Safety
Congratulations on your purchase of the Daymak Dune Buggy 3000. Please adhere to all the safety rules while operating this vehicle.
Make sure that your battery power is suffi cient before you go out to ride
Familiarize yourself with the operation of the vehicle before attempting to ride it.
Keep both hands fi rm on the steering wheel while riding.
Do not ride this dunebuggy without proper helmet protective elbow and knee gear. The rider may experience head injury or possibly death in case of an accident
Do not try to operate the unit while charging.
Do not let anyone under the age of 16 years old operate this vehicle.
Do not operate this unit up extreme inclines to avoid tipping.
Take turns gently and allow yourself ample braking distance before coming to them.
Do not operate under the infl uence of any use of drugs or alcohol
Do not operate in unsafe weather conditions.
Do not operate on public roads
Do not submerge the unit in water.
Do not wear loose clothes, or uneven footwear.
Do not operate while pregnant.

Operation
Powering on the unit
To turn on the Daymak Dune Buggy fi rst put the
key into the ignition, and turn it clockwise as seen here. Once the unit is on, the display will turn on and you will begin the following steps to engage the unit.
Disengage the handbrake – To do this press the silver button on top of the black handbrake located in between the driver and passengers seat while pulling up. Once it comes up slightly continue to hold the button in and push it all the way down and release the silver button.

Driving the unit
Set it to Forward / Reverse – On the
fl oor in to the right of where the drivers
knees would rest is a gear box that has F / N / R on it (Forward , Neutral , Re­verse). If you want to go forward push the handle up to F. Push it down to R for reverse. While in the middle (Neutral) this unit will not drive.
Push throttle pedal – Slowly press down on the right pedal to engage the unit to go the direction set in step above.
1) Throttle - Press this to engage the motor.
2) Brakes - Press this to engage the brakes. Once pressed you must release this completely before engaging the throttle again.

Display
With the display you will fi nd the following
1) Battery Meter - When it is fully charged you will see 7 bars and will de­crease the longer you ride.
2) F/N/R - Highlights which position the gear box is in. Forward / Neutral / Re­verse.
3) Speedometer - This will show you your current speed.
4) Odometer / Trip Meter - shows you how far you have travelled on this trip/in total.
5) Left Button - Changes the trip meter to odometer or vice versa.
6) Right Button - Changes the backlight­ing of the display from orange to blue.

Dashboard
1) Horn – Press this button to honk the horn.
2) High Beam / Low Beam – Push this button to direct the lights higher or lower
3) Hazard Lights – Press this button to turn on your hazard lights/ Braking
4) Lights – Set this to the right most
position to turn off all the lights. Set it
to the middle to just have the running lights, and the left most position to have all the lights on.
5) Ignition - Turn this clock wise to turn on the machine. Turn the key coun-
terclockwise to turn it off
6) Turn Signals – Push this to the left to indicate turning to the left and vice versa. Leave this in the middle once completed the turn.

Charging the unit
The Dune Buggy 3000 comes with a charger that can be plugged into any regular 110V outlet. On the rear end of the Dunebuggy on the passenger side you will see a charger port that is cov­ered with a plastic circle. To charge the unit, slide the circle to the side and plug the charger into port and the opposite end to the outlet.
When you fi rst plug the charger into the wall you will see a green light on it. Next, con-
nect it to the unit.
The light will turn red if it needs to be charged. Once it is fi nished charging the light
will turn back green.
If the light stays green when you plug it in, it is already fully charged.

Circuit Breaker
To prevent surges, we have in­stalled a circuit breaker. If you are unable to get power to your dune buggy more than likely your circuit breaker has been triggered and needs to be switched to the on position.
Behind the passenger side of the Dune Buggy you will  nd a circuit breaker with an o and on switch.
Make sure this is set to on for it to work

Speed Switch
Located on the front of the gear box of the you will  nd a switch that toggles between low and high gear.
Press this button up to get more torque.
Press this button down to get further range.

Troubleshooting
Try these steps before contacting a service center if you have is­sues with your unit.
If your unit is not turning on at all:
Check to make sure the circuit breaker is turned to the on position.
Make sure the key is in and turned to the rightmost position (clockwise)
Check to see if it has needs to be charged. Plug the charger in and turn on the unit to see if the dis­play lights up. DO NOT ENGAGE THE MOTOR WITH THE CHARGER IN.
If your motor is not running when you press the throttle.
Check to make sure that your gearbox is in either the F or R position.
Check to make sure the handbrake is in the down position.
