DESCRIPTION
The STTH60P03SW is an Ultrafast Recovery
Power Rectifier dedicated to energy recovery in
PDP application .
The key parameters of the D
diode for the
ERC
energy recovery cicuit have been optimized in
order to decrease power losses.
