AL-LED Adapter System

Spezifikation
Kunststoff- oder Metallgehäuse in Verbindung mit einem
LED Element (mit Anschlussleitung), wird zu einer
kompletten montagefreundlichen Signal-Leuchte für viele
Anwendungen.

Wurde zu einer Meldeleuchte eine Anschlussleitung
benötigt, bestand nur die Möglichkeit das Kabel zu
stecken, zu löten oder, bei Bauteilen mit integrierter
Anschlussleitung, die Leitungen durch die
Montagebohrung zu fädeln. Die Einzelteile des A-Systems
ermöglichen es, das Gehäuse unabhängig von der
Verkabelung in der Frontplatte zu montieren. Der
Anschluss des LED-Elements an die Stromversorgung kann
zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt erfolgen. Die Verbindung LED­Element und Gehäuse lässt sich durch ein Drehen lösen.

Die Signal-Leuchten sind entweder als Einzelteile oder
montiert auf Wunsch als komplettes A-System (Gehäuse /
LED-Element) erhältlich. Zum Beispiel A-System (AMQ08 /
ALD504030) für ein montiertes A-System mit Gehäuse
AMQ08 mit LED-Element ALD504030 (rot, 24V, 30cm).

AL-Adapter System

Specification
Combined with a LED element (with connecting line), a
plastic or metalhousing becomes a complete easy-to-fit
signal lamp for usage in a great number of applications.

When a connecting line was required for the use of an
indicator, the only possibilities were to plug or solder the
cable or, for components with integrated connecting line,
to thread the line through the mounting bore.
The separate parts of the A-system allow to mount the
front panel separately from the cabling. The LED element
may be connected to the power supply at any other time.
The connection between LED element and housing can be
removed by turning round.

The signal lamps are available either as individual
parts, or, on request, mounted to a complete A-system
(housing / LED element). Example: A-system (AMQ08 /
ALD504030) is the LED element ALD504030
(red, 24V, 30cm) mounted in housing AMQ08.

Spezifikation Gehäuse
LED-Leuchte Einbau-Ø7 mm für Snap-in Befestigung und
Einbau-Ø8 mm für Schraubbefestigung. Das Gehäuse kann
unabhängig von der LED in die Frontplatte montiert und das
LED-Element von hinten in das Gehäuse eingerastet
werden. Dadurch entfällt das Einführen der Anschluss­leitungen durch die Montagebohrungen, das speziell bei
längeren Leitungen äußerst kostenintensiv ist. Das
benötigte Befestigungsmaterial ist im Lieferumfang
enthalten.

Specification Housing
LED indicator with mounting-Ø7 mm for snap-in mounting
and with mounting-Ø8 mm for screw fastening. The
housing may be mounted separately into the front panel,
the LED element can then be fixed into the housing by
snap-in mounting from behind. No more threading of long
connections. The required mounting material is included in
delivery.
