DP600, an new generation Tape Reel taping machine which has already taken patents in several countries. Designed to be simple, easy operated; tape width adjustment can be finished within 10 seconds without any tool. DP600 supports devices packaged in 8~88mm width tape. With advanced characteristics DP600 offers the best solution for manufacturing process.
Precise Ball Screw synchronous parallel adjustment of the rail width, finish tape width
adjustment within 10 seconds without tools.
PSA (Press sensitive adhesive) and hot melt sealer. Patent tenon positioning device of tape width, user can fine-tune the tape width. Two sets of press blade moves up and down through precise rail and use micrometer to
synchronously adjust the position of upper press blade and blade base. Able to independently control press, speed and temperature so that it can ensure the best sealing quality.
Driven by Japanese SMC Ø 16mm cylinder. Changeable press blade & blade base and
easy maintenance.
Equipped with stepper motor to drive ratchet mechanism Precise internal counter. Dual desktop design: small device packing can be operated by 2 operators at the same
time.
Modular design and programmable control.

Red ALM LED indictor shining means current temperature does not reach target temperature and the taping machine will not work. The default alarm value is ± 3˚C.
(EX: target temperature: 150˚C; Alarm value: ± 3˚C. Red ALM“ LED
indictor shines when current temperature is not in the range of 147˚C~ 153˚C)
d. Temperature compensation setting mode: When user is in alarm setting
mode, press Mode Key and it will go to temperature compensation setting mode. The default value of temperature compensation is 0. (Please note user is no need to change this setting since its for vendor calibrating the machine in production.)

9. After the settings above are completed and the temperature reaches target value, turn on stepper motor switch and output reel switch to start device taping. (When the stepper motor switch is ON, the adjustment knob/driven wheel will be locked and only could be operated by motor; in stepper motor switch OFF mode, user could adjust the knob manually.)
10. There are 2 kinds of tape travel mode, intermittent and continuous. User can select the mode by pressing intermittent/continuous switch depends on their demand.
Comparison:
Mode
Distance between the
blade and carrier
Throughput with
same speed setting
Adhesivity
Intermittent
mode (0)
10mm
Stronger
Continuous
mode (1)
2mm
Faster
Please note in intermittent mode, the operating pressure of the blades would be stronger and it might affect the position/situation of the components within the carrier if the components are very slight and tiny.
Note: Blades press the carrier once when the carrier moves every 24mm forward.
11. User can use foot pedal or pressing start key to start device packing.

1. Each heat sealer protection case is equipped with rubber bushing. Please do not remove rubber bushing from the protection case
If the wires contact with the protection case, the wires will get damaged easily because the wires rub against the protection case when the heat sealer moves up and down.

Basically, its no need to replace the press blades if taking care of the maintenance carefully. If theres any scrap or damage on the blades, please contact DediProg for consumable.
Caution: Be sure to power off the taping machine before maintenance.
1. Use an air spray gun to blow off the dust on the trail or machine before
operating.
2. Apply alcohol to PSA roller until the roller is glossy.
3. Apply lubricant oil to rail width ball screw monthly.
4. Clean up the blade: a. Use cleaning naphtha with cotton cloth or cheesecloth to clean up the
residue.
b. Not recommend use nylon since the heat might cause nylon melted away
and adhere to the blade.
c. Not recommend use alcohol since it might erode the painting of the
machine.
Use the Clean Cleaning Naphtha could reduce the odor.
