current must be applied
(3) For good cooling of the power supply,a 50mm free space on upper and
lower sides and 10 mm spacing between adjacent components must be
allowed; if the device is mounted in horizontal position,left side must be kept
towards the bottom, a 50 mm spacing between adjacent components must
be allowed and the output current reduced by a 25%.

APPLICATIONS
With their 90-264 Vac and 110230 Vdc input range, they are
suitable in every supply mains.
The devices comply with residential EMC level, more severe than
industrial level. Engineering has
been focused on achieving an
high efficiency to reduce energy
consumption and operating temperature of the components.This
efficiency moreover makes a
large stock of power available
enabling to get a current boost of
4A and 6A up to an operating
temperature of 45°C,and a rated
current of 3A and 5A at an
ambient temperature of 60°C,
without exceeding the standard
temperature limits and guaranteeing safety and reliability.
Short-circuit - overload - over
temperature protections are set
to give +150% of the rated current in order to feed heavy loads,
start-up currents, while the over
temperature protection prevents
the failure of the power supply
also in the case of long duration
of the overload with high ambient
temperature.
Output voltage is adjustable and
is overvoltage protected.
The housing assures a high ventilation of the internal components, compact dimensions and
a IP20 protection degree according to IEC529 Std.
Battery charger: these units
are suitable as battery chargers
while feeding other loads. For
this purpose, developed the cost
effective CSBC module (Cat. No.
XCSBC) has been developed,
featuring protection diodes,
charging current limiting resistor
and protection fuses for the battery. For more details, please
refer to the accessories section.
