Precautionary measures
Read all instructions b efore using
1. Use the iron only for its intended use.
Do not immerse the iron in water or any other liquid. This may lead to electric shock.

Thermoregulator
Recommendations before the start use.
1. The first time the iron can smell the plastic. After a short period of time, it will disappear.
2. Before first use, wipe the soleplate with a soft cloth.
3. Do not allow metal objects (buckles, buttons, zippers) under the sole not to damage her.
4. Pure wool (100% wool) can be ironed steam mode. Set the steam setting to the maximum position and use

Selecting the temperature
1. Refine modes ironing for clothes that you are going to iron.

The auto-off function (models USI-285):
1. The iron has an automatic shut off.
2. The iron turns off automatically after about 30 seconds, being in a horizontal position and after 6 minutes in

Filling the water tank
1. Unplug the iron.
2. Set the mode switch steam to "off" (Pic 1).
3. Fill the tank through the opening for pouring water (Pic 2).
4. After completion of the work always drain the remaining water from the tank. Do not store the iron with
remaining in the ta nk water.
Important: If you have hard water, we recommend that you use distilled or demineralized water. Do not use solvents or perfume water.
Steam ironing
1. Fill the tank with water as described in "Filling the water tank."
2. Connect the iron to the electrical grid.
3. Steam ironing is possible onl y when t he ma xi mum heating temperature of the sole. Otherwise, no formation
of steam and the water can flow through the sole.
4. Wait until the indicator light turns off, it indicates that there has been a selected temperature.
5. Set the steam supply to the desired position.
6. At the end of the work and during breaks in ironing things set the iron in vertical position.
7. Iron has anti-drip feature. If during Ironing the iron is not used for long, the soleplate cools down, the steam
is automatically turned off, which prevents the appearance of drops through the holes of the sole
8. After completing unplug the iron, pour the remaining water in it, and put to cool.
