge galvanized steel.
Electrical connections are 11 5 volt, 60 Hertz, single phase.
Unit is mounted on 6 .13” (15.6 cm) high adjustable stainless steel legs.
