The CsIII is the world’s smallest
and most economical solution for any
application that requires the accuracy
and stability of a cesium instrument.
Housed in a 2U high, 19-inch rack mounted package and weighing in at just 28
pounds, the CsIII can be implemented in most any location.
DATUM CsIII TECHNOLOGY represents a leap
forward in terms of making cesium beam frequency standard
technology available to an ever-increasing base of demanding
users in communications, timing, synchronization and test and
measurement applications.
As a result of this advanced technology we are able to offer a
primary reference standard at a fraction of the price of currently
available products on the market today.
A “hands-off” approach to network timing is what
you get when you install a CsIII as your stratum 1 reference. You no longer need to
worry about the availability of GPS or the cost of installing and maintaining the required
infrastructure of a GPS-based system. The long life of the CsIII provides years of maintenance free operation while achieving exceptional stability and accuracy.

TEST & MEASUREMENT applications depend on the
versatility of the CsIII. As a house standard, there is no better
method for calibration of equipment. The CsIII can be optionally
configured with a portability kit that allows for easy transportation
to field based locations. The light-weight and muliple outputs of
the CsIII make it an ideal instrument for base station calibration.
