Thank you for purchasing the Dayton Audio 2-way Satellite Speakers.
These satellite speakers are great for home theater surround sound
systems, or for any sound application where small size and big sound
are required. Each speaker features a 3-3/4" polypropylene woofer
with rubber surround for strong bass and clean midrange, and a 5/8"
polycarbonate tweeter for extended highs. A highly engineered crossover
ensures a smooth and even frequency response. Best of all, these
speakers feature weather-resistant construction, making them even
more versatile!

Connection: Use a high-quality wire to connect your speakers to your
amplifi er; 16 or 18 gauge is recommended. Be sure to connect all
speakers with the same polarity using the red binding post as positive in
all speakers.

Placement: As a front speaker in a home theater system, the speakers
should be placed at close to ear height and several feet to the side of
the viewing screen. The wider the listening area, the wider the speakers
should be spaced. As rear speakers in a 5.1 system, the speakers
should be located either directly to the side or behind the listening
position, depending on room layout and preference. In any application,
the strongest bass response will be achieved when the speakers are
located at the union of a wall and ceiling, or in a corner location.

powered subwoofers and electronic devices (e.g. subwoofer amplifi ers, and plate
amplifi ers, as well as the Omnimic V2 and DATS loudspeaker testing devices). In
the rare case of a product failure, please contact your place of purchase or call our

There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied, that extend the foregoing,
and there are no warranties of merchantability or fi tness for any particular purpose.
Dayton Audio is not responsible for any consequential or inconsequential damage to
any other unit or component or the cost for installation or extraction of any component
of the audio system, or for the improper use of products. This includes but is not limited
to burnt voice coils, overheating, bent frames, holes in the cone, or broken lead wires.

This warranty gives you specifi c legal rights and you may also have other rights that
vary from state to state.
