Set 2nd fader of block to give +10mv
i.e. just above hop-off at -60dB
Adjust VR2 for reading on LEDS of 254
Set fader to top (+5dB) and adjust
VR3 for a reading of 000 on LEDS
measured at i/p to log-amp IC36/3
