SAFETY GUIDELINES
At the beginning of each play season
• Tighten all hardware. Lubricate all metallic moving parts per manufacturer’s instructions.
• Check all protective coverings on bolts, pipes, edges, and corners. Replace if they are loose,
cracked, or missing.
• Check metal parts for rust. If found, sand and repaint using a nonlead-based paint meeting the
requirements of 16 CFR 1303.
• Reinstall any plastic parts, such as any other items that were removed for the cold reason.
• Rake and check depth of loose fill protective surfacing materials to prevent compaction and to
maintain appropriate depth. Replace as necessary.
Twice a month during play season
• Tighten all hardware.

SAFETY GUIDELINES
• This product in intended for indoor, outdoor, domestic use only.
• This product has not been designed for commercial use in play centers, nurseries etc.
• Place the equipment on level ground, not less than 6ft from any structure or obstruction such
as fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires.
• Do not install home playground equipment over concrete, asphalt, packed earth, grass,
carpet, or any other hard surface. A fall onto a hard surface can result in serious injury or
death to the equipment user.
• To prevent serious injury, children must not use the equipment until properly installed.
• Risk of using helmets and other items that can wrap around child’s neck, become entangled
or entrapped by the equipment, and lead to strangulation or death.
•
The maximum fall height for the product is around 3ft.
•
This product is designed to be used by no more than 3 children at the same time between
the ages of 3 to 8.
• Maximum user weight for slide is 100 pounds.
• On-site adult supervision for children of all ages is required at all times. Never leave children
unattended.
• Do NOT allow children to use the equipment in a manner other than intended.
• Do NOT allow children to wear inappropriate items, such as but not limited to, loose fitting
clothing, hood and neck drawstrings, scarves, cord-connected items, capes and ponchos.
These items can cause death by strangulation.
• Do NOT allow children to climb when the equipment is wet.
• Do NOT attach items to the playground equipment that are not specifically designed for use
with the equipment, such as, but not limited to, jump ropes, clothesline, pet leashes, cables
and chain as they may cause a strangulation hazard.
• Dress children with well fitting and full foot enclosing footwear. Examples of inappropriate
footwear are clogs, flip flops, and sandals.
• Do NOT allow loose, hooded or baggy clothes to be worn as children can get trapped and
may be unable to free themselves. Children should not wear cycle helmets whilst on this
equipment.
Once a month during play season
• Lubricate all metallic moving parts per manufacturer’s instructions
At the end of each play season or when the temperature drops below 32°F
• Remove other items as specified by the manufacturer and takes indoor or do not use.
• Owners shall be responsible for maintaining the legibility of warning labels.
Disposal Instructions
When you wish to disassemble or dispose of the product please completely disassemble the unit
and discard of it in a safe place and manner so as not to present any hazard to any individual.

Lay out 4pcs tube#1, 3pcs tube#3 and 1pc tube#5 in sequence as shown
below, connect them with bolts and washers to form a circle.
Do not use Flat Nut to secure the bolt at this step.
NOTE:
The screws go through from inside out, with the head of the bolt on the
inside. The convex side of the tube always faces inward of the dome.

Attach 2pcs tube#3 to both ends of tube#1, and 2pcs tube#2 to both
ends of tube#3(at the bottom) to form upside-down V shapes with
bolt and washer.
Repeat the same to make a total of 7 V shapes.
Secure the bottom 8 joints with M8 Flat Nut. Make sure the nuts are
just tight enough to hold the pieces in place, but not fully tightened.
It will help increase flexibility in following assembly.

Connect the 7 V-shape (triangles) together with 6pcs tubes#2, use 7pcs
M8 Flat Nut to secure the tubes in place.
*Do not fully tighten the flat nut at this step.

the middle level.
Connect the tubes at the top with bolt and washer as shown below.
*Remove the 7pcs M8 Flat Nut previously installed before adding tube#2

tube#3 and 1pc tube#6, secure the joint with bolt and washer previously
attached, and 4pcs M8 Flat Nut.

Install the climbing rocks to cover the bolt on each of the joint.
Add 8pcs Small Climbing Rocks to the bottom joints.
*Make sure all bolts and nuts are tightened as much as possible before
installing the climbing rocks, so that the rocks can be secured completely.

Install the Large Climbing Rocks on the joints not touching the ground.
Line up the notch on the bottom of the climbing rock with the tube on the
top of the joint.
*Make sure all bolts and nuts are tightened as much as possible before
installing the climbing rocks, so that the rocks can be secured completely.
