Definitive Technology, LLC (“Definitive Technology”) warrants to the original retail purchaser that Definitive Technology branded
wireless speakers, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (1) one year, under normal use and
conditions. Should this product prove to be defective in material or workmanship, Definitive Technology will, at its option, (a)
repair the product, or (b) replace the product. If the product model is no longer available and cannot be repaired effectively, or
replaced with an identical model, Definitive Technology may, at its sole and absolute option, replace the unit with a current model
of equal or greater value.
