EINLEITUNG

Die Saftpresse ist aus hochwertigen Materialen hergestellt.
Das Produkt zeichnet sich durch hohe Robustheit und lässt
sich leicht und einfach in den betriebsbereiten Zustand zu­sammenbauen und reinigen. Ferner ist das Produkt gemäß
der europäischen Richtlinie 90/128/EWG und den FDA Stan­dards (USA) hergestellt.
Die Schnecke hat ein originelles Design und sorgt für ein ef­fektives Entsaften von Obst und Gemüse.

Die angefallenen Obst- und Gemüsetrester treten über das
Hauptendstück im Vorderteil der Saftpresse aus.

MONTAGE- UND BETRIEBSANLEITUNG:

• Teile 1 und 2 der Saftpresse 8 (Bemerkung: Der Stößel
kann auch eingesetzt werden).

• Das Gehäuse auf die Grundplatte 6 aufstellen.

ACHTUNG

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich die Nylon-Dichtung 3 in
richtiger Lage befi ndet. Anderenfalls kann die Saftpresse
beschädigt werden.

• Bevor man mit dem Zusammenbau bzw. dem Abbau des
Pressegehäuses beginnt, muss das Fixierstück geöffnet
sein.

• Das Hauptendstück 4 durch das Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn
5 anziehen.

• Bemerkung: der Gewindedeckel wird zum verstärkten
Pressen beim Entsaften (z.B. von sehr faserigem Gemüse,
Queckenblätter, Petersilie) verwendet. In meisten Fällen
können Obst und Gemüse ohne Deckeleinsatz gepresst
werden.

• Beim Entsaften der harten Gemüse wie Karotte, Rüben
oder große Queckenmengen wird empfohlen, den
Metallhalter der Presse zu verwenden.

• Vor Beginn der Arbeit muss man sich vergewissern, dass
die Arbeitsfl äche des Tisches sauber und trocken ist.

• Die Saftpresse am Tischrand aufstellen (ca. 5 cm vom
Rand der Grundplatte entfernt). Die Schneckenachse
muss dabei abseits des Tisches zeigen.

• Die Grundplatte durch das Drehen der Kurbel im
Uhrzeigersinn fi xieren und ggf. Stange/Hebel benutzen.

• Die beigefügte Klammer in die Bohrung in der Grundplatte
einsetzen, soweit erforderlich, und von Hand anziehen.

ACHTUNG:

Die Tischoberfl äche muss glatt und nicht porig sein – wie bei
Kunststoff, Glas, Keramik, Edelstahl. In diesem Fall reicht die
Kraft des Fixierstücks vollkommen aus. Ist die Oberfl äche un-

eben oder wollen Sie harte Produkte entsaften, wird die Fi­xierstückkraft alleine nicht ausreichend sein. Dafür dann die
beigefügte Schraubzwinge verwenden.

• Die Kurbel über die Schneckenachse stellen und von Hand
anziehen.

• Den Auffangbehälter so platzieren, dass sich
sein ausgedehnter Teil unterhalb der Nase der
Auslaufeinrichtung befi ndet, die im Hinterteil des Trichters
angebracht wird.

• Eventuell ist eine Schale (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten)
unter dem Hauptendstück für Tresterauffang zu platzieren.

• Eine Menge von Produkten in den Trichter einlegen, mit
Stößel wie abgebildet nachpressen und gleichzeitig die
Kurbel im Uhrzeigersinn drehen.

• Ist ein zu hoher Widerstand des Pressgutes zu spüren, die
Kurbel in Kurzschritten gegen Uhrzeigersinn drehen.

• Die Saftpresse darf nicht überlastet sein. Die Produkte sind
dem Trichter in kleinen Mengen zuzuführen.

• Die Saftpresse hat auch einen Schlüssel, mit dem man
die Fixierung des Hauptendstücks anziehen bzw. lösen
kann (der Gehäuse-Oberteil der Saftpresse muss auf
der Grundplatte nicht zu fest sitzen. Anderenfalls lassen
sich das Hauptendstück und der Oberteil nur mit Mühe
abschrauben).

ACHTUNG

Beim Drehen der Kurbel dürfen Obst und Gemüse nicht mit
Finger zur Schnecke nachgedrückt werden.

TIPPS ZUR REINIGUNG UND LAGERUNG:

• Kurbel abnehmen.

• Das Fixierstück der Grundplatte lösen, indem die Halterung
gegen Uhrzeigersinn gedreht wird. Ggf, den Schlüssel
verwenden.

• Das Hauptgehäuse nach vorne rücken und abnehmen.
Den Vorderdeckel durch das Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn
lösen – soweit erforderlich den beigefügten Schlüssel
verwenden (die Gehäusebefestigung ist am besten
dann lösen, wenn es noch auf der Grundplatte sitzt). Die
Grundplatte mit feuchtem Tuch reinigen.

• Die restlichen Teile im warmen Wasser mit Seife spülen
und mit Schwamm, Tuch oder weicher Bürste reinigen. Die
Nylon-Dichtung bitte nicht versetzen.

• Teile trocken lassen.

TIPPS ZUM GEBRAUCH DER SAFTPRESSE:

Lässt sich das Hauptendstück schwer abschrauben, das
Hauptgehäuse auf der Grundplatte sitzen lassen und das
Endstück mit Schlüssel lösen.
Beim Entsaften der Queckenblätter vergewissern Sie sich,
dass der Gewindedeckel an seinem Platz ist.
Ist die Grundplatte am Tisch festgeklebt, das Fixierstück auf
der Grundplatte zu sich ein- oder zweimal drehen, damit die
Gummihalterungen sich von der Oberfl äche lösen.
Will man harte Obst und Gemüse entsaften, so wird es emp­fohlen, diese zunächst in kleine Streife vorzuschneiden und
zum Pressvorgang die Schraubzwinge zu verwenden.

ACHTUNG

Die Saftpresse darf nicht in heißes Wasser dauernd getaucht
werden.
Die Grundplatte darf nicht ins Wasser getaucht werden. Zur
Reinigung diese einfach mit feuchtem Tuch bzw. Schwamm
abwischen.
Beim Saften von hartem Obst und Gemüse ist das Hauptend­stück, soweit erforderlich, mit dem beigefügten Schlüssen ge­gen Uhrzeigersinn etwa anzuziehen.
Den Trichter nie auf einmal mit großen Mengen von Produkten
beschicken.

IMPORTANT:

Please read these operating instructions before using the unit
and save for future reference .

INTRODUCTION

The MAGIC JUICER is made from high quality materials .It is
durable and easy to assemble and clean. It is also complies
with the EEC 90/128 Migration test and the USA FDA standard.
The specially designed auger crushes and squeezes fruits
and vegetables more effi ciently than other juicers. Excess
waste is neatly expelled from the front end cap.

ASSEMBLY AND OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS

• Assemble parts 1 through 2 into the main body of the juicer
8 (Note: the auger bushing may already be in place.)

• Slide the main body into the base stand 6.

IMPORTANT

• Make sure the nylon washer 3 is in place otherwise dam­age may be caused to the juicer.

• The Locking knob must be disengaged before the main
body can be attached or removed.

• Please note the end cap 4 tightens in a counter clockwise
direction. The small end cap tightens in a clockwise direc­tion. 5

• Tip: the small screw cap is used for applying more pressure
in the juicing process (for leafy and fi brous vegetables such
as parsley and wheatgrass). It is not necessary to use it for
most other fruits and vegetables.

• If you are juicing very hard vegetables such as carrots,
beets, or large amounts of wheatgrass, it is recommended
that the metal clamp is used.

• Make sure the surface area is clean and dry.

• Place the healthyjuicer close to the edge of the table or
counter top (approximately 1/4” or ,5cm from the base
edge) with the auger shaft pointing away from the table.

• Lock the base by turning the knob in a clockwise direction.
Use the pusher/lever if necessary.

• If necessary, insert the supplied metal clamp into the hole
on the base and tighten securely by hand only.

IMPORTANT

The table surface should be smooth and non-porous such as
formica, glass, ceramic tile, stainless steel or plastic.

• Place the handle over the auger shaft and hand tighten the
screw knob.

• Position the juice cup so that the extended portion is under
the juice spout, which is located on the main body under
and in back of the hopper.

• You may also want to place a bowl (not included) under the
end cap to collect any excess waste material.

• • Place small bunches of wheatgrass or leafy vegetables
such as spinach into the hopper and use the pusher to
press down as the handle is turned in a clockwise direction.

• If you encounter too much resistance try briefl y turning the
handle in a counter-clockwise direction.

IMPORTANT

• Do not overload the MAGIC JUICER. Feed small amounts
as a time into the hopper.

• The MAGIC JUICER also includes a handy wrench for
tightening and loosening the end cap (leave the body on
the base to loosen the large cap just slightly. You may then
remove the body and fully unscrew the cap.)

CAUTION

Never use your hand or fi ngers to push food into the hopper
while the handle is being turned.

HOW TO CLEAN AND STORE

• Remove the handle

• Release the base lock by turning the knob in an anti-clock­wise direction. Use the combination plunger/level tool to
assist you if necessary.

• Remove the main body by sliding it forward. Loosen the
front cap by turning in a clockwise direction. If necessary
use the provided wrench to assist in doing this (it is best to
loosen when the body is still attached to the base). Wipe
the base off with a damp sponge or cloth.

• Rinse all other parts in soapy warm water using a sponge,
cloth, or soft brush. Take care not to misplace the nylon
washer or the small screw cap.

• Let all parts dry and store in a safe place.

TIPS ON USING THE JUICER

• If the end cap has become diffi cult to loosen, leave the
main body on the base and slightly loosen the end cap with
the provided wrench before disassembling for cleaning.

• When juicing wheatgrass make sure the small cap is in
place. Cut wheatgrass about 1” from the base of the soil
in small clumps. Insert small amounts of wheatgrass at a
time into the hopper, then turn the handle. The wheatgrass
blades should be pulled into the auger automatically. Use
the included pusher to assist if necessary.

• If the base seems to be stuck to the surface, turn the base
knob slightly toward you once or twice to help loosen the
rubber from the surface.

• If you are using the MAGIC JUICER for other vegetables
such as carrots, apples, it is recommended that you cut
then into small strips and use the clamp base.

IMPORTANT

• Never immerse the MAGIC JUICER in hot water for a pro­longed period of time.

• The base of the MAGIC JUICER should not be immersed
in water and should just be wiped clean with a damp cloth
or sponge

• When juicing wheatgrass and vegetables that are very fi rm,
it may be necessary to slightly tighten the end cap (counter
clockwise) with the included wrench.

• Always feed small amounts at a time into the juicer.

INTRODUCTION

Le presse-fruits est fait des matériaux de haute qualité. Le
produit se caractérise de haute durabilité et peut être monté
facilement en état de service et nettoyé. En outre, il est fabri­qué en conformité avec le standard européen EEC 90/128 et
les standards des Etats Unis USA FDA.
Le vis a un design spéciale et permet d’extraire le jus de fruits
et de légumes plus effectivement.

La puple utilisée sort par le bec essentiel à l’avant du presse­fruits.

INSTRUCTION DE MONTAGE ET
D’EXPLOITATION:

• Posez des parties 1 et 2 de la construction du presse-fruits
8 (Note: le poussoir de vis peut être déjà installé)

• Posez le corps sur la base 6.

ATTENTION

• Assurez-vous que la garniture de nylon est installée sur sa
place, sinon le presse-fruits peut être endommagé pendant
l’exploitation.

• Le fi xateur doit être placé en position ouverte avant le com-
mencement du processus d’installation ou d’enlèvement
du corps essentiel du presse-fruits.

• Il est nécessaire de serrer le bec essenteil 4 en le tounant
dans le sens horaire 5.

• Note: La couvercle avec fi letage s’applique pour l’augmen-
tation de la pression pendant l’extraction 9, par exemple,
pour l’extraction de jus de légumes riches de fi bres tels
que poireau, persil. Pour la plupart de légumes et de fruits,
l’utilisation de cette couvercle n’est pas nécessaire.

• Au temps d’extraction de jus de légumes très solides tels
que la carotte, la betterave ou une grande quantité de poi­reau, il est recommandé d’utiliser le support métallique de
cenrtifugeuse.

• Avant le commencement d’exploitation assurez-vous que
la surface fonctionnante de la table est sèche et propre.

• Posez le presse-fruits au bord de la table (la distance doit
être à peu près 5 cm de la base de presse-fruits). En outre,
l’axis de vis doit être orienté de la table.

• Fixez la base en tournant la manivelle dans le sens horaire
et utilisez le poussoir/levier, s’il est nécessaire.

• En cas de besoin insérez le clip métallique attaché et ser­rez-le soigneusement avec la main.

ATTENTION

La surface de la table doit etre polie sans pores telle que la
surface de plastique, de verre, de céramique, d’acier inoxy­dable – dand ce cas l’effort du fi xateur est suffi sant.
Si la surface n’est pas unie ou si vous allez extraire le jus

des produits solides il vaut mieux utiliser pour la fi xation de la
centrifugeuse le serre-joint attaché.

• Posez la manivelle au-dessus de l’axis de vis et serrez la
manivelle à fi letage avec la main.

• Posez le réservoir de jus de telle façon que sa partie allon­gée soit sous le bec verseur du jus qui se trouve sur le
corps essentile du presse-fruits dans la partie arrière de la
cheminée de remplissage.

• Vous pouvez avoir besoin de placer une tasse (n’y est pas
incluse) sous le bec de collecte de la pulpe.

• Posez des aliments dans la cheminée de remplissage; à
l’aide du possoir enfoncez des légumes (voir le dessin) et
faites tourner la manivelle dans le sens horaire simultané­ment.

• Si vous ressentez que la résistance du matériel est trop
forte, essayez de tourner la manivelle peu à peu dans le
sens antihoraire.

• Il est interdit de surchager le presse-fruits. Des aliments ne
doivent pas être placés dans la cheminée de remplissage
par de gros parts.

• Le presse-fruits est munie de clé qui permet de serrer la
fi xation de bec essentiel plus fortement ou de la détendre.
(La partie inférieure de centrifugeuse ne doit pas être fi xée
trop fortement sur la base. Sinon vous aurez des diffi cul-
tés en dévissant le bec essentiel et la partie inférieure du
corps).

ATTENTION

Il est interdit de pousser des fruits et des légumes vers le vis
avec les doigts quand la manivelle se tourne.
Nettoyage et préparation pour le stockage:

• Enlevez la manivelle

• Relâchez le fi xateur de la base ayant tourné la manivelle
de serrage dans le sens antihoraire. En cas de nécessité
profi tez de la clé.

• Enlevez le corps essentiel en le poussant en avant. Relâ­chez la couvercle antérieure en la tournant dans le sens
horaire. En cas de nécessité profi tez de la clé attachée (il
vaut mieux d’affaiblir la fi xation du corps quand il est en-
core sur la base). Essuyez la base avec l’éponge humide.

• Il faut laver des autres parties à l’eau tiède avec l’éponge,
la chiffon ou la brosse souple. Soyez attentif de ne pas
déplacer la garniture de nylon.

• Laissez les parties nettoyées sécher.

CONSEILS IMPORTANTS:

Si vous avez des diffi cultés en dévissant le bec essentiel, lais-
sez le corps essentiel sur la base et relâchez un peu le bec
essentiel avec la clé.
Quand vous extrayez le jus de poireau, assurez-vous que la
couvercle à fi letage est sur sa place. Si la base a fortement
adhéré à la table, il faut tourner legèrement le fi xateur sur la
base à soi, une ou deux fois pour que des pièces d’attaches
se détachent de la surface.
Si vous allez extraire le jus de légumes solides tels que les
pommes de terre ou la carotte, avant le commencement du
travail, il faut les couper en petits morceaux et utiliser le serre­joint pour la base.

ATTENTION

Il est interdit de plonger le presse-fruits dans l’eau chaude
pour une longue durée. Il est interdit de plonger la base de
presse-fruits dans l’eau. Si le nettoyage est nécessaire, il faut
l’essuyer avec l’éponge ou la chiffon humide.
En travaillant avec des fruits ou des légumes solides, s’il y en
a le besoin, serrez un peu le bec essentiel avec la clé jointe,
dans le sens antihoraire.
Que des quantités petites de fruits et de légumes peuvent être
placées à la fois dans la cheminée de remplissage.

MAGIC JUICER изготовлена из высококачественных мате­риалов. Изделие отличается высокой прочностью и его лег­ко и просто собирать в рабочее состояние и чистить. Кроме
того, оно изготовлено в соответствии с европейским стан­дартом EEC 90/128 и стандартами США USA FDA standard.
Шнек имеет специально разработанный дизайн и позволя­ет более эффективно выжимать сок из фруктов и овощей.
Отработанные выжимки выходят через основной наконеч­ник в передней части соковыжималки.

ИНСТРУКЦИЯ ПО СБОРКЕ И ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИИ

• Установите части 1 и 2 конструкции соковыжималки 8 (При­мечание: Толка тель шнека может быть уже установлен)

• Установите корпус на основание базы 6.

ВНИМАНИЕ

• Убедитесь в том, что нейлоновая прокладка 3 установле­на на предназначенном для нее месте, иначе, соковыжи­малка может быть повреждена во время работы.

• Фиксатор должен быть в открытом положении перед тем,
как вы начнете процесс установки или снятия основного
корпуса соковыжималки.

• Основной наконечник 4 следует затянуть, повернув его по
направлению часовой

стрелки 5

• Примечание: Крышка с винтовой нарезкой применяется
для усиления применяемого давления в процессе выжи­мания сока (например, для выжимания сока из овощей
с высоким содержанием волокон, листьев типа пырея,
петрушки. Для большинства видов овощей и фруктов
можно обходиться без ее использования.

• При выжимании сока из овощей повышенной твердости
типа моркови

, свеклы или большого количества пырея
рекомендуется применять металлический держатель со­ковыжималки.

• Перед началом работы убедитесь в том, что рабочая по­верхность стола сухая и чистая.

• Поместите соковыжималку на край стола (на расстоянии
приблизительно, 5см от края основания (базы) соковыжи­малки).При этом ось шнека должна быть направлена в
сторону

от стола.

• Зафиксируйте базу ,повернув рукоятку по направлению
часовой стрелки и пользуйтесь толкателем/рычагом, если
необходимо.

• Если необходимо, вставьте прилагаемый металлический
зажим в отверстие на базе и надежно затяните его рукой.

ВНИМАНИЕ

Поверхность стола должна быть гладкой и не пористой – та­кой как поверхность пластика, стекла, керамики, нержавею­щей стали- в этом случае усилия фиксатора достаточно.
Если поверхность неровная или вы собираетесь выжимать
сок из твёрдых продуктов, для фиксации соковыжималки
лучше дополнительно использовать прилагаемую струбцину

• Поместив рукоятку над осью шнека, рукой затяните вин

-

товую рукоятку.

• Поместите емкость для сока таким образом, чтобы ее вы-

тянутая часть находилась под носиком сокоподающего
элемента, который расположен на основном корпусе со­ковыжималки в задней части загрузочной воронки.

• Возможно вам понадобится поместить чашку (не входит
в комплект поставки) под основной наконечник для сбора
выжимок.

• Поместите немного продуктов

в загрузочную воронку и,

применяя толкатель, прижмите овощи как показано на ри­сунке, одновременно вращая рукоятку по часовой стрелке.

• Если вы чувствуете слишком высокое сопротивление обра­батываемого материала, попробуйте короткими движениями
повернуть рукоятку по направлению против часовой стрелки.

• Запрещается перегружать соковыжималку. Подавайте
небольшими порциями обрабатываемые продукты в за­грузочную

воронку..

• MAGIC JUICER имеет также ключ, который позволяет
затягивать или ослаблять фиксацию основного нако­нечника. (Верхняя часть корпуса соковыжималки не
должна быть зафиксирована на базе слишком туго. В
противном случае вам будет тяжело отвинчивать ос­новной наконечник и верхнюю часть корпуса.)

ВНИМАНИЕ

Запрещается проталкивать пальцами овощи или фрукты к
шнеку при вращении рукоятки.
Как правильно очистить соковыжималку и подготовить к хра­нению:

• Снимите рукоятку

• Освободите фиксатор базы, повернув зажимную рукоятку

против часовой стрелки. Используйте ключ для этого, в
случае необходимости.

• Снимите основной корпус, сдвинув его вперед. Ослабьте
переднюю крышку, повернув по часовой

стрелке –если
необходимо, воспользуйтесь прилагаемым ключом (луч­ше всего ослабить крепление корпуса пока он еще нахо­дится на базе). Протрите базу влажной губкой.

• Остальные части следует прополоскать в мыльной те­плой воде, применяя губку, тряпку или мягкую щетку. По­старайтесь не смещать нейлоновую прокладку.

• Дайте вымытым частям просохнуть.

Die Konstruktion, Lieferumfang oder Produkt können zwecks
Verbesserung der technischen Eigenschaften des Produktes
geändert werden. Diese Änderungen werden vorgenommen,
ohne dass der Käufer darüber im Voraus benachrichtigt wird
und haben keine Pfl icht zur Änderung / Verbesserung der früher
produzierten Modelle zur Folge. Wir bitten Sie ausdrücklich, zur
Vermeidung von Missverständnissen vor der Installation/Betrieb
des Produktes die Betriebsanleitung aufmerksam durchzule­sen. Es ist verboten, etwaige Änderungen am Garantieschein
vorzunehmen, sowie die hier angegebenen Daten zu löschen
oder umzuschreiben. Die vorliegende Garantie gilt, wenn der
Garantieschein richtig/leserlich ausgefüllt ist und Angaben über
Modell des Produktes, seine Seriennummer, Verkaufsdatum,
sowie Unterschrift der zuständigen Person und den Stempel
des Verkäufers enthält.

3 JAHRE GARANTIEZEIT

Die vorliegende Garantie gilt für Produktions- oder Konstrukti­onsdefekte des Produkts.
Ein autorisiertes Servicezentrum macht Reparaturen und er­setzt defekte Teile daheim oder beim Käufer (nach Ermessen
des Servicezentrums).
Garantiereparatur des Produktes erfolgt spätesten in 45 Tagen.
Falls bei Beseitigung der Fehler klar wird, dass sie nicht in dem
durch die Parteien vereinbarten Zeitraum beseitigt werden,
können die Parteien eine neue Vereinbarung über einen neuen
Termin zur Beseitigung abschließen. Der angegebene Termin
der Garantiereparatur des Produkts gilt nur für die Produkte,
die zu Privat-, Familien oder Haushaltszwecken, aber nicht zu
Geschäftszwecken verwendet werden.

Garantiefrist für das Zubehör (Teile, die ohne Werkzeug ab­genommen werden können, d.h. Fächer, Börde, Gitter, Körbe,
Aufsätze, Bürste, Röhre, Schläuche u.a. ähnliches Zubehör)
beträgt drei Monate.
Garantiefrist für neues Zubehör, das am Produkt bei der Ga­rantie- oder Entgelt- Reparatur montiert wird, oder separat vom
Produkt erworben wurden, beträgt drei Monate ab dem Tag der
Ausgabe des Produkts an den Käufer nach Beendung der Re­paratur oder Verkauf für das letzte Erzeugnis dieses Zubehörs.
Die vorliegende Garantie gilt nur innerhalb der Russischen Fö­deration für Produkte, die innerhalb der Russischen Föderation
gekauft wurden.
Die vorliegende Garantie gibt kein Recht für Erstattung und
Begleichung des Schadens, der infolge der Überarbeitung oder
Anpassung des Produkts entstanden ist, indem diese ohne vor­herige schriftliche Zustimmung des Herstellers zwecks der An­passung an die nationalen oder lokalen technischen Standarten
und Normen der Sicherheit, die im beliebigen anderen Land,
außer der Russischen Föderation gelten, wo dieses Produkt ur­sprünglich verkauft wurde, vorgenommen wurden.
Die vorliegende Garantie gilt nicht für:

• periodische Wartung und Nachverkaufsservice des Produktes
(Reinigung, Ersatz der Filter oder der Vorrichtungen, die als Fil­ter dienen);

• verschiedene Anpassungen und Änderungen des Produkts,
u.a. zwecks Verbesserung und Ausbreitung des normalen Ein­satzbereiches gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung, ohne vorhe­riger schriftlicher Zustimmung des Herstellers.
Die vorliegende Garantie gilt nicht auch in den Fällen:

• wenn die Seriennummer vollkommen/teilweise geändert, ab­gelöscht, entfernt oder unleserlich aufgeschrieben wird;

• wenn das Produkt nicht gemäß seiner direkten Bestimmung,
nicht gemäß seiner Bedienungsanleitung betrieben wird, u.a.
bei Betrieb des Produkts mit Überbelastung oder gemeinsam
mit Zusatzeinrichtungen, die von dem Verkäufer, der vom Her­steller autorisierten Organisation, der Importeur und der Herstel­ler nicht empfohlen sind;

• wenn am Produkt mechanische Beschädigungen (Ausbrüche,
Risse usw.), Einwirkungen der übermäßigen Kraft, chemisch
aggressiven Stoffen, hohen Temperaturen, vermehrten Feuch­tigkeit/Verstäubung, konzentrierten Dämpfe vorhanden sind,
und wenn eine der oben genannten Tatsachen den Ausfall des
Geräts verursachte;

• wenn die Reparatur/Einstellung /Installation/Anpassung/Inbe­triebnahme nicht durch eine zugelassene Organisation/Person
durchgeführt wird;

• wenn Beschädigung des Produktes durch Naturkatastrophen
(Brand, Überfl utung usw.) und andere Ursachen hervorgerufen
wurde, die außer Kontrolle des Verkäufers, der vom Hersteller
autorisierten Organisation, des Importeurs und der Herstellers
sind;

• wenn das Produkt ans Strom-, Wassernetz inkorrekt ange­schlossen wurde, sowie infolge Fehler (Abweichung der Be­triebsdaten) der Strom-, Wassernetz und anderen Versorgungs­netze;

• wenn die Defekte durch Gelangen von Fremdkörpern, Flüs­sigkeiten (außer der von der Betriebsanleitung vorgesehen),
Insekten und ihren Ausscheidungsprodukte usw. in das Produkt
hervorgerufen wurden;

• wenn es um mangelhafter Lagerung des Produkts handelt;

• wenn es notwendig ist, Lampen, Filter, Primärzellen, Akkus,
Sicherungen, sowie Glas/ Porzellan/Stoff und manuell ver­stellte Teile und andere zusätzliche schnellverschleißende/
Umsteckteile des Produktes zu wechseln, die seinen eigenen
bemessenen Lebensdauer haben, infolge ihrer natürlichen Ab­nutzung, oder wenn solcher Wechsel durch die Konstruktion des
Produktes vorgesehen ist und nicht mit Ausbau des Produkts
verbunden ist;

• bei Defekten des Systems, in welchem das Produkt als Syste­melement benutzt wurde.

● The warranty period for the component parts (parts that
can be removed from the product without any tools, like boxes,
shelves, grills, baskets, tools, brushes, tubes, hoses, and other
similar components) is 3 (three months).

● The warranty period for new components, installed on the
product with warranty repair or paid repair, or purchased sepa­rately from the product is 3 (three) months from the date of deliv­ery after the repair, or sales to the Buyer of these components.

This warranty does not give right to compensation and cov­erage for damage that occurred as a result of alteration or
adjustment of product, without the prior written consent of the
manufacturer, in order to bring it into compliance with local or
national technical standards and safety regulations in force in
any country.

This warranty does not cover:

● Periodic maintenance and service products (cleaning, re-

placing fi lters or device used as a fi lter);

● Any adaptation or any changes of use outside of manual,
including with a view to improving and expanding the scope of
its normal use, as instructed by the product, without prior writ­ten consent.

This warranty is also void in the following cases:

● If it is fully or partially altered, deleted or removed or illegible
serial number;

● Use of the product for other than its intended use and not fol­lowing the instruction manual, including use of the product or in
conjunction with an overload of accessories not recommended
by the Seller, the organization authorized by the manufacturer,
importer, manufacturer;

● If any mechanical damage (chips, cracks, etc.), the impact
on the product of excessive force, aggressive chemicals, high
temperatures, high humidity / dust, concentrated vapors, was
the cause of the malfunction of the product;

● repair / setup / installation / adaptation / start-up of product
by non-authorized organizations / individuals;

● natural disasters (fi re, fl ood, etc.), and other causes beyond

● Improper connections for electricity or water supply, as well

● defects resulting from foreign objects inside product or liq­uids, (except those provided by the operating instructions, in­sects, and their metabolic products, etc.);

● Improper storage of the product;

● Replacement of the bulbs, fi lters, batteries, fuses, and glass

/ porcelain / fabric and manually operated parts and other extra
wear and tear parts or product, which have their own limited life,
due to the natural wear and tear, or if replacement is by con­struction and is not associated with the assembly of the product;

● defects caused by other system, in which the product is
used as an element of the system.

In case of malfunction caused by the manufacturer’s assem­bly line the solution of the problem lies with the organization
designated by the manufacturer. In this case, the buyer has the
right to appeal to the Seller. Responsibility for the malfunction
caused by the fi eld technicians that conducted the installation of
the device lies on the fi eld technicians. In this case, please refer
to the organization that conducted the installation of the device.

For installation (connection) of the product (if the product re­quires special installation, connection or assembly) we recom­mend you contact a qualifi ed service center. You can use the
services of any qualifi ed technicians, in this case the Seller, the

5 YEAR SERVICE LIFE

3 YEAR WARRANTY

This warranty applies to manufacturing or construction defects
of the product.

For any authorized repair or replacement of defective parts
will be at discretion of the service center, to determent where
service will take effect (Buyer’s home or service centre). With a
period of not exceeding 45 days.

If for any reasons repairs require more than 45 days service
center will notify the Buyer and new agreement will be drawn.

Specifi ed period covered repair applies only to products that
are used for personal, family or household purposes not related
to business activities.

Cette garantie ne donne pas droit à l'indemnisation et la couver­ture des dommages résultant de la modifi cation ou de l'ajustage

• si le produit est désaffecté et n’est pas exploité conformé­ment à son manuel d'utilisation, y compris l'exploitation exces­sive du produit ou son exploitation en conjonction avec un
équipement complémentaire qui n’est pas recommandé par le
Vendeur, l'organisation autorisée par le fabricant, l'importateur,
le fabricant;

• au cas où le produit contient des dommages mécaniques
(clivages, fi ssures, etc.), il est soumis à l'impact d'une force
excessive, des produits chimiques agressifs, des températures
élevées, d'une forte humidité/empoussiérage, des vapeurs
concentrées, si tout ce qui précède a causé le dysfonctionne­ment du produit;

• si la réparation/réglage/installation/adaptation/mise en
marche s’effectue par des organisations/individus non autorisés;

• dans le cas des catastrophes naturelles (incendies, inon­dations, etc.) et autres causes indépendantes de la volonté du
Vendeur, organisation autorisée par le fabricant, importateur,
fabricant et Acheteur, qui ont apporté des dommages au produit.

• en cas de branchement incorrect du produit au réseau élec­trique ou au système d'approvisionnement en eau, ainsi qu'en
cas de panne (paramètres de fonctionnement non alignées) du
réseau électrique ou du système d'approvisionnement en eau et
autres réseaux externes;

• en cas de défauts causés par l'ingestion dans l'intérieure du
produit de corps étrangers, produits liquides, sauf ceux spécifi és
dans le manuel d'utilisation, insectes et produits de leur activité
vitale, etc.;

• en cas d'entreposage inadéquat du produit;

• quand il faut remplacer les lampes, fi ltres, batteries, piles,
fusibles, des pièces en verre/porcelaine/tissu qui sont dépla­cées manuellement, ainsi que d'autres pièces du produit sup­plémentaires d'usure/d'accompagnement qui ont leur propre
période de vie limitée, en raison de leur usure naturelle, ou si
tel remplacement est prévu par la structure et n'est pas associé
avec le démontage du produit;

• en cas des défauts dans le système, dans lequel le produit
est utilisé comme un de ses éléments.

Durée de vie du produit de 5 ans,

Cette garantie s'applique aux défauts dans la fabrication et dans

Уполномоченная изготовителем организация, Импортер,
Изготовитель не несут ответственности за недостатки из­делия, возникшие из-за его неправильной установки (под­ключения).

Cрок службы изделия составляет 5 (пять) лет
Гарантийный срок изделия составляет 3 (три) года

Настоящая гарантия распространяется на производствен-

ный или конструкционный дефект изделия.

Выполнение уполномоченным сервисным центром ре­монтных работ и замена дефектных деталей изделия про­изводится в сервисном центре или у Покупателя (

по усмо­трению сервисного центра). Гарантийный ремонт изделия
выполняется в срок не более 45 дней. В случае, если во
время устранения недостатков товара станет очевидным,
что они не будут устранены в определенный соглашением
сторон срок, стороны могут заключить соглашение о новом
сроке устранения недостатков товара. Указанный срок га­рантийного ремонта изделия распространяется

только на

изделия, которые используются в личных, семейных или
домашних целях, не связанных с предпринимательской де­ятельностью.

Гарантийный срок на комплектующие изделия (детали
которые могут быть сняты с изделия без применения каких­либо инструментов, т.е. ящики, полки, решетки, корзины,
насадки, щетки, трубки, шланги и др. подобные комплекту­ющие) составляет

три месяца. Гарантийный срок на новые
комплектующие изделия, установленные на изделие при
гарантийном или платном ремонте, либо приобретенные от­дельно от изделия, составляет три месяца со дня выдачи
Покупателю изделия по окончании ремонта, либо продаж и
последнему этих комплектующих. Настоящая гарантия дей­ствительна только на территории РФ на изделия, купленные
на

территории РФ.

Настоящая гарантия не дает права на возмещение и по­крытие ущерба, произошедшего в результате переделки или
регулировки изделия, без предварительного письменного
согласия изготовителя, с целью приведения его в соответ­ствие с национальными или местными техническими стан­дартами и нормами безопасности, действующим и в любой
другой стране ,кромеРФ, в

которой это изделие было перво-

начально продано.

Настоящая гарантия не распространяется на:

• периодическое обслуживание и сервисное обслужива­ние изделия (чистку, замену фильтров или устройств выпол­няющих функции фильтров);

• любые адаптациии и зменения изделия, в т. ч. с целью
усовершенствования и расширения обычной сферы его
применения, которая указана в Инструкции по

эксплуатации
изделия, без предварительного письменного согласия из­готовителя.

Настоящая гарантия также не предоставляется в случаях:

• если будет полностью/частично изменен, стерт, удален

или будет неразборчив серийный номер изделия;

• использования изделия не по его прямому назначению,
не в соответствии сего Инструкцией по эксплуатации, в том
числе, эксплуатации изделия с перегрузкой

или совместно
со вспомогательным оборудованием, не рекомендуемым
Продавцом, уполномоченной изготовителем организацией,
импортером, изготовителем;

• наличия на изделии механических повреждений (сколов,
трещин и т.д.), воздействий на изделие чрезмерной силы,
химически агрессивных веществ, высоких температур, по­вышенной влажности/запыленности, концентрированных
паров, если что-либо из перечисленного стало причиной не­исправности изделия;

• ремонта

/наладки/инсталляции/адаптации/пуска изделия

в эксплуатацию не уполномоченным и на то организациями/
лицами;

• стихийных бедствий (пожар, наводнение и т.д.) и других
причин находящихся вне контроля Продавца, уполномочен­ной изготовителем организации, импортера, изготовителя и
Покупателя, которые причинили вред изделию;

• неправильного подключения изделия к электрической
или водопроводной сети, а

так же неисправностей (не соот­ветствие рабочих параметров) электрической или водопро­водной сети и прочих внешних сетей;

• дефектов, возникших вследствие попадания внутрь из­делия посторонних предметов, жидкостей, кроме предусмо­тренных инструкцией по эксплуатации, насекомых и продук­тов их жизнедеятельности и т. д.;

• неправильного хранения изделия;

• необходимости замены ламп, фильтров,

элементов пи­тания, аккумуляторов, предохранителей, а также стеклян­ных/фарфоровых/матерчатых и перемещаемых вручную
деталей и других дополнительных быстроизнашивающихся/
сменных деталей изделия, которые имеют собственный
ограниченный период работоспособности, в связи с их есте­ственным износом, или если такая замена предусмотрена
конструкцией и не связана с разборкой изделия;

• дефектов системы, в

которой изделие использовалось

как элемент этой системы.
