The ECO, Digital Sprite2, BX2, and DV-IP series DVRs use a default global record rate. The DVR automatically adjusts the individual camera record rate based on the number of

cameras attached. This chart assumes that all video inputs are being used. The data is calculated as the pictures per second captured for each individual camera and not the global
record rate of the DVR.
The SD Series DVR uses a default record rate for each individual camera. The record rate doesn't change with the number of cameras attached to the DVR.
These values are the default settings and do not prevent the user from increasing or decreasing the record rate of each camera.
Default recording settings for different models:
ECO 4 = 3pps total at 2CIF JPEG, 18kb pic file
ECO9, 16, DS2, BX2 = 6pps total, 2CIF JPEG 18kb pic file
SD N = 5pps/camera at MPEG4, 1 CIF
SD M = 2pps/camera at MPEG4, 1CIF
SD L = 1pps/camera at MPEG4, 1CIF
